Was very unhappy with their attitude when i asked them to tint my windows without removing the door panels. Told me to take my business elsewhere. Bad attitude not the way to treat a potential customer...went elsewhere and saved $ and the door panels were not removed..

Derek (the owner) is a hard worker and everything he does is about client satisfaction. He worked on my girlfriend’s car a few times and he always makes sure that we understand everything he did. He did a cleanup of the car, treated it against the mold in the trunk, installed a remote starter and an additional seal. Everything he did is done with attention to detail. I even saw Derek working on a Sunday to make sure that he finishes every order on time. I highly recommend My Days Off to anyone who needs anything done on their car.

These guys are A1. I had a couple of things being done to my new mazda Including aftermarket leather and window Tint. I'm very particular about my car and these guys made me feel very comfortable leaving it in their hands. I knew the job would be done right. They needed my car for 2 full days and they told me exactly how they were gonna do the job and called me twice to let me know how progress was going. I recently had heated seats installed. I was a bit skeptical, since my worry was having them take my dash apart. But when Derek deliverd my car to me. He took the time to go through the interior with me, and explain everything. I am very impressed with the work they have done . Very professional! And for him to advise me that if I have any issues or concerns to see him directly. Now that is service. Thanks Derek.

Had one of their company trucks drive extremely reckless around me. He was driving a jacked up black truck and my wife and I were in a small compact car. He was extremely aggressive and came within 1 foot (not exaggerating) of our rear bumper he then swived around us and passed us and the car in front of us on the right. He continued to drive dangerously and speed off making numerous turns and lane changes without ever using a signal light. We happened to also be going to the same destination as him so when we parked and I seen him walking I approached him and told him that I didn't appreciate his driving. I was careful to not approach him with an aggressive tone and was shocked at how quickly he told me off. He immediately and angrily told me that he "didn't give a $&!@ what I thought and if I didnt like his driving to report him" so here I am. The video of the incident will also be sent to police. I wouldn't support a business in the community who shows such blatant disregard for the community that they operate in or its residents.

thanks for saving me again Derek......fixed my remote start and I bought this car used so he didn't do the actually install.......however the next remote start I get will be done by him and his crew......even thought I have to drive across the province to do it......it's worth the time to have things done wright and get good, friendly, quick service....... :)
