I've been here four times already and it's really a great car wash. The staff is very polite, the owner is friendly and very committed, and the job is impecable. Je leur dis "désolé je pensais que c'était seulement un véhicule stationné sur la rue ( comme les dizaines d'autres sur la rue ) je me fais dire "quoi? Tu pensais qu'elle attendait pour aller à l'église?". Ça commence bien, méchant beau service !! Je ressort et me stationne en line up en arrière du véhicule qui attendais. Le véhicule rentre, j'attends, la porte ouvre et quelqu'un fait exactement comme j'ai fait précédemment, rentre direct ne pensant pas que je suis en line up!! Je fais signe au brillant commis du lave auto, pour me faire dire "ahhh ben attends après, ça sera pas long" ....... euh quoi ???? Méchante belle gang de ..... bref je me suis trouvé un autre lave auto !!

Doesn't seem that bad at first, the owner is welcoming although workers are rude. Worse shows up when car gets dry, you see dust all over and about 10 inch bottom of you car hasn't been touched.

The owner avoided giving the price on the phone. When i got there, he asked for 25$ for a interior/exterior wash, which i found expensive compared to other carwashes around. Then he tried lower the price but i just found dishonest and unprofessional he even tried with 25$. Avoid.

Very affordable, quick service. I got the lavage extérieur to clean the grime from a trip to Ottawa. The staff dried the car with towels so that it would not freeze but as a precaution, I would open all the doors once you park your car. Will certainly come back!

The owner asked for a higher price at the end (+$4), after car was ready. After asking for clarification, he said that I haven’t washed my car in a while (?!). It felt judgemental and dishonest .There was no mud or anything crazy and they spent the usual amount of time on it. I went in worse conditions previously, after roadtrips or winter, never an issue. I had always been courteous and left good tips. So to be asked for a price that’s not even listed on their billboard, and without explanation unless I asked for it, and feeling judged... no, not going back. Disappointing.

Very easy and very fast, but it’s nothing more than a quick once over. All of my little compartments/cup holders still had lots of dust and crumbs. The vacuuming gets rid of most but my carpets, especially in the trunk, we’re far from satisfactory. Still had all kinds of specs, smudges on my windows and windshield. I know, it’s only 20$, but 20$ is something and there was hardly any change in the cleanliness of my car. I would recommend if your car is fairly dirty and you want a small head start to clean it well on your own. Otherwise, the same job would you cost you 30 minutes if you did it yourself.
