Stopped in at the recommended milage for an oil change. After checking the oil, the tech said it looked really clean and that I could go another couple thousand km before it needed changing. They topped off my oil and washer fluid and checked the tire pressures all for free and sent me on my way. In the past, one of their techs stripped the drain plug on the oil pan and they paid for the repair and I got the next 2 oil changes for free for the trouble.

I have been coming to Great Canadian Oil Change since I've owned a vehicle in 2012. This location has been the best experience. Everyone is always friendly and helpful. They offer suggestions for your car but don't push you to spend more money during the visit. I've had my oil changed and transmission fluid flushed here for exceptional prices. Would definitely recommend them to anyone.

So it’s retarded to buy a car no one wants to do an oil change on other then vw and few other places. So I always make sure my oils meet spec and they had a oil there but was not really sure of the spec. Can’t honestly can’t remember the guys name but he went out of his way and called the dealer right in front of me just to make sure. That right there goes to show he cares about what he does. Not going to lie but yes the 2015 vw tdi are a pain to work on. Lol. Love the car and the mileage. He even did the inspection now wich I have not done in 2 other oil changes. Definitely really happy and I think I found my new tdi oil change place. Thanks guys! Cheers.

Theses guys were fast friendly and professional! Unfortunately they did not tighten my drain plug well enough and my truck was leaking oil. But, upon returning, they happily and quickly tightened the bolt, and topped off my oil. Also, Not once did they try and upsell or pressure me into upgrading my oil service. The guys just made simple recommendations like wiper blades. I highly recommend Great Canadian Oil Change to anyone who is seeking a no pressure, fast, and professional Oil Change.

The guys who work here are THE GREATEST! Whenever I have a minor vehicle/fluid related problem they always manage to save my ass! One time they cut my powersteering strap so I could make it home when my pump quit it last year. All year I've been stopping in for my fluid changes, they always check everything else for me, including scanning my codes a million times while I had them fixed. This week they swaped out a hose when my vehicle started randomly HEMORRHAGING power steering fluid. They saved me SO MUCH money. I can't say enough nice things about these guys, always above and beyond what they have to do. Thanks guys :)

Tried to tell me that my transmition oil was burnt, and my differential oil had shavings in it, so went and had it checked at Wheaton, and they told me it was fine, then asked who had told me this. So I told them, and they said they've heard of other places doing it but never these guys. I thought they were honest too, but nope. So people, please becareful!! If you get told things like this, they're trying to upsell you more services, when there is nothing wrong. Best thing to do is go get a second opinion at a dealership or someone you can trust. Its really shady business practices when people resort to that!!!!!!!

We had our Expedition serviced by Nik (with Ryan underneath the car). We had no waiting time. These two technicians worked well together~ in fact, the entire shop ran smoothly during our visit, servicing other cars on both sides of us. Nik recommended an engine flush ($39), after showing us a sample of our oil~ we were well overdo for an oil change. My vehicle indicator came on showing low tire pressure. I had tried to correct this myself, even dropped into the business I bought my tires from but they were less than helpful. Drive up to Canadian Oil Change and was greeted by two very helpful and cheery young men who corrected my tire issue with great advise along the way and a quick windshield fluid check to make sure I was ok for the pending snow weather. What a great start to my day ????

I was very disappointed with GCOC. I was quoted a price of 79.00 and when all was done it cost me 122.50. I told the tech that this truck took 6.7 litres of oil and he said that was ok. When i get the bill they charged me alot more then the estimate. I know I will not be taking my five vehicles there again. Their solution to the overcharge was to offer me a 5.00 dollar discount. What a joke!

My service technicians did a great job at informing me of all things I should know about my vehicle and in doing so they not once had to check for reference on any of these things from a book or higher source which gave me ease about trusting them with my vehicle! Had my oil changed there by Daniel back in September. Lets just say I don't know how you could possibly mess up a simple oil change worse then these guys did. In the next several weeks my car burned through all of its oil. This car had never burned through any oil in the year i had had it! I took it to another shop where they checked it over for leaks (it had none) and we did an oil consumption analysis. The car has gone through zero oil since it went to the other shop. The mechanic there informed me that the only way my car could just stop burning oil like this is if Great Canadian Oil Change had either used the wrong type of oil in my car or they had purposefully mixed it with gasoline. Either way this whole experience cost me an additional $200 and a lot of stress. Never again!

This was the best oil change experience I’ve ever had. Daniel and the crew were friendly, engaging, educational, and fast. They even checked my check engine light, suggesting a solution… For free! I really can’t recommend this enough, and I think I will only get my oil changed here from now on.

Awful. Didn't get in because was waiting in line and the person who tried to roll me in was the one who pissed me off in another lube business. I just turned around and left. I guess going back to where I did all my services before if this guy isn't there:) . Is it that scarce for people in a lube business that gcoc picks up the rejects from others?
