I called in to order parts for my wife's SUV and was connected to a very rude individual who apparantly didn't want to sell any parts today. Luckly our call was disconnected (I suspect I was hung up on). The girl at a competetor was very helpful and I earned a bunch of points on top of everything. BTW Napa - the order came to over $1500 bucks. Your loss.
