I brought my car in because my husband had been using it to get to and from work and it was a mess. Dropped it off was told that the gold package would suit my needs and that i could come back in a couple hours to pick it up. I went in, paid, ( super reasonable btw) got the keys and went to get into my car and i was SOOO happy. It looked and smelled like a brand new car. Would highly recommend this business! Super friendly, very reasonable prices, and excellent work. Thank you guys for doing such a great job!

I had mold in my trunk which is why I came here. They were half an hour late. When I got there they seemed not to have any idea about my appointment and owner wasnt there. After 30 minutes the owner finally showed up and they said they could no longer do my car because there wasnt time! Im like why dod u book me in then? And I was on time.Fortunately they changed their mind and squeezed me in. I had to cab it to and from the business too which was super expensive. A ride wouldve been nice because I wasnt going to sit there for hours. They guys were super nice so points for that lol. But now the mold is already back in my trunk so I think they just rushed the job and didnt get it all. Sad I basically spent all that money and time for nothing basically. I had gotten the leak fixed earlier that day which caused the mold so now I just need to get it cleaned again unfortunately. I was told it would be taken care of in the alotted time despite them starting late or I wouldve cancelled and gone somewhere else. Edit: I used an island daily deal coupon which was the Gold Package - Wash, Detail, Disinfection and Sanitization withUpgrade so I didn't know this meant no mold and was told it was fine they could do it.

The team at Ecowash Nanaimo did an incredible job on my vehicle!! It looked and smelled newer and better than when I purchased it! They picked up my vehicle from my house and dropped it off when it was finished as well which was a bonus!! I was very happy with their service and will absolutely see them again for any of my detailing needs. Wow... this place is incredible! First of all, the staff is so incredibly friendly. They seem to really care about what they're doing and not just see it as a paycheck. I had a window tint done to all of my windows and it honestly looks amazing. If I ever need anything done I will most definitely go to them whether it's for detailing, colour correction, custom wrap, or a nice interior and exterior wash. That was positive experience from the very beginning. I bought pick up truck on auction and that truck was really dirty - grease and dust all over interior and ceiling. I wrote email to three companies in Nanaimo and only Eco Wash responded in a minutes. Adam suggested Diamond car detailing package to clean interior and exterior of my truck. Result of car detailing was amazing - truck looks like new now. I was surprised that all that grease could come over - can't expect more. Highly Recommend!

Being previously in commercial real estate property management and construction for 30 years our goal was always to exceed our client’s expectations. We had a simple formula, always provide a quality product and follow the magic guiding maxim…. service, service, service! Unfortunately, we were often disappointed with some companies we dealt with over the years. Most of them are not around today. I think Adams has nailed it. It’s obvious that it’s also his company’s motto. Provide a quality service and deal with issues immediately with a smile, should any arise. Over the years, I’ve had my cars detailed with different companies, and this time I decided to try Eco Wash Automotive Detailing. I’m glad I did. Adam’s company did a great job on my Range Rover in and out. The dashboard had lost its original buttery finish and colour because of the sun. His staff brought it back after 3 coats of leather cleaner/treatment product. The last coat was done by Adams himself. The car is now showroom! I discovered that his company also does film applications, colour corrections, plasti-dip, ceramic, and graphene coatings. I was never happy with the chromish looking lettering on the Range Rover and returned to have all the lettering front and back plasti-dipped black. What a difference!! I’m going back to have some customizing done on our AMG. All to say they are an excellent company to deal with and Adams is always there to greet you with a smile and a solution.

Adam gave my car "the full meal deal"!, and took my dirty 2007 Elanta and made it 10 years younger! The ole girl feels and looks great! Another business did not follow up as quickly as it should have .......so phoned Eco and they accommodated me with the exact date that the other business failed me on!, so was delighted! As a Senior, I had no one to drive me home , and Adam offered drive home and delivery service, which is not advertised, so really went out of his way for me! (thank you!). There was one small area that was overlooked, so took the car back and it was immediately rectified. I would definitely recommend Eco Wash, as I am pretty fussy and left me a "Happy Campter"!......at a very reasonable price!

When I first called Adams, I thought I had an un-fixable problem on my hands. I am happy to say that he runs his business with nothing but empathy and professionalism and I wouldn't hesitate to trust him with a vehicle in the future. Given that I had a big problem and knew nothing about how it might be resolved, I was in a very vulnerable position, but Adams was super communicative and detailed as he walked me through the process of what needed to be done to get my car back in shape. I highly appreciate that he also made me aware of several potential problems that might be encountered as he worked to resolve the issue. Throughout the whole process of deciding how to proceed, Adams was patient and generous with his time which made me feel confident that he was the right choice to work with. In the end, I feel that I was dealt with in a very fair manner and I believe that he went to extra lengths to make things go as smoothly as possible for me in light of the situation. I am confident that he was focused on my best interests rather than simply making money off me even when it could have been very easy for him to take advantage of the situation. I think that's the best thing that can be said about a service business. In my opinion, Adams deserves your business.

For those who know me, it's not like me to write a review for anything but sometimes your experience is so far above what is expected that you feel compelled to let people know. I have a 86' VW Westfalia van that has been my pride and joy for several years. This last year because of a recent move I had to store it outside over the winter. Recently I noticed on the inside ceiling of my van there was a build up of mildew and mold. I tried a couple of time to remove it myself but with no luck. I contact Adam for a quote and he was prompt and professional in getting back to and scheduling an appointment. Well I took my van in yesterday to be cleaned and Adam assured me he could clean everything with no problem. Later that day he called me to let me know that he had cleaned, steamed and sanitized my ceiling and all the mold and mildew was gone but some of the mold had left behind spots in the fabric and wanted to keep it over night so he could clean it again in the morning to make sure he got all the spots out. When I arrived this morning to pick up my van Adam met me in the parking lot only to apologize that he wasn't able to get all the spots out. We went to my van and he points out a few faded spots left over on my ceiling. He then explained that his expectations are that he should have been able to have cleaned everything and since he was unable to do so, he would not accept any payment from me. I was blown away and in my world unacceptable. He did a great job and even went above and beyond to do his best. I insisted to pay the quoted amount but he would not accept it, then I tried to pay half but still it was a no go. Finally I said at least let me pay for lunch and handed him a $50. In this day and age professionalism and customer service rarely happens to this degree. I have already spent my day telling everyone they need to support Adam and his business because we need more companies and owners like Adam out there.

I left my windows open on a rainy night by accident to find my suede seats and carpets absolutely soaked in the morning ... duh..lol - anyways the amazing guys at Eco Wash took my car in immediately, dried it all up for me, and fully detailed it - got some very stubborn stains out of the seats and you cant even tell that my dog had ever even been in the car - which is a miracle because there was so much dog hair! This car hasn't looked this beautiful and clean since the day I drove off the dealer's lot! Excellent Service with a smile and they even delivered it back to me! 10 star rating guys! Thank You!
