Lately only wash once or twice per month too busy. At lave auto express eau isn't reliable timing cannot trust. This morning the cars are line up 20 cars. The guys just came out and say that I need to comeback in 30 minutes the car wash hasn't ready. The advertisement look good. But the reality isn't true. I got my "supreme" membership there the first time i went thinking it was great value... I went twice since I've had it. The wash constantly scratches the paint of the car. When the car comes out, on top of the scratches, it's not perfectly clean (especially at the bottom and under the car) and it's nowhere near dry, you can clearly see this is a common problem as 1/3 person coming out the wash parks outside to dry their car with a bathroom towel. I got rid of my membership this month as I am more frustrated of damaging my car than cleaning it. In 2 washes i would say that my car needs a 5h paint correction job.

So sad Poor customer service , i pay 40$ monthly and for the past 2 weeks everytime i go there to wash my car the business is always close. Great service and would recommend the monthly subscription. It’s well worth it. I only wish closures due to weather or mechanical issues were communicated via their website. I drive 15 kms + to wash my car and cross my fingers that they are not closed when I arrive. So, I will start calling customer service every time I I want to wash my car to make sure they are open prior to making the trip (haul) across town. Once again, It would be great to see the open or closed status online.

Very simple, pay at the gate, follow the employee's instructions to line up your car in the automated machine, then just sit back and watch your car get pampered like never before. Amazing concept and it's worth the money if you actualy use it couples times a month. Can't give 5stars because drying part is not always spotless (but then again all car washes is the same) and time frame is a bight tight. Still worth every penny IF YOU ACTUALY USE IT.

You pay for a monthly plan which is finally a bi weekly plan since the car wash is closed half of the time. I came many times all the way from rdp to have my car washed only to see that it was closed. It says in the contract that they may close because of bad weather, but it seems like we do not have the same definition of what a bad weather is. Also, when you are lucky and the car wash is open, the queue goes until the street, so you may stay there waiting for 15+ minutes...
