Got the super duper wash as it was one of the detailing packages they had. Was not impressed by the job at all, once done the garbage was still in the car, cup holders and various parts of the car will still unclean and everything was lathered in armor oil (way more than needed). The exterior of the car still had spots and was not completely wiped either. I would not waste your money on this place, a better job can be done at coin wash.

Good value for your money. $28 for wash and detail. Most regular washes cost around $10 to $12, for an additional $16-18, you can have them detail the interior. There was no line up today. Was in and out in less than 20 minutes. They pull out the mats, vacuum and blow out the interior. After the automated wash, the car is wiped down

This car wash has definately seen better days. It looks run down now when I went through my car got damaged. When I looked around for the piece that broke off I noted tonnes of plastic debris all around the floor. Pieces of black plastic every where. I guess this is a normal occurrence. "Tender" isn't the case. I brought this up to the owner and he was rude. He even asked me if I knew how many cars go through his wash a day? I wonder if he knows how many he's damaged? Well I wouldn't recommend this place at all and if I could put no stars to the rating I would. Please dont make the same mistake I did.

Terrible, terrible. Went there couple of times, every time tipped them but every time had to point them to some things to correct. Today was the worst service. I brought car in cleaner condition then received. Paid for inside and outside car wash. Inside nothing was done except of mats vacuumed. Outside – unbelievable: it needed to be wiped dry, instead car was smeared all over. I asked to fix it but as the result more smears appeared. On top of it the leather seats became greasy and handprints were all over. Decided to take my car out of that place right away.

So, i paid for my car to be washed (exterior and tire shine ONLY because the inside is clean). I came out of the car wash and waited for tire shine. I approached one of the workers who i knew and told him i needed a tire shine. As he was putting the wax on the tire, I went into a near by convenience store to get money from the ATM so i can tip him. When i came back, two workers yelled and insulted me. They said, GET THE HELL OUT OF HERE. I was shocked and confused. It took me a while to know that they were mad because i paid only $20 - which i was told to pay for EXTERIOR and TIRE shine. Even though it was $17 written on the signboard. I don't think i will ever go there again and will never recommend them to anyone i know. They are the most rudest, and unprofessional car washing shop i know.

I have been having my car washed with Clean Max for a couple of years now. They always do a great job, and offer good value. Very friendly staff - greet you with a smile, and just really nice. Went there with my kids today, and the guy at reception let my son pick out a baseball hat as a gift - insisted he take it, and wouldn't let me pay for it. Highly recommend for service and quality.

Only reason they get 2 stars instead of 1 is because Popular Car Wash around the corner was already closed and these guys were the only so-called detailing shop open. Avoid this place if at all possible - read more: I purchased their Super Duper wash ($65 rip-off - not much different from $30-40 in-out washes at competing locations) and the cleaning starts off with 1 person vacuuming. 1 Person??? I can name Popular Car Wash, Denny's Wash, and In-And-Out Brampton that have at least 2-4 people vacuuming & washing mats of the car at the same time that makes for a more efficient, thorough cleaning. This 1 person was VERY rushed due to long lineup of cars, making for a less than desirable quality of cleaning. Actual wash was good - but that is done by robots so little room for human error. Then finally, the nice fellas who don't speak English completing the interior detail of my car seriously lack cleaning training. They applied the Armor All Vinyl Protectant on my leather seats, which made my seats VERY slippery to sit on comfortably - leather seats require a special leather product, NOT vinyl/plastic Protectant. And either some cleaning product got onto my windshield or they simply used the same cloth for the dash on the glass as well - the swipes left on my windshield reflected heavily off the sun/street lights/oncoming headlights, so much so I had to pull over after leaving to wipe myself. They forgot to wipe one side view mirror. They did not properly dry the trunk so my emblem still had white dirt, and water dripping down the back. The tire shine was slapped on very carelessly on the wheels with many areas on the tide side wall left untouched. While the disclaimer states they are not responsible for lost or stolen items - a few loonies in my armrest were gone. So they will literally take anything valuable they can find. And for the icing on the cake - the customer in front of me attempting to redeem his Groupon coupon was denied because no one in the shop knew how to redeem it ("Sorry sir, manager already left for the day, only he knows how to do it") ~~ !!?!?!?!!. LOL - seriously, this place is made up of the scum and dirt left behind your wash. Wouldn't risk washing my car here ever again even if it was for free.

Got car wash here with the vacuum they do, After they finished the car I got back in and as I got on the highway I went to put the heat up, THE BUTTON WAS MISSING, Im not trying to cry over a button, its just that without that button I cant use the heating at all no more and my A/C is set to the coolest, and if I want to get a new button I have to purchase the whole radio cover which isnt cheap.

Bought a groupon and when we arrived the place wasn't open. I thought it was just because it was a week day. Turns out my car driven by them to another location Kipling Car Wash. If i had known they were not going to detail my car there, I would have driven it myself. Luckily Kipling car wash is close to my home, or else I would have been infuriated to have to drive over there to pick up the car. They took 6 hours (10-4) to detail the car, and the car was decently vacuumed and washed. But the products used are low quality, and all of the leather in the car is shiny and greasy. At $80 for the groupon, it's sub-par but at least the car got vacuumed on the inside. I would not go back or recommend.

Brutal customer service in the office. I arrived for my scheduled appointment that I had made days prior for a full car detailing - the woman at the front desk struggled tremendously to communicate and had no written appointment schedule or online schedule. She did not know what I was in for, even though all of my information and car details had been taken when I made the appointment on the phone. She gave me a different price than I had received on the phone and seemed clueless about what was happening around her. The whole operation seemed incredibly ineffective and their communication with customers was brutal. Did not crack a smile from beginning to end of our interaction. Would never recommend.

This one is a worst one 2 of my rims got scratched I got package with hand dried and I swear I almost killed those f*** kids that they make while cars with dirtiest microfibre towels I ever seen. Drying proces for me at least was literally no joke 5 seconds guy whipped my windshield other guy whipped side mirrors 3rd guy whipped rear windshield pretty much places viselble to you from interior. First and last time I'll be going here. The focus of this place is to get as many cars done at a time. Jobs are all rushed and of low quality. I had to wipe down my car myself after I paid for a hand dry. They used a brush on my vinyl wrap and scratched it.

dissapointed, I went to get a hand car wash today, at first they refused they told me we have self serve as well go do it there.. at the end they agreed . They only did outside for me at $25.00 - got them to do my mats, tire shine etc. But pricey. For $25,00 I should get interior as well luckily I did inside myself. Then I saw them pull out a brush to wash the outside, most places use a mitt for a better clean.. They didn't have i offered to give them mine and one of the employees didn't know how to use it walked away and got someone else. They were lazy saying line up of cars... shouldn't talk to customers like that? makes them feel like not to come back or recommend. They did do a good job but just not professional how to talk to customers and they kept increasing prices hes like you want in and out $55.00........ im like no i just need mats to wash hes like have to charge extra even tho it is part of one of there packages....... so guys just be careful here, as well they have a machine with brushes. i saw like 3 to 4 cars going at a time.. which comes to my concern how clean are the brushes? Chance of the car still being dirty after as well how safe is it against the body of the car ? could scratch it up .As well one of the workers said we are not responsible if any damage happens to the car while it is being washed there ...

Improved customers service, area is clean, paint and renovated the building, installed new technology, cameras monitoring and management. MD, Mr. Gul Hassan running the Carwash affairs smartly. They are the most unprofessional, ungrateful, and most of all rudest car wash shop in the whole of Ontario. Do not go to this place for car wash. Their equipment is broken and will scratch your car. My car had scratches it didn't have before after the car wash. I approached the owner and told him about it. He YELLED at me like a mad dog. I couldn't believe it. WILL NEVER USE THEM AGAIN

Love this place. I take my car there every couple of months or so. I drop off my car and have lunch at the place next door. I pay for the highest level of service I think it's about $150 or so. It's totally worth it. My car is cleaned inside and out with the carpets shampooed. I think this is important to keep your car looking new. I would highly recommend for anyone that's picky about keeping their car clean and smelling great. Plus the service is friendly.

Went there to get a wash a vacuum and decided to upgrade to a full interior shampoo. When I went back there was still some dirtiness on the outside. They re washed and went over everything with a fine tooth comb. Inside and outside is now Imaculate!!! Couldn't be happier! Will definitely return. These guys are hard workers. Went for the coin wash and it wasn't busy. Now I see why....I tried to put money in and the soap or water wasn't working....luckily I got the "hand wash" by paying 2 more dollars inside but it's nothing special. I like washing my car and mats myself. I hope they fix their coin wash in the future.

The worst experience ever in a car wash. The car wash machine has not been serviced in a very long time, and as I was checking my car while it was still on site, I noticed scratches all over the hood, roof, and trunk. After confronting the guys that did the service, they called the owner who told me that my car was like that prior to the visit, even though the car was brand new. After arguing with him for some 5 minutes, I had the idea to check the car behind me. Guess what? After it was wiped and dried, that car also had scratches. I told the owner of that car to take a look at that and he confirmed that he had not had scratches before going there. I let the owner of the car wash know, he became very aggressive and started threatening me to leave or otherwise face consequences. Date of visit: Jan 1st, 2022 around 2pm. Also look at the posts in this thread of: PI Cyberinginals, Tyler Durden etc. of people that have had the same problem, which means that the owner knows for some time that the equipment is broken and will damage cars, but he still keeps going by threatening people. PS: He will say that he has a notice that says that he doesn't face responsibility for any damages to your car, which is why I couldn't pursue the matter any further. Just avoid him and take your business to other deserving, hardworking, honest people!

This is an all hours car wash. It does what it says and there are no frills. Its fine.. before it gets dark. The lighting inside isnt great and only a couple have decent lighting. Its in a weird creepy place off of dundas. I wouldn't want to go after the sun has set.

I'd give this place 0 stars but it won't let me. 2 of the bays were closed, the ones open didn't have timers that worked, the brushes had no bristles left on them and the parking was non-existent which made it nearly impossible to get in and out. I'll never go back to this one.

Worst detailing place. Better save your money. I paid $140 for full car detailing (interior, exterior) but still the car was not fully detailed like the roof was not even touched and the seats still had stains on the corners. Other detailing places usually remove sets to detail. Also the carpet was too wet for at least a week. They didnt dry it. When it actaully dried up, I could see the salt stains showing up. That isnt called "detailing". I guess the workers are pressurized to do more cars in less time.

I went back immediately and the guy who washed it said I’ll check the vacuum but if he found it he said “ don’t come back here !!! “ sure enough he found it , so it’s my fault he vacuum it from my box . Don’t worry I’ll never comeback ever , attitude sucks

Yesterday this car wash, damaged my car by ripping out the part. The manager was showed the damages and argued with me saying that this part was broken before. Just so everyone knows this car was new and never been in accident. Guy was rude and unpleasant.

Save your money and just get the $7 wash . I paid for the $30 full service wash and only got a quick vacuum. Windows were not cleaned, dash was not wiped down, tires did not get dressed, no wax . All promises on board in front office. I do not recomend

Very old, dirty, unmaintained place. Dropped 8$ and no display, no any info how much time you have. Less than in 5 min it stopped! And has to go on foamy car to NORMAL car wash to finish. Newer back again and I recommend never try this place

Watch out these guys will charge use more than they actually put in when filing up propane. I suggest checking the machine before going to pay. They charged me an extra $2.00, then claimed they made a mistake when my husband called them out on it.

Went through the car wash and nothing was wrong with my car it is in great shape. When I got home I noticed my rear wiper had broken off. I go through car washes at least once a week and that has never happened before.

Got there and they we're doing repairs on the tracks. I stand infront of the cashier for 10 minutes while he talked on the phone, then when hes done I ask him how much longer until they are done the repairs? If it get my interior cleaned will it be ready for when I'm done that? He says "Yeah it will only be 5 more minutes." After the interior cleaning(Which was done very poorly), they we're still doing repairs on the track and I had to leave and come back another day. Horrible customer service and a waste of time.

best place to get your car wash . As it is cheap but good service. employees are very good, they do there work with full dedication. if you get in any problem, just share it with owner (Mr gul) , he is a very nice guy and will definitely help you out.

Very old and archaic looking car wash. There is no display of countdown timer, the controls are flimsy. The foam brush didnt work for me. You are better off at another coin car wash

Worst place to get a car wash. I'm a guy with low expectations and I was very mad about the result of my car. There was grease all over my window and the floor was poorly vacuumed. They will only do a good job on your car if you're a pretty woman or a friend of the owner. Hell even the free vacuum and coin wash aren't working a lot of times. Never again!!

By far the worse place I have ever been to clean my car in and outttttt!!!!! Outside of the car wasn’t 100% clean, and the interior I’m just disgusted what $36,00 gets you..... a crumby car still. The only reason I went was to get my car vacuumed especially on my seats because of my son and I had to redo it when I got home. Do not go here for service.... go to in and out. Much better and value for money.
