Not sure why this place gets so many bad reviews. I’ve always had at least a good job done on my car (some spots missed etc) and often it’s a great job, like today. Can I get a better wash/detailing? Absolutely. For $150+ I could go to any number of places and get a better job than here. But for $47 with tax, what do you expect? I find you get more than you pay for. For me to do the same job by myself would take me 2hrs or more. My time is worth $47. Keep up the good work.

Another drive from New York to Mississauga / Toronto. I loved the first car wash I had from here a month ago I knew I was coming back the next trip and here I am! Solid work from a trustworthy hard-working staff. They made my Tesla look like it wasn't driven for 8 hours straight!

This was my first experience and I decided to get the 5 star wash which basically includes cleaning on the inside of the vehicle, plus undercarriage. The wait to get the car in was about 10-15 minutes, but once inside it took about 5 minutes to wash, and another 5 to dry. For the money ($50 for an SUV), I'd have expected something more, to be honest. Sure, the service was decent, but it wasn't perfect. For instance, not all the wheels were wiped down once the car was done. Certain parts on the car weren't completely dry when I drove off, mats on the inside of the car weren't dried off at all. Again, not a bad experience, but for the money I paid, I would expect an immaculate job.

Opted for 5 star car wash option which is the costliest one. However was really disappointed by the way cleaning was done. I could spot the mosquitos on front of the car from a distance. There were multiple spots and dirt after the cleaning too. Strange that 5 ppl working on the car couldn't see that the car was still dirty. Looks like the employees just follow a checklist and don't look at the actual result. Not worth spending $50 for this kind of service. Not recommending!

Paid for the 5 star treatment, will give them a 4 star review. $51 after taxes, for an SUV. Overall they did a good job, but there are quite a few spots that could have used a little more attention. I do get it, they are trying to get you out as quick as possible.

I would have given it a 5 star review, that is what I paid for the 5 star wash. I was there on a Friday mid day it was busy but very quick process. It is a very clean place and all protective measures are in place. I drove to the side after my car was finished got out to get stuff out of the trunk and noticed my tires didn't get dressed and all around the car were still patches of road grime, windows hat streaks everywhere. I asked one of the men if they could please dress my tires and wipe off some more of the grime, which was quickly done. The inside was vacuumed and cleaned perfect. When you pay for the high end package please ensure the customer is getting it. I will go back to give it a second try.

Although the job gets done fairly quickly due to the huge number of staff, the work was horrible. I had to walk around the car with one of the guys and point out the clear dirt marks that weren't cleaned properly. And after every time he finishes one spot he tells me thank you as a way to get rid of me. The interior job was also horrible there were still crumbs and dirt that was not removed. All of this with an increased price compared to other carwashes. I paid over $33 for this service where I usually pay $20 at other locations. This is the first and last time I wash my car here!

Denny’s is not the same anymore. I spent $52 on a 5 star wash and they hardly spent 5 mins on my car. The rims were dirty, dash was not wiped, pet hair all around, tires not polished. Wastage of time and money.

Apart from being very friendly and doing a good interior and exterior wash, they are also honest. I lost my credit card and didn’t realize it was in the car. When the car was complete, I saw that one of the workers must have found the credit card and placed it in the front cup holder. I was super impressed with their honesty.

Terrible. I actually went because i saw good comments. I paid for the full service. When they told me the car was ready i just got in assuming it was perfect. I got home, and realized that they didn't even vacuum back seat, front seat or back trunk. There is still a cleanex that was left in back seat. Inside cleaning terrible, the car was absolutely not shiny. Now I know why the guy told me it takes only 15 min. Never again coming back. I expected much more for 45.00 dolars.

I was looking for a touch free car wash and this location was recommended by a friend. Staff were courteous and helpful. When they saw me struggle with the code a staff member jumped into the car wash to help me out with the issue that I had. The dryer time is decent and not like some other car wash locations where I left the place and my car was still wet and had some troubles during winter opening the trunk or adjusting the mirrors.

Worst service ever. I had to tell them to repeat every spot in the car and they tell me we can’t clean this , I showed him that It can go away if you just scrub it a little more. This place used to be good but not anymore. They just want to get more cars in. I paid for best service they have and what I get is the lowest service. They gave me the car as dirty as I gave it to them . Nothing changed and when I complained and asked him to clean it better he started giving me that look. If you don’t want to work then leave and give the job to someone who’s passionate about it. Am never going back there. Am so disgusted by the way they do service. If there is less than one star, I will give it to them.

If you are looking for the best car wash in the GTA, you've found it. I've been going here for 10+ years and have never left dissatisfied. Consistent gets my vehicle sparkling clean and for a price you can live with. I've been sending people here since I learnt about it and I will not trust anyone else other than Denny's to detail my car. I've been to both locations and both of them have the same high standard.

The only suggestion is that you need to find a way for the guy at the entrance (who takes the order) to communicate properly with the guys at the finish line. Even if you say you want the works but with tire shine, nobody on the team knows you want tire shine. Even if you tell the cashier that there is tire shine on the slip (show her the slip) and you ask her if the guys at the end will know, she will say yes. But then you get to the end and the guys give you the car with no tire shine. Lol. Come on guys, you gotta fix this. I don’t want to have to tell them while they are going to work on someone else’s car, uh hey you missed the tire shine.... nobody wants to do that. Please, work on this.

Paid for the 5 star plus suv price. The exterior was washed and dried out well, but the interior was poorly done. They didn't vacuum the back of the suv. Plus they didn't clean the passenger side glass properly as there were still streak marks and finger print of my daughter still there. This way I knew it wasn't done properly. They made customers stand out in the cold, which I could understand is due to covid restrictions but that I thought was an advantage to the employees as they can cut short their work without customers noticing. Only good for exterior wash and dry.

It's a good in and out kinda car wash place. They finish cleaning your car in about 10-15 mins although most of the times there is a line up for the place. It's pretty reasonable prices but you are not gonna get very detailed wash of every corner and small gap of your car. It's a quick cheap place if that's what you looking for.

Worst experience. Applied for job on indeed few months ago, got a call for interview and when I reached there after travelling more than One and a half hour. They replied we will tell you on phone. Moreover, they mentioned $20 pay rate in the advertisement but actually they give you only $14 per hr.

I opted to go for the top tier package which was priced around $35 (I have an SUV so I had to pay $3 extra, which is not an issue). The photos below are evident of a very poor vacuum job. This was a Wednesday morning and the place was not busy at all, so they had plenty of time to take their time to do the job properly. Extremely disappointed.

I visited Denny's after someone's recommendation. I chose their 5-star service which is almost 50 dollars in total. The service was quick but vaccum job was really bad. You can see in the photos, all the small nooks and corners are left dirty. I think that's NOT how "detailing" should be done and I can't recommend if this is normal at Denny's.

Hi have paid for the 4starts service which about 35dollars. The result as you can see in the pictures, outside is nice and clean (no wax) inside i have a dog and I can say it is not super clean but vacuum was good. General speaking good service and fast just that floors were wet and with water. Recommendation, dry them before put them into the car again.

Great job. 4.6 outta 5. Interior was super clean. Outside wiped down to perfection. Rims was cleaned very nicely. It's a relatively long line when you pull up, but it moves pretty fast. Only 2 cons: Their tire shine isn't very effective and fades within an hour. They could add an air freshener spray to the interior. 2 to 4 sprays, that's what you get at 'auto spa'.

Paid 60 dollars for a so called 5 stars service and my car looks like nothing has been cleaned. Has to ask them to redo vacuum and wipe the front again and still looks this shitty. Never coming back and will never recommend anyone to come here. They are in such a rush of getting you out of there that they end up cleaning nothing. Regret my wasted money.

The gentlemen did a great job at cleaning the car in less then 20mins! I came first thing in the morning at opening right before work and they managed to clean it inside out for a pretty decent fee and so quickly too. And my car really needed the work having 4 kids at the back always. Many gentlemen worked at it all at once to finish quickly. Definitely something I will be relying on again for future reference.

I got the 3 star service and it seemed like a decent deal but the results were slightly above mediocre. It appears that they spend almost the same amount per car regardless of the service you purchased. I still had streaks on my windows and brake dust on my rims.

I just Get my car wash with “Denny’s Touchfree Car Wash” it was very bad experience I choose the five star services they provide which is the most expensive one to get the better service but it seems to me the guys they work there they don’t care about the customer they don’t care about cleaning the car even if you ask them you forget this that this is not clean they don’t care and they charged you in-front so you can do anything they just take your money and they don’t give you any good services to clean your car so don’t go there I really don’t recommend a place for anyone even old car. They do not deserve a one star.

So far away from quality service its surreal I literally told them “I’m here for one main thing, there is cigarette aches and dust in all the corners” and showed them the example in the doors and such!! How much clearer can I possibly be? Even though, I shouldn’t even have to tell them, they should clean it all equally well, since it’s literally all I’m paying to do!! Do you need me to show you what corners are? How about I do the vacuuming myself? Even after I commented, they still didn’t clean the parts well. Total waste of money!!! Came to Denny's car wash in Mississauga, and after they wash my car I found there were two scratches that were in line with the swivel marks. I paid for their five star service and ended up getting my new car scratched. There were water streaks and sections of the car that didn't even looked washed. The owner offered to wash it again and said the towels wouldn't cause the scratches and shrugged his shoulders and walked away. I've been a customer for the last 5 years and won't be coming back. Ever!

It’s unfortunate how bad they are I am always using Oakville location only this time I used Mississauga location ( my last time for sure) and what a difference. They didn’t want to clean well they didn’t do a good job from the out side cause of some snow or ice and I kind of accepted it but the inside I can’t and I told them about what’s in the pictures and they did nothing, this is what they call a 5 star wash (51.97 CAD)

I came to Denny's car wash after a friend raved about it. I was skeptical at first because of the negative reviews here, but I really needed my whole car cleaned. Since it's been about a year since I've actually deep cleaned my car, I went with the "5 star service" for about $38 plus tax. I clearly don't wash my car often, so I don't mind spending the money. They first vacuum and clean your mats, then your car goes through a touchless car wash. I wish they would've dried my mats better because they were put back in my car soaking wet. After the car wash, a group of 5-6 guys teamed up and cleaned the rest of the interior of my car. All the little crumbs were gone and they cleaned my windows very well. Some dog hair was left on my floor, and my steering wheel was left sticky. Not sure if they use the same cloths on every car? They do a very quick job, which can be seen as not putting a lot of detail into their work... But for under $40, you can't expect a deep clean like a dealership does. I'd definitely come back. Hopefully, when it's not as busy so I don't have to wait 40+ minutes. But I guess everyone likes this place if it's always busy!

Not worth the price paid which was around 40$. They cleaned outer and interior within 5-7 minutes and it was not done properly. There were many areas inside the car which were not cleaned at all.

You can get a fairly decent car wash and “detailing” here. It’s $40 for a 5 star service and it includes wheel and tire shine, interior cleaning, windows and Matt’s. The line up is typically long and it takes 30minutes. This is the only down side to it.

Paid for 5-star $50. with tax. Newer Lexus. Well-maintained. Interior vacuum missed all edges around winter mats; food crumbs & debris remain under front seats; large GPS screen left dirty; didn't wipe down any of the black leather / vinyl on dashboard /glove box/ leather seats & seat backs; didn't wipe dust off air vents. Missed cleaning cupholders, debris on seats & around seatbelts. Dust & debris left above steering column & in black vinyl below odometer; side compartments not wiped down. Not worth the higher price. Rainy day so hoped they'd spend more time on interior as clearly they spent little time on exterior. I keep my car clean. I pay extra because I want them to clean it. Don't skip stuff just cuz it looks clean! I know there's dust & debris & I know where it is. They skipped steps & charged me full price. 4 guys to wipe down car. Looked tired & moved very slowly & seemed not to care about their job. They offered to re-clean it but: (1) who has the time to waste after the line-up & waiting the 1st time? (2) after spending one's time & gas coming back, can u trust they'll do it right the 2nd time? Their standards & quality are worse than before. Can anyone recommend another better car detailing service?

I went here this past Sunday, line up out to the road. Took my almost 30 minutes to even get inside. The customer service was horrible, nobody was friendly and made it seem like they did not want to be there. I paid the 5 star most expensive package you could get, they wouldnt even clean the coffee stain off my seat and there was still dirt dust and hair in my car. Safe to say this will be my first and last time coming here and I will just clean my car myself next time.

Went in to get the van washed got a 5 Star so called service. There where 6 guys working on it, the exterior was nice and clean. The interior was okay expext for the back of the van l didnt realize it until we got home The third row wasnt even touched cupholders still dirty and the back of the van hatch door was dirty. It was like they used the same exterior towels for the inside which left black swirls on all the trim... Very disappointed!! its not like l went there with our van completely destroyed with sirt and gunk all over...

I was there yesterday with my girlfriend. We brought our new cars in for a "5 Star" wash. This was anything but a 5 star car wash. The workers were very careless. They were slamming my car doors and driving it with the emergency break on. Both our cars were still dirty at the end. It was not vacuumed well. I actually had to pull in to the Mavis Dundas car wash after to vacuum my car myself. My tires were still filthy. The bed of my truck had dirt stains all over it. There were smudges and stains on the window. The service was horrible. Not a single person was friendly or even cared what the car looked like in the end. Would not go back and would not recommend to anyone. Waste of $50.

good service bad cleaning. i paid for the most expensive package they have "5 stars" and after the wash i had to come back 2 times to complain about my car not being clean, they didint dry the car propetly and the interior was the worst . i did paid that amount of money to get a really clean interior but the carpet was dirty, i still have dirt between the sits and when i ask to clean right the windshield they repky it will be cleab after 3 or 4 washes. lol

If you want to get a quick car wash this place is pretty great. Finished the inside and outside within 5 minutes and did a pretty great job. I was surprised at how detailed they cleaned it considering they did it in 5 minutes. Although this isn’t my favourite place I usually go to AutoSpa but this is my second go to spot at a lower price point.

I agree with the reviews which state they have experienced a rushed job, its frustrating when you purchase the 5 star option and still have go let the attendants know that they have missed a few spots (dirty carpet, unwiped seats). The guy who was helping us out started giving us attitude afterwards, for what? I just paid 50 bucks for a car wash (suv) I would like my moneys worth pls. I think I had enough of Mavis Dennys.

It was my first time getting a full service exterior and interior carwash, and to be honest I feel stupid for not trying this sooner! For a little over $30, they clean your car pretty much like new! I had a 9 year old Civic that was in dire need of cleaning and they did a superb job! Obviously, not 100% of the surfaces inside and outside is mirror shine polished, but it sure gets pretty close! I'm quite satisfied with my experience.

Went on a cross country road trip from Toronto to Vancouver with some buddies killing probably thousands of bugs on the windshield, headlights, front number and grill along the way. Took the van to Denny’s the morning after we got back and it looked like nothing happened. The internal vacuuming job was spectacular too. Absolutely recommend!

They do a good job at washing but when it come to drying the vehicle properly they lack sight. Plus the $39 package is supposed to get a completely clean and dry car. I can vouch to the clean part but for the complete dry part no.... I would suggest to get a car wash $19 and do the wax, polish and drying yourself...

This is my second time here and first time i felt the job was done very well and worth the money. This time (I selected best package for interior cleaning) not so much; first the service was finished with visible debris on the back seat. I asked for it to be cleaned and it was, which I appreciate. After getting home, i examined the interior further and i found more debris, areas that clearly were barely cleaned or vacuumed, a napkin that i forgot in one of the doors left as is and not even cleaned underneath. Not sure if I would come back here or if it was worth the money.

I've been to this place many times and always found the service to be sub par. The workers don't pay attention to spots that need to cleaned. I always have to point them out. They miss going inbetween the seats or cupholders. It's embarassing to keep telling them you missed this and that. Alot of people waiting have said the same thing amongst themselves. This place only runs because it's the closest thing on a major street. I'm going to take my business elsewhere. Also I have note there is one man maybe he's Persian but he always always gives exceptional service tries his best to make sure car is clean but one man can only do so much

These guys used to be significantly better. The exterior wash is still great but interior I have no idea what they even do since without fail I get the car back with debris still left inside under the seats, in the door storage, in the seat folds and in the rear arm rest. Pretty much zero attention to detail here, charging 40-50 bucks for $20 service.

They used to be much better. My vehicle was washed on Saturday and put in the garage. When I went out on Monday I see shadows on the car door; stepped back and realize it is not clean. There is still a fine layer of dirt on the sides. I also notice that on the bumper below my hatch door there is a line of salt still in the ridge along the length of the bumper. The prices have been increased and they charge more for any hatch no matter what size. I can't justify paying well over $30.00 for this kind of result.

What a disappointment this car wash is. I came in with a pickup truck, purchased the 5 star package and paid extra because I have a truck. When the truck was done the back wasn’t cleaned at all, the inside was poorly done and when I brought it up with the staff, the person I was speaking to was just smiling and saying sorry, “why are you talking to me?” “Go talk to someone inside”

Purchased my brother a gift voucher here for Christmas as he works construction and his car takes a bit of a beating when it comes to dirt. Paid for the 5 star treatment and this is how the car came home. This is a pathetic excuse for a car wash, charging through the roof for mediocre work. There is no pride in workmanship here. Take the money you’d spend here, go buy a shop vac and a microfibre cloth….you’ll get a much better result.

Denny’s Car Wash always does a great wash and clean and I’m always happy with their customer service. They’re hard working and always making sure their customers drive off happy. I’ve been coming here for years and I highly recommend them to anyone wishing to get their car really nice and clean. 5 stars for them.

Used to be better. Not really sure what happened. Now it's all about rushing to the next customer... If you aren't prepared to inspect your vehicle and point out all the stains they didn't touch, don't waste your time. Not trustworthy at all There wasn't even a long line up. Workers are rushed, don't really care, just go through motions of wiping random parts of the car. All the stains on the steering wheel, cup holders, shifter still there after I got back in the car. What's the point of paying for 5 star package when you leave with only a half decent exterior wash? Will never be coming back here again.

I used this car wash service before just this summer and they did a great job. I went today gave them directions on what I needed to be done and my car came out with bugs on my dash which weren't there before I took it in. They used dirty rags which left streaks on my paint, the wax and dirt mixed and left spots on my car. I can't home to redo the whole job myself to get all the dirt and grime off because I spent time in the woods which i noted to then before they took the car in. I'M EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTED WITH THE SERVICE I RECEIVED TODAY. I WON'T BE GOING THERE AGAIN. AND UNFORTUNATELY I WON'T BE RECOMMENDING THEM AS I HAD IN PAST. If you want great service for your money even if you need a faster job, I recommend you spend a few extra bucks and go to a true detailing service. I'll be going back to my regular place just a little further up the road even if i have to wait a little longer for my car to be done the way it should be. There was no gleam to my car which normally it does when I go to other places. Thanks but no thanks to Denny's. Maybe it's because I'm a women but I do a better job. I should have given you my shining cloths and products which were in my trunk. Way better quality products than you use!!!!

I took my dads and my car to get cleaned paid about $100. The cars came out worse then when they went in. My car wasn’t vacuumed at all doors were sprayed and let sit which caused drip marks to now permanently stay there. Cup holders, door pockets, shifter, steering wheels were not touched. I did complain and talk to someone they took the cars back in for another cleaning but came back like they just looked at it. They looked exactly the same. Terrible service and was horrible. Would never recommend.

They did a good job but it's expensive. Better off going down the road to Canadian Tire and cleaning it myself.

Disappointing service. I've been here a couple times and they always put my mats back in the car without drying them and the seats are always wet but still dirty like they just wiped the dirt around. So today when I tipped, I specifically asked that they dry the mats and vaccume very well. They still didn't do either but one guy was kind enough to dry the mats after I asked again. Seems like they're in such a rush that they're not actually paying attention to what they're doing. So now my car is still dirty and on top of that I have to go back and spend another 45mins waiting for them to do it again. BTW I ordered the 4 star service. Not sure where my money just went. I got the 5 star service for my sedan. These are my ratings. I have gotten 5 car washes from this location. (All 5 star washes) Exterior: 4 stars - Car is not always completely dry. I'm not about talking about a few drops. Tire and rims: 4 stars - The machine does most of the work. Rims and tires are not dry when you leave.. This was 3 out of 5 car washes. Interior: 3 stars - The parts of the car you see are cleaned really well. On the other hand, the rest is sub par or even filthy at times. If you are looking for detailing, this is not the car wash service for you. If you have a family car and want to get it cleaned. This is ideal.

Went to Denny's for a couple of car wash gift coupons for my wife and myself. Accosted by attendant that I could not enter business to obtain gift certificates. Somebody's running mcs. Totally unprofessional. will take my buisness worth over $ 100.00 elsewhere. Loosers

Turns out it’s a common occurrence for them to scratch your car and pretend it’s not their fault. Please take accountability for your mistakes don’t play stupid. You lost a customer when you could have just been more honest…. Wouldn’t have written a review but after speaking to a bunch of friends about it turns out they’ve had similar encounters same story lol “ not their fault”

Paid for the 5 star package,($50), inferior service, had to call the guy back to rewipe all the cup holders, dashboard not dressed, door panels still dirty, and outside dust not removed. Got annoyed at pointing out all the mistakes. Awful place, a total rip off.
