You will be hard pressed to find a better place than this. This is my go to auto detailing store. I feel like it's more than that. The staff is knowledgeable and will guide you to the best products and will work with your budget and will even give you tips. In regards to the products, you will have a wide variety to choose from. My only nitpick is that they don't have a wide variety of DA Polishers to chose from. It would be nice if they offered ShineMate but this is a huge nitpick.

Went in this afternoon for the first time to buy some Griots product and not sure who it was that I spoke to but they were very friendly and knowledgeable. I had some questions on the Griots Poly Wax and how it compared to a Meguiars Sealant I've normally used. He went into detail on longevity, hardness, light vs. dark colour, and metallic vs. non-metallic paint. You don't get info like this buying online and very few businesses these days know their products like these guys!

I love the team here, they are very knowledgeable in both products and the techniques needed to use them. In addition they are very welcoming and can always help with detailing questions as they are quite experienced in the field. They have a small show room but its packed with a wide selection of brands and products. The website is rather clunky and cumbersome to navigate but gets the job done when placing curbside orders!

The prices are pretty fair , very competitive with other canadian distributors. I do not believe there is another store in the GTA with that kind of selection , so it you are from toronto this is the place to go. I m a big fan of CAR Pro products , and although they do carry quite a selection of these products , they are still missing a good amount of products offer by carpro, unfortunately I had to get my order from a competitor because of this reason ( over 300 $ worth of products). I wish my money stay locally but I m hoping pro detailing supplies takes note and start bringing some new products. I know this is being picky but I believe they can take it to the next level , they have done it before !

I’ve visited the store twice now, and despite living almost 40 kms away, I’ve found they’re very helpful and knowledgeable with zero sales pressure. I ended up purchasing a foam cannon, a wheel brush and some wheel cleaner and I’ve been extremely pleased thus far. I’m really glad I found them, and plan to use them for all of my detailing supplies moving forward. Great shop and friendly service. Wow I was thoroughly impressed with the product selection. Pro Detailing is THE place where professionals and car enthusiasts can get all of their cleaning products. If you have questions about what to buy, ask Michael he is a wealth of knowledge. Pros - Amazing selection of products, and a wide range of brands available. I learned about a new synthetic clay $35 (photo uploaded) which replaces the old school clay bars that were hard to work with. I also picked up my first ceramic coating Gyeon Q2 can coat $65, and applied it myself. My car is shining like brand new! I am definitely coming back again, and would encourage you to come and see for yourself. Cons - The building is a bit industrial looking, you won't be able to see the store from Brittania. Drive in further to reach the 2nd building. Protip - Pro Detailing is the only place that I've heard of that offers free classes to teach you how to wash and detail your car. Learn about new products and tips from a true professional detailer.

Been coming here for over a year. They have by far the best car detailing products in the GTA, all the USA products you are not going to find in Canada are found here. All the stuff pros are using on detailing videos. Price wise , I actually find them cheaper than amazon canada which is where I was buying my products from. I coud've saved a lot of money just going straight to the source. They also run sales all the time so you can take advantage of the discounted prices on good products. The owner is very nice to talk to and very patient , he knows his stuff and he ll help you find the right products for your budget. They also have curb pick up and the hours are very convenient as they work saturday and sunday . Location is perfect, lots of parking available and its very close to the 401 . The website was a little confusing at first, but after navigating for a bit , I found that it actually makes sense and its pretty easy to find what you are looking for. Could be improved thats for sure There isn't really anything bad to say about this place , the price or the owner.

The prices here are very competitive and from what I found cheaper then buying from Amazon. I ended up returning all my items from Amazon and buying them here instead. Staff (unfortunately did not get his name) was extremely friendly and helpful with all the questions I had about DA Polisher. This is definitely my go-to store now for all detailing supplies and I will be back for sure, highly recommend to anyone looking for detailing supplies.

I called Dave the owner and told him i wanted to apply a ceramic coating on my vehicle, and also mentioned that although i was good at applying sealants and waxes i was a little scared to apply a true ceramic coating. Well to my surprise Dave told me to drop by his shop and he will go through the fine details and what product would be great for a rookie like me.I explained to Dave that i watched Youtube videos and that i liked this specific coating. Dave before opening his detailing supply shop was himself a detailer and an expert in the applications of ceramic coatings . Dave assured me that the best ceramic coating for beginners was Dr Beasley nano resin kit. Dave explained to me that this formulation has a longer flash time anywhere between 20 to 30 minutes depending on the temperature . Well for me that was it i was sold . I have a white car so the longer flash time was music to my ears . Drop by Dave's shop, he is very friendly helpful and depending on your level of expertise from the beginner to the more advanced consumer , Dave and his staff will take the time to help you make the right choice not the hype choice .

First time doing a 2 step paint correction with DIY ceramic coating on a Subaru WRX world rally blue paint which is known to have soft paint, was a bit scared to be honest but they pointed me in the right direction as to what pads, compound, polish and ceramic coating to use.

I found out this company by accident while searching for particular products from Dr. Beasley, Griot's and Sonax. Surprised to see some products are actually cheaper than some popular US e-stores. As my order is small and they allow order to be picked up to save some shipping, I paid a few visits to them recently. The experience is positive as their shop has a very cozy environment. It was a nice little retail front end which is illustrated in their photos. What is more are the attitudes of the owners that I talked to. They are professional and friendly. One thing about their location -- their picture and directions on their web site help. It is not obvious when you drive by Britannia Road as their shop is in the middle of a commercial complex where there are other companies. The nice part is the parking space is not shady. If you park in the parking area as shown on their web page, it is just a few steps to their shop. It was a typical SMB environment. Even the shop door entrance does not have much windows outside. Some room for improvements as of Apr 2017. I am sure things get improved as it is their new retail shop. 1. Their mobile version of web store needs to be more polished. There is some sizing issue that discourages from logging in. 2. More timely update is welcome, especially when some items need to be ordered before fulfillment. Overall, highly recommended to people who shop locally for car detailing stuff if you live in GTA. Would definitely visit them when the need arises.

Not only did I learn the theory of car polishing and see a live demo, but I was also able to apply the theory in a real world scenario with my actual carbon fiber hood on my vehicle. This place has the best selection and prices anywhere in Canada. It should be your first place to look for pro/premium and store bought cleaning products. Even Amazon can’t touch there prices. Plus their knowledge and service is top notch. Good hours of operation also.

Their pricing is very competitive and in general cheaper than other online retailers such as eshine and Amazon. Just bought supplies to clean my tires. This place is amazing. The walls are packed with products. I was so pleased to see that they stock a lot of options as well. So if you want top of the line you can get that, if you affordable you'll find that, and if you want middle you can find that too. These guys are service-oriented and I'll be going back for more supplies. Michael personally explained every product I inquired about. He wasn't in a rush to be anywhere else. You wouldn't this personalized service in a big box store. I highly recommend you give this place a shot.
