It’s okay, I had the one for $30 per month unlimited car wash and it’s great, but because it is a wash system that uses brushes I started to notice my paint began to get small lines. I only went through this car wash once a week and small but noticeable lines were starting to form on the paint. Over time these car washes will destroy any cars paint. I’m switching to touch less. P.s. I told the guy to please move the brushes a bit out toward the end of the wash because they were folding my mirrors in. He never did it. Lol

I went back after a disappointing first visit where the only 2 things i had in my car (a cool garbage can and an expensive snow brush) were never returned after the clean. My second experience, after paying for a superior clean and waiting 4 hours! I was very polite and didn't mind waiting I just wanted my car cleaned... I wish I could post pictures, I guess being the last car of the day gives you half the service. I was under the understanding they would do a thorough vacuum and wipe down. Ironically there seemed to be no attention to detail. I'm very disappointed as I'm a single mother and spent my one day to get things done waiting for my car to be half-ass cleaned, and paying for it to, kind of sad when I could have saved the time and money and done a better job myself.

Paid for the "superior" interior wash. Supposed to come with exterior wash as well. First of all, the exterior wash left a lot of specks of dirt and other junk that I could easily rub off with my thumb. Hard to believe the wash couldn't tackle that. The interior job left the visible surfaces shiny, but there were still tons of areas left dusty like vents and inside storage compartments. It just seemed like there was no attention to detail which I would have expected paying for the more expensive clean. Customer service wasn't entirely helpful either.

This company needs to learn what customer service is. They have lost not only my business but that of my husband, who was a regular customer, and my family. I have used this service previously and been happy with it. Today I was not satisfied and I returned to voice my complaint. I have two dogs and I am happy to pay the extra for cleaning because of the hair and mud. I went today during a slow time and paid for a superior interior extreme wash at the cost of $71.50. According to the website this is what is done "Super Interior Clean Package Plus Car Wash and Hand Dry Thorough Vacuuming of Seats, Carpets, and Crevices Thorough Cleaning of all Vinyl and Plastics Thorough Cleaning of all Windows Rubber Mats Cleaned The seats, which are leather, so therefore fairly easy to clean, and the vinyl was not cleaned. Mud still on the seats. I was told that the mud "stains" the leather. Odd how I am able to clean it. The manager got a spray bottle and towel and did remove some but it still was not clean. Previously when I had taken it the job had taken up to 45 minutes. This time it was barely 15. I was told this was because it was a slow time. I saw them cleaning each time, I know when I am being given an excuse. I returned home and took a spray cleaner and a towel and cleaned it myself...odd how it came clean for me. I paid $71.50 for this. I will definitely not be returning. To the lady that had the gift certificate that "expired", you need to check the law... I do believe you are correct, they cannot expire. They fleeced you.

It’s a bit cheaper than other detailers but I can’t recommend it and probably won’t be back. Brought two identical trucks in for the Superior Interior cleaning. Seats clearly weren’t even quickly vacuumed. Vinyl protectant put on surfaces before cleaning and not uniformly. Many areas not cleaned well or at all. They are both cleaner but not nearly as clean as I’d like for almost $100 each. See the photos. If I didn’t already waste about 2 hours driving here and back repeatedly I’d go back to complain.

Car wash is so awesome. Where else can you get an Ultimate Wash including some process that takes off salt and debris from snow off your car every time and you can go every day for a car wash for a lousy $30 a month. Just 3 car washes in a month would cost over that and I can get 30 car washes for the same $30. And if you want to vacuum out your car you can they have a bank of vacuum cleaners that are all for free or if you want them to do the interior of your car and your dash and your windows and vacuum you can pay the extra 18 dollars. It's an awesome car wash.

We were recently on a monthly pass but decided to drop it. The people are wonderful and the facilities are very clean and up-to-date. My only concern and the reasons for reducing the amount of car washes we do was that I was getting very small micro scratches in my paint. This comes with most soft cloth car washes. Still a wonderful facility for occasional car washing. They also do a wonderful job hand-drying.

Overall, my experience has been great. The only thing I'd like to see is rinse jets that point to the back of the vehicle. Most new SUV's come with an overhang at the top and the current rinse jets aren't aligned to hit that area which leaves soap.

The coin-op bays are poorly maintained. I used to love washing my car here but over the last year or so half of the bays don't work properly. I just dropped $10 to wash my car with no water pressure (Bay 1). No soap, no foam, no wax, nothing. Just a weak drizzle of water and a badly worn scrub brush. I think I'm done with this place for good. Plenty of nicer coin op car washes just down the street. I'll gladly pay more per minute for a quality coin op wash than what was barely better than wiping my car down with spit and tissues.

This is in the pioneer gas station. It isna good car wash. The ulimited package for a month is good to have and does a clean job. The interior package was also good. My car was nicely cleaned , it took them 40 min but have done a thorough job. The car looks good post that. I wish they kept a perfume as well post the cleaning. It was a my first time, with them and i was impressed, they handled the job very well.

This is my second time going here and the service is trash to say the least. The first time I went 30 mins to close, they told me they can't do the interiors. Fair enough but then they should clarify on the website. went today again 5pm and both Google and their website say they are open until 6pm,they said they close at 5. Least you can do is update Google or your website! I have been going for years at the Queensway location and they are far better than this one, never going here again

Don't care much for this place. Went there for the first time for a full interior clean at 180. The people who work look like they don't want to be there. They looked over worked. The job was ok. For 180, I expected the car to be clean top notch, but it wasn't... Reading the other reviews, doesn't seem like this place is improving, but going downhill. Go somewhere else.

The best part about getting your car washed here are the vacuums. Amazing suction. I am a member here with two vehicles. Prior to getting an exterior wash I always power wash my vehicle first. This should speak volumes as to how good of an exterior wash you get at this establishment. On top of that my new pickup has a couple million scratches in it. Very fine and only noticeable when the sun hits the truck at the right angle, but still, millions of scratches.

Taken 2 different cars there. 1st time I had my driver's side mirror ripped off which they replaced and 2nd time my other car had long scratches along my rear bumper and rear fender got gouged up pretty badly. Didn't notice it till I got home and they told me it's not their problem as i didn't look at my car prior to leaving a drive thru car wash.. learn from my mistakes don't go here if you value your paint job. I'll never be lazy again and never be going back to this place.

Update: Sent an email to head office and they respond quickly. I have seen coin wash have been updated and fixed everything. Thanks guys $8 for 12 minutes car was...really!! Tried the foam brush only water with running so called soap no foam or quality. Finally used to rinse to wash with water but water itself diluted with may be wax. Car never comes clean. I basically go there since it's close to our house and many times I'm disappointed. Now since they use tokens it's more difficult to cope. I used my credit card for 8 minutes but give me only 4 minutes for $4. No side assistance nor someone held responsible for it. Most of the vacuum stations are not working properly either.

Mixed feelings about the wash. When it works, it works pretty well. When it works..... I bought a package from them for around 30$ a month, it allows you to wash the car everyday, the only issue is they seem to close the wash on the days when it snows. Which means all the salt and ice build up stays on the vehicle during the times when you really want to get it off. Staff is good and friendly, but you have about a 50/50 chance of getting them to answer the phone. I recommend calling ahead before going in to make sure their open. Their also seems to be a plethora of mindless carwash folks who don’t seem to know that your tires must line up in the track when entering the wash, causing some abrupt time delays. The wash is good.... when it works.

Worst car wash. I give this location 5 star when they were good once. Now the machines damaging the cars. I on January 8, 2022, I witnessed a Honda Insight got some damaged from the machines. Stuffs are very bad - No matter how long you wait in the line, even if you got in the line an hour before the closing time. They do not care. The will close the door in front of you and will tell you go ahead and cancel your membership. We do not care. We have to many members now. This happened to me. On January 8, 2022. I was waiting on the line for 30 minutes and just as i getting in they closed the door. And this is what the stuff told me: “ we are closing at 6pm, i do not care even if you got here an hour before closing time and waiting. There too many car now. If you wanna cancel your membership, go ahead and cancel your membership. We have too many cars coming.”. Now if you guys want your car to get damaged, or face a bad stuff, then go ahead and sign up with them. I always give reviews on Restaurants and Some other business. All of my reviews are positive, other than some that are based on the bad customer service. I give bad review for bad customer service and worst stuffs like this car wash.

TL;DR Don't go before 8am if you want a hand dry service. Don't go if you're looking for hospitality. Went for the extreme car wash with the upgrade of hand dry made available through the machine fast lane. Apparently that service isn't available till 8am, learned the hard way. Tried to get the attention of one of the staff but she had earphones on and I couldn't get her attention. The cashier inside informed me about the issue with offering the hand dry in the most robotic way, I guess she's tired of hearing it and just threw a free wash my way because she couldn't refund it. She also took my original receipt. Also hand dried it myself. I would not recommend going early if you're trying to avoid the busy hours, which I was trying to do. I also wouldn't recommend if you're looking for the hospitality all the other reviews are praising. I'm clearly not talking about interior service, it's the hand dry upgrade made available through the fast lane machine, It's misleading. Your website does state the hours for interior service but not for the hand dry upgrade for the car wash. The cashier did not offer me a hand dry for next time and doesn't state anything about that on the new receipt. Also the free wash she gave me is dated March 25th 5pm, so technically not valid for 30 days. Seems like you practice pre printing free car washes at this site. I am 100% certain I saw someone cleaning an interior of a vehicle as I was getting off the rail in your car wash. Your employee or not, someone was there.

This was the worst detailing experience ever. I chose the extreme package paid $160 dollars to get my car back with a dashboard filled of dust and dirt in between my doors. The exterior of my car was still dirty to. The supervisor Alex said it himself "this was the worst detailing he's ever seen." I asked for a refund but he wasn't authorized to give me the refund and I would have to wait for he manager Jimmy to come in on Tuesday, and he would contact me. Well he never called I had to reach out to them. Explain to him the situation and he said all he could do was give me $40 dollars back. First you always back you leaders up if your leaders say you will give you a refund,then you give that customer a full refund. Very bad experience and I don't recommend this place to anyone.

Basically their system just smears the dirt around. It doesn't wash. It doesn't rinse. There was still soap left on the back of the car when it was done. The rear window was practically as dirty as when I went in. Save your money. Go somewhere else.

Good service but I’m 80/20 when they remember to vacuum the trunk of my SUV. There’s an extra charge for a 7 seater so when it isn’t it should be vacuumed every time. I even asked the attendant this. How hard is it to clean the trunk? I have to drive all the home to find out they didn’t do it. Then what? I’m going to drive back to show them. Not worth it. Just wish they were more consistent.

Shame on us...we did NOT know the difference between a certificate and gift card. We went to use it and we were told that it had expired. Ken said that they couldn't expire. It is likely that my car (sports car) maybe too low because my my family's pick up truck and VW Beetle are perfectly fine. Terrible experience. Purchased the $170 Works Express Plus package and the seats were not properly cleaned at all. Most if not all stains that were present prior to the cleaning were present after the cleaning, dust that was present before the cleaning on the dashboard was there afterwards as well. Some seats did not even appear to be clean (seats were not wet at all, and having had a honda civic cleaned prior at a dealership, I learned a good interior car shampooing leaves the seats wet overnight easily). Moreover, the staff was incredibly rude and very difficult to work with when bringing up issues. Would definitely not recommend. Spend the extra $20 or so and go to a dealership with good accountability.

I live in an apartment building and I cannot wash my car here so I purchased a 6-month car wash and they do a pretty good job yes I take my car in after rain or when it gets dirty takes 5 to 10 minutes to have it done and I don't have to physically do anything except vacuum if I want and that's provided and it's nice to know that the wax and cleaning is Spot Free and I think it's reasonably priced

Horrible service, no one to attend to the incoming cars in the car wash, a SUV just before my car got stuck for more than 5 minutes but no one came to attend to the customer and we had a long line of cars waiting. Same thing happened with me as i was using this car wash for the first time and didn't know what to do, i used my common sense and looked at the machine on the side, it was asking for a code and i saw one on the receipt and put it in and my car started moving. I have used the same car wash at Queensway and Cawthra and they did not have this code system, the staff did not even guide me through the process so they don't have systems in place for familiarising new customers at the location with the process. Then to add to it, the receipt that was generated when my car was scanned, was someone elses, probably the one before me who didn't pull out his receipt (this is what the staff said when i asked), i was waiting at the scanning station for about a minute and no other receipt came out. I went there with both my kids and i had to put them in the stroller as they were sleeping but there was no Stroller access to the reception, i had to ask someone to help me out as it is extremely difficult to move a double stroller inside or outside the store without it. I have used the service at the other location at Queensway road for a long time and this one did not match up to the standard, not even close! I visited for the third time and the wash was busy so i was asked to wait before the wash started based on the message being displayed in the machine. I was also asked to out my car in Neutral and by the time i could put my wash code in, the car had already started moving so i could not enter it and i did not get the Extreme car wash that i have bought. The vaccuum stations also do not work, my husband tried to use one of them for the first time and it was not working so he had to move to the other one, it's a really good service to offer the car wash customers but they should keep a check to ensure all are in working condition as it is very inconvenient to move the car around in the very limited space especially with the cars from the wash coming from right behind the vaccuum stations and there is no waiting space especially during peak hours when the very limited parking gets full as well.

Ever since this place opened I took not only my personal car but also the household car to this location - not sure if the ownership changed or something happened. First the CAA feature vanished or changed which was fine - next the prices changed, still you think that’s fine it’s Covid time you should help the local businesses. I never use to check my car after detailing from this place as I always hoped they do the best job - but this weekend I visit this place thinking the same and it was empty zone due to rain first I am told the prices changed which is fine- next I’m waiting room the vending machine eats the money and the owner just refuses that the machine is third party and he cannot help. It’s fine you think it’s a dollar who cares. Next I see the two ladies working on my new car - one being nice taking care of things and other extreme one slamming doors and seats like as if she has no value for others things , the dash cam wires pulled not even carefully and left all over. Well when these two ladies are done I go to the car and see the sunroof was not even touched - so I ask the lady why was it not cleaned ? She is like oh sorry I didn’t see - the rude lady who I observed slamming and not caring comments - it’s not included probably was not open and etc. I honestly had to ask them to cal the owner and ask him why is she so rude ? What happened to customer service at this place ? The lady who cleaned the car never said the rooftop was not included she just said she forgot the owner changes the statement and says we never do it. I had to remind him it’s not my first time - then he apologises and cleans the trim the rooftop and windows with some marks on his own. Off-course after that I saw wet mats in the car - which I never saw before being left wet - the trim of the car in front was not cleaned - all in all I feel the place has gone down the hill - the owner himself didn’t care to train people to be thankful - I am so put out with this place would not recommend for the money they are asking and for the behaviour seen by Alex’s staff - if you don’t cover something put the write up clearly on sign boards. And to your response Alex start accepting faults rather than arguing - stop losing about cameras cauz I have dash cam and cameras installed in car too - maybe it’s time to see how you are portraying yourself when you deactivate the responses and want to argue back.

They shut down the vacuum at 5. i had purchased a premium wash paying 20 bucks - the staff replied rude when I asked why he didn't he tell me that vacuum will be unavailable after 5 when I purchased the wash a few minutes before that. It's a great place to have your car washed and cleaned. People here are wonderful and seem to care about your car and doing a good job on it. The car wash is always good too. What a great place to have in town to wash and detail your car. This isn't your local esso car wash, this is a full service interior/exterior clean. My first visit I went for the full interior/exterior package and for the price (affordable) and time in and out, I was quite impressed. (Edit May 25 2019) Went today with a very "challenging" interior clean. My car came out far better than I expected. Joe was very thorough and professional and gave my back my car looking fantastic.

I've been a loyal customer to this car wash company for more than 2 years. But today a staff gave me wrong gestures while my vehicle was rolling into the washing area, which caused a deep scratch on my left rear amg rim, the rim was hit to the yellow transporting thing. That staff was absolutely so not focused and unprofessional, as nothing like this has ever happened before. And then during the interior cleaning, one of the worker broke my interior decoration without noticing me. I hope I'll get a fair explanation.

I came across this place while doing an errand so I thought I'd try it out. FYI - I only got the inside of the car cleaned so this review will only be based on that. I came in and reversed my car into the indoor wash section. I saw 3-4 teenagers working on cars and 1 adult at the cash. After paying for the service, I left my car an waited in the waiting room. The car was cleaned within 20min if not a little less which I was happy about. The mats were clean and my dashboard was too. My windows were very foggy ad they used an old rag without windex so you could see all the traces. My odometer area was not cleaned at all so I went home to do all the touch ups. For $33.90 including taxes, I know better spots where they clean your car thoroughly....Keele and Finch car wash or brampton's in and out wash. I probably will not come back here again.

I normally drive from Grimsby to Valet Car Wash in St. Cathartines every month. to have my small Mazda S. U. V. cleaned inside and out This time, since it had been more than a month, I booked the more expensive SANITIZING SUPERIOR INTERIOR CLEANING along with the usual exterior wash. My vehicle has custom rubber mats covering the front and rear carpet. This leaves a strip of visible O.E.M. carpet about 1.5 inches wide by 5 feet long on each side of the vehicle. And, yes that little bit of carpet did show some dog hair. Because the back seats, and backs of the front seats, are usually covered with a special purpose dog cover there was no appreciable amount of dog hair on any of the seats. The Valet Car Wash employee, who thoroughly inspected my vehicle prior to cleaning, immediately noted the little bit of dog hair on the visible parts of the carpet, and stated that there would be an additional charge of $20.00. So, after paying the better part of $75.00 for a car cleaning, I should also make certain to vacuum my vehicle before turning it over to Valet Car Wash, or it will cost me close to $100. EDIT: I should also add that the cleaning of inside of the windshield left a lot to be desired. Wide streaks were prominently visible. I’ll be looking for another car wash service.

Talk about a decline in service. This has been my go to car wash for 2 years now, but ever since the new monthly membership has come into effect the quality of wash has greatly dropped. Depending on the staff member working you may or may not get the bug spray on your front windshield and bumper before entering the car wash and if you don't get it you can expect the bugs to stay on. I just paid $14 for the protect wash that only a few months ago I was paying $9.60 for with my CAA membership. Today I asked to give $25 for the month and I was told you need to go inside, sign up for a minimum of 3 months and put a credit card down. I can't pay 3 months in advance with cash? What is this place a gym now? Not only have the prices for single washes increased drastically, but because of the higher volume of vehicles due to the price friendly monthly passes, unless you go right at open or close you can expect to be lined up onto the street waiting 15-30 min to get your sub par car wash. Another customer lost Valet Car Wash and judging by your recent reviews I am not the only unhappy customer and that list will continue to grow. I'd continue writing but I have to go outside and wash my windows that weren't cleaned 15 minutes ago at your facility. Thanks for nothing!

Purchased an extreme car wash with the 72 hour clean car guarantee. I was a day late and decided to ask if I could still use it as one of the 3 days was raining and snowing. Went by the location which was closed for maintenance and spoke to a young gentlemen named Adam who was very friendly and helpful. Ended up taking my name and number to give to the manager. The issue came when the owner called me who basically said I was out of luck and all I felt is that he really didn't care about my business. He should really take some lessons from Adam on customer service. I understand that I missed the timing by one day and probably wouldn't have even posted this until I read on their facebook page "Our number one mission is to be the best car wash in St. Catharines, and we couldn't do that without you." Not the feeling I got from the owner at all. Also, not the first issue I've had with this location, but never made a big deal of the others until now. Self serve payment frequently down causing long wait times, out of extreme wash soap or not working, rim cleaning is poor don't waste your money, had to get rewashed because never cleaned properly the first time, etc... Bottom line is if you're going to create a mission statement don't post it publicly unless you are going to live by it.

Never seem to get my car right. Every time I have an interior clean called superior done. My windows are streaked my gauges are cloudy and I need to clean them when I get home. This time I figured I would try the superior clean at $53.00 figuring they would would take more time and my car would look great. Same thing thin film on my gauges and they even forgot to vacuum the trunk. Save your money and try a different company. I will be cancelling my monthly account with them and using another car wash.

Valet is by far the best company I have worked for and I have only been working here for just shy of 3 months.I came from a light industrial background and the majority of my employment history has come with working for temp agencies with only one of those ending up being my longest stint at Niagara Machine Products which I was at for two years before being hired on full time,and there for ten years before the company eventually went under,and tried so hard to find both another job I could see myself being a lifer at,and a company that treats their employees like family,and Valet fits both of those. I also suffer from anxiety and depression and was diagnosed with Asperger's,and working in a repetitive environment with managers who are compassionate and understanding in accommodating those needs is amazing.

I have been coming here since this location opened. I have been generally pleased up to this point. The last few times I have been here the interior basic cleanings have been getting worse. On this visit I came on a rainy day to get the interior done and there was no line. Paid 72 plus to get a good interior cleaning. I drive a Buick Enclave and has a third row. The attendant checked the interior and then proceeded to charge me for the cleaning (was not told about 3 row up charge). I was told that it would be 30-40 minutes max. I agreed. Once started one of the staff came to me and informed me it was going to take longer because other cars have showed up and now mine needs to go to the back of the line. I was surprised to hear this but reluctantly I accepted this. Then a few minutes later a staff member told me I needed to pay an additional charge for the third row of seating. I told them don’t worry about the third row. I was then told that because I have a weather tech mats that go into the third row they would not be removing and cleaning it or under it in the second row. Now that is crazy. Pay them even more and they will do it properly is the message I received. I told them to remove the mat and clean it. Do not clean the third row as I’m not going to pay extra. I was met with some attitude. I rarely leave reviews but because no one was in the office to talk to I thought I’d try this approach. After paying 72 plus for this cleaning I don’t think it is too much to ask to remove the weather tech mat and clean the car properly. As I was leaving this review a staff member came back into the office and I questioned her on why I was charged upfront for the third row. She replied with the attendant in the both is sort of new. She was going to remind him. I asked about the weather tech mat removal and I was told that if you don’t pay for the third row they just lift the mat and clean best they can. She told me that she was going to make sure it gets removed and cleaned. Which I appreciated. This is a great training opportunity for quality customer service. I get the whole up charge for third row but if it is missed at the initial billing it should not fall on the customer. This whole situation may seem minor but if this was my first experience here I would likely not return. I own 3 vehicles which I get cleaned here. In addition every year I pre pay for wash memberships for both my father and father-in-law. I’m hopeful that the service and quality will improve for my next visit.

My regular stop for carwash and detailing. Gas on the high side, they dont compete. I like the store they have and the free coffee they offer with every detailing job. I started going there since 2015 and my average is once a week in the winter and once a month year around. They have more locations, although I live 15 km away and it is out of my way but still go there.

I have got the Express plus wash for $170. I was expecting at least above average. The carpets and seats were ok ..! Beneath driving seat and passenger cleaning was not done properly. Under the foot break, the foot rest section it was not cleaned. All the sand particles can be seen from a fairly distance range. The grills of AC vents were not cleaned properly. Trunk door hinges have same dirt as it was before. Its was very disappointment experience. The only reason I am giving 3 stars because Devon(supervisor) when I showed him the door hinges he quickly called his guys and asked them to cleaned that up. Nowadays, it is very rare to see this kind of behavior in GTA. It will be very difficult for me to recommend Dixie car wash.

I have been using this place since they opened, and I thought it was a great place. Not the best clean (left lots of spots not touched), but overall a decent clean to make the vehicle look good. However, when I bought my new truck, I used the car wash and it SCRATCHED BOTH SIDES OF MY TRUCK. Pretty bad scratches too. When I took it into the owner and the manager, their response was that you shouldn't bring new vehicles into the car wash. That's it, too bad. Note that I have Ceramic coating on my truck as well. Needless to say, I cancelled on the spot, and had to pay out of pocket to get the scratches taken care of. I wouldn't take any car you care about to this place at all. - EDIT: New Owners contacted me to explain that this is an issue related to all 2017+ trucks and new styles of paint. They are informing all customers with those trucks of the issue with ANY car wash and that owners should be careful and aware of risks. Unfortunately this happened to me under old ownership and old ownership was not at all helpful in the situation. Best of luck to the new owners, they seem much more on top of things and caring about their customers.
