Absolutely terrible. Called several times with no answer and full voicemail. Eventually returned my call and was rude/no professional/and decided not to work that day. Update your business hours to say that you don't work when it's cold out. Idiot. The lack of professionalism when I called him back was appauling. I would not trust this man with my vehicle.

I found this fellow on Google and read the reviews. I called him and he was able to fit me in the next morning which was great. I brought my car in (which hadn’t been cleaned well in what looked like a long time, it was new to me/used) at 10 and after going over my requests (I was specific about wanting the interior being a major focus) we agreed on the services and price and I said I’d need it by 8pm at the latest before a road trip. He said it would be done in five hours. It was a little disappointing that it was not ready, even at 8pm I waited 45 more minutes. He owns and runs this shop by himself and I appreciate his integrity and carrying on a buisness his parents started. He has a good eye for detail. It seemed like he may have put the most important part to the very last moment (interiors) and some spots were not cleaned. I drove away at night with my interiors still damp from the last minute washing. The outside was well done. He included a ceramic service for free for the tardiness. I wish there was more time management due to the spots missed, however I accepted the job as done. I hope for Brent to share his skills hiring someone to help him because I can tell he really cares for his buisness and quality of work. The outside of My car looks way way better than it did before. So thank you for that. Overall, I wish it had been done properly according to our agreement. I ended up taking my vehicle to be detailed again interiors in my hometown a few weeks after this appointment, because it was not done to the standard we agreed upon.

Booked an appointment a day a head confirmed and provided all my details. Show up and call and the guy is not answering and no where to be found. Complete disrespect of peoples time. Will never attempt to book again with this kind of customer service.

Brent made my truck look like brand new again. He did an amazing job. My truck being black would give most detailers nightmares. Clay bar, wet sand, and now it looks unreal !!! Brent’s attention to detail is unbelievable. My truck had sap, stretches, swirls all over. Not anymore ! Thanks Brent !!

After a first bad experience I decided to give him one more shot (everyone has bad days). I was told my vehicle would be done at 4 pm. Brent texted me at 5 saying it wouldn’t be done for an hour or so. I was at dinner so no problem I will stop by once we are finished. At around 8:30 I go to pick up my vehicle and he is not even close to finished. I wasn’t even sure if he had started. Back home I go waiting for a text to get my vehicle back. Finally at 11pm I message him saying I was heading to bed and would be there at noon the next day to get my vehicle even if it wasn’t done. I get there at noon the next day and he is still not done! After 35 minutes of him running around trying to do a quick clean of my tires, windows, drivers side outside of the vehicle. I decided I had had enough and say don’t worry about it. Brent had my vehicle for 30 hours and it wasn’t professionally cleaned at all. The inside of the windshield still had cleaner sprayed all over it, inside of my doors were never touched, passenger outside of the vehicle had spots were he had attempted to clean and not, rear view mirror was covered in fingerprints, etc.

They did an outstanding detail on the interior and polish on my SUV with all the dirt, stains and dog hair, and it was as clean as the day I purchased it! He had a sick dog to take to the vet so he was a couple of hours behind but I was informed about it beforehand and even offered to drop off my SUV. Overall, an excellent experience. I highly recommend!

It's great to have the vehicle waxed so the winter road dirt does not stick. Brent has done our vehicles in the past and they were great. He has some new products that he is using and between the products and Brent's talent my 10 year old car looks like it just rolled out of the showroom inside and out. His attention to detail is outstanding.

I paid premium price and so I expected top notch workmanship. Instead, what I received was the worst auto detail ever. I made an appointment for 10:00 am. I was told it would be done by 5 pm. Car was not finish until 10 pm that night. The interior was still wet when I got it back and addition to that, it was still noticeably stained. Also, the windshield had swirls, while the rear window was not even attended to, that I surmised. I asked that my Thule roof box be cleaned of any debris if he could, and he unequivocally gave me "you got it." He never even touched it. The odour of wet interior or whatever pungent smell he laced my car with that day, still pervades to this day, as pointed out by my nephews. The worst part of it all has to do with my steering wheel. When I brought it in, it felt and looked new. When I got it back, I felt flakes coming off of it. I didn't realize how bad it was until next mourning. I called him, but he said there was nothing he could do about it. He said, it's because the material was most likely worn and deteriorating when they began scrubbing. If that was the case, he could of called me and left it alone for me to deal with. I'll take my business elsewhere.

I was so impressed by the appearance of my car after it was cleaned by Active Auto Detailing. It looks like new again - inside and out. My car is 4 years old and it was a mess with dog hair, many trips eating take out, grandkids and camping. I never expected it to come out so beautifully. Brent is a true professional when it comes to car detailing. I will certainly go there again.
