Great spot to clean your car. Busy as usual coin ops would be. Vacuum has great suction and they have a change machine that actually works. They also have a deep wax where it keeps your car shiny for longer than other spots. They also do free bbq’s in the summer so make sure you clean your car on that day. Costco hot dogs, gotta love ‘em.

I love the coin op! But recently felt lazy and wanted someone else to wash it. I wont be going back to their drive through I've gotten some scratched on my back window and I'm quite unhappy. But they definitely work well and clean up the car nice.

Went there for around 2:50 PM for my 3PM appointment but was told that they still have to do the car that was scheduled before me. They should have called and told me there will be a delay. I have to call off from work and will be told that i can not get my car done before 5. It is even stated on their site that its a 60-90 minute job. Now i have to pay re scheduling fee that is $20+HST and they calculated it $40. How come a $20 plus tax is equals to 40?????

If you want to just chill that's a good spot otherwise dont waste your time and money on this car wash.....the high pressure soap like a water ....not enough soap in there... Wax doesn't work....I have tried it many times same issue...

Friends dont spoil your new year by going to this place. You will have a hurtful start of the year when will see your dear car interior and exterior defaced by him and his team. Dont get fooled by his car detailing offer of $109 (for a $350 Platinum detailing package) on Groupon. He will just wet your seats and return your car with additional spots and patches. He and his team will ruin your car. We always say "if I had known this before, I would not have done this". So friends I am giving you an advance warning to save your car. The owner is rude and will refuse to erase the extra spots he will put. I have tried to attach some pictures of what happened to my car after getting detailing service from him and similar will be the aftermath of your car. See the all reviews about him , put filter on lowest rating to see his real reputation. (The positive comments are just from his friends who may not have actually experienced his service) Dont go here.You will not only waste your money but also get your car interior muck-up permanently which will consequently reduce the value of your car.

I bought a detailing groupon for Spot Free Car Wash in June, 2016. Only appointment i could get was for the end of August. I bring my car in, was told it would take 3 hours for the full service, which is fine. I walk around Heartland for 3 hours and come back to find my CAR HASNT BEEN TOUCHED! Now im being told that they need another hour, i say no because they had 3. Now they say 20 minutes, good to know that a full detailing job can be expedited in 20 minutes! I will never go here again, i do not recommend to anyone. Very unorganized.

A good coin car wash which is open 24 hours a day. It is well lit and there are vacuum cleaners also. I don't use atm but I have used their coin dispensing machine which works well. It starts with four dollars but you can add quarters before the time expires. I have done quick car wash with four dollars but you need five or six dollars to do a better job. Lots of parking spaces to finish up your drying and other things.

Decent coin car wash. Have to say you can’t exactly wash a car within 4 minutes. There should be an option to pause the timer while you’re scrubbing or not using the water spray. Having said that, it’s just another coin car wash. If you’re willing to put the effort into it you can probably give your car a detailing job for way less than professional detailing shops. Remember to bring a drying cloth / towel.

The Spot Free on Plymouth is usually ideal to wash my trucks cab.. recently over the last few visits, the high pressure gun in bay 5 has been so weak it looses power throughout the wash.. to the point that I’ve spent $10 just to rinse the cab of my truck.. and only half successful.. I appreciated when I reached out by text to the management they offered to refund me. Unfortunately for me.. I turned their method of refund down as I would have rather just rinsed the rest of my truck off and be gone. Most likely I won’t try my luck here again.

You have to insert 4 coins at a minimum all the time. The machine ate one coin of mine so ended up spending more along with the car not rinsed properly. Not coming back here.

Nice car wash open 24/7 with a $4 start. Usually well-lit and has vacuum stations and even a detailing spot. Only downside is that the vacuum sometimes get clogged and the soap machine barely puts out soap.

Nice way to wash your car manually instead of going to auto washes. However, some of the vacuums are just not strong enough, or are broken. Kind of annoying when you would not know it was faulty until you put in your coins. Big parking lot though to park after washing your car, and wiping it down.

They will change your car completely. Quick in and out service or if the car is really dirty then full detail would be your best bet. Definitely recommend. I've gone a few times to wash my own car by hand, but end up giving it to these guys at the end. Been here 6 times now and they always give all my stuff found from the car in a plastic bag and leave it in the trunk, a nice touch.

The car wash station was very easy (and even fun) to use, even for the first-timer that I was (I only ever did drive through car washes in the past).

The guy RAY was very unprofessional. We needed the car by the end of the day which he agreed to do but he took our car keys with him as he "had to leave". When we got the car it wasnt even well done. I got the expensive package!!

I have been using the self serve bays at Spot Free Car Wash in Heartland, Streetsville and Milton for many years now. The facilities are always clean, the staff extremely helpful and friendly and the products offered really help me to maintain that new car feeling. The thing I love about the coin-op is that it gives me complete control. And I alos used the dog wash bay when my poor girl got sprayed by a skunk. It made the experience much less daunting. Highly recommend!!!

Update: I encourage all the victims to file complaints with BBB. I did and they never bothered responding. Now, they have D+ rating... **********Beware! This is a scam.******** I was fooled by many good ratings here, but it's gotta be from the friends and family of the owners. I bought the car detailing package as a gift for someone. He took the car to shop on appointment. He was told it takes 4 hours. So the poor guy wasted whole day expecting a great job (Remember it take 4 hours!). When the car was given back to him, it was barely cleaned. It was not even dusted. We could see the dust and dirt intact on the dash, cup holder, doors and everywhere else. Someone could do a better job with soap and water in half an hour. We tried and the coffee stain that they said would not come off with steam clean, came out in no time with soap water. I have before and after pics of these stains, which I wish I could post here. Considering how bad it was, we asked for refund. Just like your typical fraudsters, we were directed to the fine print... Do not give these guys more business and be fooled by these scam artists....

Vending machine didn't work. Had to run around to find change. Isn't the first time it happend either. The timer for the car wash is also very short, you'll probably have to insert more coins if you want a nice wash. Might as well go to the touch free car wash than waste your money here.

The hose mount i.e 'the boom' attached to the ceiling fell on the roof of my car resulting in a large dent. Contacted owner, owners son picked up whom then hung up on me. I recalled and he stated the owner (his father..Paul) was not available and to leave a message on voicemail.. It has been a week and still no contact has been made after repeated calls and emails. Will not be giving this company my business again just for lack of integrity and accountability.

Horrible car wash compared to where I lived in Edmonton. Everything seems diluted and nothing cleans touch free. Anything can clean if you scrub but what makes a good car wash bad is the quality of products they use.

Always busy, but for whatever reason their foam brush is way better than the Spot Free in Milton, and in general is better maintained. (The amount of trucks that come wash the dirt of their trucks in Milton leaving the bays full or clumps of dirt alone makes Heartland a better spot).

Great job on car salon, looked and smelled like new. I had it done on a special and they also did not charge me extra $25 for the SUV, which was an added bonus. Their regular prices are a bit high but you know what you’re paying for.

Only good for water wash to remove dirt dust from your in 4 dollars .. not really a great option ... there are companies out there which charge 20 to 30 bucks for whole month for every day machine wash.. and you can sit in the car while washing..

Not honest business, carless people, very expensive, deserve no star. Replaced my BMW rubber mats with another, Car floor very dusty, they asked for more money to clean it. That business does not know car cleaning at all, please do not go to them if you need to clean your car. Talked to two of them separately gave me different prices for the same service. NO CUSTOMER SERVICE, DISHONEST, CARELESS, AMATURES people, Lied to me as he mentioned camera in there to review and track changing mats, never reviewed the video as he went to the office for max 5 seconds came back saying no one replaced mats. Should not be in business, also should be reported to customer service Canada.
