My first experience here was amazing! The customer service (over the phone) I received was fantastic! When I was walking by Sahd (who is wonderful btw), he says “don’t cry Tiffany”…. Well I almost did cry. My car looked so good and clean that I hardly recognized it. It had the rust spots forming all over my white car and they are like Gone! I’ve had this car detailed before but not like this! Practically like it was a brand new car. Spotless. I spilled McDonald’s pancake syrup down into my gearstick. My gear was sticky and hard to move. Now it’s like brand new!!! If I could give six stars I would! I would be crazy not to go back.

I've had both the exterior and interior services. Even on a busy Saturday the lines move pretty quickly. I like the exterior package number 4. Includes Rainx, special wax and tire shine for under $20. Always a great looking car after the wash.

facility is excellent i have seen all kinds of cards here anywhere from lambos to kias... people that love their cars know this facility will take care of it. only downside is that they don't offer an unlimited monthly pass like other carwashes out there, you buy a package of 12 car washes that express in 90 days from the first car wash date

I came to get my carpets cleaned and an engine soap wash. I was not satisfied with some things.There were two holes on the driver's side carpet after it was cleaned. My seats and front console were extremely filthy with dust and sand after the carpets have been cleaned(It was clean before the carpet cleaning) Definitely not a good first experience.

I get a coupon in the mail to save $10 on an oil change. Standard service here is to offer free car wash with oil changes. After my oil change they tell me I get the coupon OR the wash.... Why bother sending the coupon? I can see now why they'll never get a 5 star rating.

Some of the employees at this place have zero respect for your vehicle. I got the exterior + interior wash and when i drove up to the interior part the person driving it onto the conveyer belt got the front two wheels on the belt and proceeded to put the car in park. I watched as the back wheels were being literally dragged across the floor. The person then put it back in drive then on park again before the back wheels reached the conveyer belt. The back of the car was locking up and releasing violently in response to this incompetent person. He did this multiple times. All the mean while the person doing this and the other employees were taking things very lightly and laughing. If you want to pay $40 just to get your car damaged by some fresh out of highschool careless employee who does not know how to operate a vehicle and has no respect for your expensive belongings then your in the right place. Won't be back here again.

Decent price, new facility is huge and clean professional, diverse with a lovely lounge waiting area with refreshments. They have wash packages that offer fair value. Place gets busy on key days...like the first decent day after snow salt and slush get there early otherwise you'll be waiting if you paid for interior as well. As for the wash, automated car wash tunnel was long thorough and clean. My car is my baby and she came out looking amazing! Concerns I had with the interior were addressed and received great advice about windshield chips on my car. Overall extremely satisfied, the customer service alone would bring me back much less the wash..???? 5/5 - just take my money lol

I purchased a used car a couple of days back and yesterday i went for the Bumper-to-Bumper Detail service. When the car was delivered after 5 hours of work on it it was just immaculate and shiny. Job done to the perfection beyond my expectations. Fine attention was paid to the minutest of details by the staff. I cannot thank them enough!

Went there for the first time today. Got express exterior and interior clean and these are my door panes. Looks like they only did vacuum on interior clean which I could have done myself. I can see the dirty spots on seats/gear box which I thought they would take out. $40 for this job? I don’t think I will go there again.

Coin-op wash was clean and in good working order. Only 4 stars because it had some issues accepting coins...required multiple attempts before they would work. And the credit card tap didn't work.

Was my first time here, and I'm a little disappointed. I went for a exterior wash with an express interior clean. I understand express is dependent on how busy it is, and I went early Saturday morning, which was empty. I had a small coffee drop that was in the cup holder, and it was still there when they completed the interior clean.

Mats were just rinsed. Not worth the $179+tax I paid. Under the mats were not vacuumed. I wouldn't know if I didn't check under. Grass was still there. I had to vacuum myself after. Inside looks great minus the greasy steering wheel and areas that would sprayed and not wiped. Not worth the high cost. Shameful considering this is all they do. I was promised it would look "showroom worthy". Far from it. I wouldn't pay more than $100 for what they offered and you can find places that charge less and do better work. I was offered a free car wash. The same I get at Esso for less than $10. They don't take care of customers very well for what they charge so I will never go back. Save your money folks. Trust me. Good luck!

Just tried the Autospa for the first time, front desk was very helpful and curteous, while the line was long, it moved so fast! Don't ever let that be a deterrent. Quality of the wash, solid 9/10. The flat back of any SUV is always a pain for these machines. Tire clean for an added 3$... We'll see how well that lasts for, but certainly took less time than if I were to do it myself! White vehicles after a winter show a lot of fallout, don't expect the wash to neutralize it even tho they say it may reduce some of it (brake dust removal), only a clay bar or fallout chemical cleaner will do it. For certain I will be back!

Nice people. I forgot my floor liner at the coin wash, everyone wanted to help. After checking with all the staffs, reviewing video, found it. Coin wash is one of the best as well, key point; A minute is A minute here unlike other places where the time shown is not time but A Timer that runs faster. Used to spend one or two extra dollars to complete the wash, but here, it gives good enough time to finish up my car.

I spend $155 for oil change and interior/exterior detailing. Poor detailing work. Lots of dirt left on vehicle. I have been here several times and there is always some dirt left behind but today is by far the worst.

Good exterior wash machine with tire shine. More expensive than your Gas Station car wash, but it's better than those. Haven't tried the interior clean yet, everytime i go (Sundays) they are closed and only offer exterior wash. Will check it out sometime soon.

Reliable ! Fast ! Convenient ! It’s a two step process. You pay for the type of car wash you want. I wanted both interior and exterior to be cleaned. First they get your car cleaned from the outside which is fully automated. Once completed you go to the lane where you specifically get the interior cleaned. Here is where you get out. Young team members did an amazing job taking care of every small detail. I would definitely come back !

I went into to get an interior and exterior wash today and they had done an amazing job in and out. We were approached by James to let us know we had a stone chip and asked if we would like to have it repaired and of course we did. What I liked was that they made us aware of this so that it can be fixed before it gets worse. Will be coming here more often!!

Avoid - Exterior Wash is Good but over priced (even with discount) also it does use brushes (No sign telling you that) The Interior cleaning was so poor (reason for 1 star rating) rims not wiped, water /soap marks all over truck, vacuum missed some areas in back, and the dash still had dust remaining in areas - lots of friendly happy employees but lack a quality check of work - so you will need to check your vehicle. Suggest Denny’s (Mavis Road Mississauga & in Oakville) or In & Out in Brampton (Airport Road Location Only) both 5 Stars Ratings - much more focus on details - $50 for washing a truck you deserve better then this.

The worst experience ever. Never go to this autospa if you dont want your car to stink. I brought my car to this Autospa the first time for a bumper to bumper detailing on June 24, as it was close to my kids school and my home. Usually I take my car to Toyota dealership. This autospa charged me $200 plus for a detailing. I received my car wet and the technician (a very rude guy) advised us to leave the doors open for the night to let it dry. We followed the instructions but the car started stinking like a fish. We thought the smell will go away but even after two weeks its there and increasing day by day. They used bad products to wash our car. When I complained, the receptionist Stephanie, advised me to bring the car so they will re wash it. When I brought the car back to the autospa , the same rude person came to assess the car. He said he doesn't smell anything ( may be he needs a doctor to check his smell sense), second, he blamed us that we didn't let the car dry enough, third, he said go find a mouse if its dead in the car, fourth, he tried to blame the car filter which was already changed by Toyota on last maintenance. He refused to do anything and said if he's gonna wash it he will charge $138 for the car seats and carpet again. A very poor customer service as the receptionist asked me to bring the car so it will be re washed and the technician blamed everything on us for the stinky smell coming from the car after this detailing. I am highly disappointed and will never go back again. I wish I can give zero star.

The car's screen and dashboard were untouched, no wiping done to clean the screens and remove fingerprints - cup holders remained dirty - Back side of the car still remained dirty even after going into the car wash - the place looks understaffed. They were not cooperative with my complaints - employees look unhappy and work in a toxic work environment. For $50 go buy the products and clean it yourself.

I bought the full interior detail package + wax for my Grand Cherokee, very pleased with the service, the interior was spotless, the floor, the foot mats and the seats, looked almost brand new after the service. and the exterior wax finish was A+. The waiting area is spacious and the wifi works great. However, a couple of comments: 1) the price listed on the website is for small/standard sedans, actual price based on vehicle's size and condition of the interior may give you a shock. Get an actual quote before booking. 2) they should offer option of matt finish for the interior. The glossy finisher they used is extremely shiny, and the interior looked smothered in oil. I had to wipe it off with a damp towel. Overall I am satisfied, and will go there again for regular car wash and detailing.

I give this place 3 stars. I've been here a few times before, each time I came, I got the interior and exterior option. But this time only essential workers are allowed get interior cleaned... So I bought the exterior premium wash with the tire shine and wax. My tires were were half, not joking, only half cleaned and the wax I also paid for? Half decent job. I'm not impressed at all with this. Makes me want to not come back again until this "essential only workers" is over. Even then, I paid $6 dollars for upgrade wash. I did not get it... I should of gone to Petro Canada.

i was very disappointed with the interior cleaning of my car the exterior was cleaned very well but i would never recommend the interior cleaning to anyone. After the car was delivered i noticed that the associate even left dirty rags in my car. i had to take them and leave them on the side myself because the associate had left already. i’m satisfied with exterior but am extremely disappointed with the interior cleaning. The exterior wash plus express interior is great value. They did an excellent job and I'll be back. Don't expect fine detailing for $50, but it is perfect if you just want your car cleaned.

Got my car seats shampooed here, it was below expectation. Paid around 70$ and they told me car will be ready in an hour time. When I got the car back the seats were still wet, asked the guy and he said it takes 24 hours for the seats to dry out. I agreed and came back home. Next day I checked the seats are still wet and there are stains on the seats and headrest. I wouldn’t recommend this location for the seat shampooing.

We brought my wife’s 10 year old Ford Escape / kids taxi/ dog limousine in for a complete detailing and were absolutely theilled with the results. The car looks like it just came out of the showroom. The carpets actually look like they were taken out and replaced with brand new ones. All done at a price that was well below 95% of the car detailing shops out there. We have always used the in/out wash service but will definitely be back the next time we need detailing done! Well done Auto-Spa !

Place had turned into a zoo. Employees are just rude, and there is no control. Waited 20 min last week only to be bullied by some blonde who needed to wash someone car. Paid $31 for an interior and exterior wash and I was truly impressed with how my 12 year old honda looked by the end of it. The facility itself is like no other car wash in the business, one manager approached me while I was watching my car being washed to make sure everything was going smoothly. The interior cleaning was done by a team of 5+ people putting in real attention to detail. This place is an hour from where I live but I'd visit again.

I have a 1996 Camaro that I brought in and it hadn't been cleaned or detailed on the interior for as long as we had it and when it was done here, the car looked like it came straight from the showroom and the service was excellent. They quoted it taking a long time and finished in a shorter period. Well exceeded my expectations and would recommend to anyone because of how happy I am with the work they did.

I am rewriting my review. I had originally provided them with a 1 star and poor review because of damage that had been done to my vehicle. My Mercedes-Benz emblem was ripped off my trunk and sent flying in their carwash. I was really upset with how it was handled. At that moment in time no solution was offered to me and I was notified that there was no management on site to escalate the situation to. I was disappointed because my fiance visits their auto spa religiously, it's his fav spot to clean his vehicle. I received a phone call from their manager within an hour of having left their business. She was great, she apologized for how the situation was handled and that her team would be coached on what to do for next time. She was very empathetic and asked me to come back to allow her an opportunity to resolve the situation. I went back a couple of days later and they had someone on site that fixed the emblem, it was a quick fix. Great people, I'm very happy that they owned the blunder and fixed it! The manager went above and beyond and offered to detail my car. The appointment was yesterday and my car looks brand new! I wasn't expecting anything more than my emblem to be fixed. They put themselves in their customer's shoes and they did what they needed to to ensure their customer is satisfied and happy. Amazing service and I am definitely going to be a long term customer.

Nice work cleaning my car from the outside and inside. I wouldn’t say it’s perfect but it does the job if you don’t want to do detailing. I would definitely recommend it for family and friends. It’s definitely way better than Deny’s car was on Mavis. They are very organized as well

Great location in Mississauga and successful visit. You can opt for an inside cleaning only, you can shampoo your carpets, they can also do your outside if you wish. The car wash is a fun ride itself. And if you wanna drop off your car and take a nap they will shuttle you home.

Went to this location yesterday (Dec 12th 2021). I have to say, the auto wash wasn't as good as usual. I used the right side bay (left was closed) and the service attendants didn't bother to scrub the back window nor spray the tires before service; they did, however, clean the back window and spray the tires of a nice new Rolls Royce SUV that was ahead of me. At the end of the actual wash, It seems like the side view mirrors and back window didn't even get touched by any brushes, leaving them dirty. I feel like the quality of this place has gone downhill recently. I think its unjust that they provided extra services to the car ahead of me, even though we likely had the same service (Premium Wash). Wont go back because they seemingly provide better services to vehicles of a certain caliber vs. lower-end vehicles.

Been there few times but noticed that the service wasn’t as great today as it normally is.. I just got home after car wash and can still some dirt spots inside the car. Vacuuming wasn’t done properly and the door belts were still dirty. Previously it used to amazingly clean.. not sure what is causing this fall in quality of service?

I took my mini van for the interior and exterior express package. The staff are very nice and courteous. I was very happy with the exterior wash, better than any gas station wash. As for the interior I was disappointed. For the price paid I expected a better job. There was large pieces not picked up (I attached some pictures, but it was like that everywhere). The seats were. It done well and I had to “hand sweep” several large pieces off afterwards. There was also a large area that had some fine sand that was still remaining (see picture) I would return for the wash but not the interior cleaning

By Far the BEST Coin op ANYWHERE!!!! I live in Guelph. There is Absolutely nothing around our area that even compares to this. Card readers for those of you that doing carry change around with you. This place is amazing, the value you get for all the work is insane. An exterior and quick interior is about $35 (depends on 2 or 4 door) and is 110% worth every penny. The set up is very organized and efficient. The team is very careful and everyone does their job well. You can watch as the team clean the interior, the waiting area is also spotless , I wouldn't expect anything less from a place that specializes in cleaning . I go here Everytime I am in Mississauga, I wish there was an autospa in Markham!!

There are a lot of people there who all seem to be trying to look busy while doing almost nothing and not paying attention to anything. Speaking of not paying attention , my all wheel drive car was put in Park when only the front tires were on the conveyor belt , then they turned the conveyor belt on. The woman actually looked directly at my tires before turning the conveyor belt on and sort of shrugged her shoulders, but I guess she just didn't care. The noises coming out of my transmission were horrifying. Might have to spend $5,000 to replace my transmission ... All the best equipment doesn't matter if the people working there don't care about anything.

Jemma the kiosk attendant was fantastic. Made my experience super easy and was attentive. The car wash was awesome and the interior clean for the price was fantastic. They even told me about doing salt remover on carpet under my tux mats for next time I visit and suggesting a clay bar to the car to remove pollen and orange spots! Best place in town to wash your vehicle! A bargain if you ask me! I always go in and get the oil change with jiffy lube and I get the interior and exterior cleaning for only $155. They do a fantastic job cleaning the car and the oil change takes them no more than 10 minutes usually and they also top up all the fluids, check your tires and lights!

Fairly unimpressed, i paid $61 for a full service which, the price was fine I didn't mind paying but the service given was a bit upsetting. First the car wash stops while im in the middle of it, and no one came for at least 5 minutes to help or tell me what's going on. The only reason they came was because I honked as well, no apology or anything was given. The interior clean was done well with care, only reason they're getting any stars. But when I got out of the car there were 2/3 guys yelling at each other in another language which is rather off-putting

Decent cleaning for interior but certainly not great. They missed several spots although just minor inside the car cabin but the most glaring however, was the fact that they did not vacuum or clean the trunk AT ALL. Overall though it’s decent for the price. I didn’t get the exterior wash because it wasn’t touchless and I don’t fancy scratches on the exterior.

Friendly Customer Service. Poor Quality Work. After waiting 25min in a very long line up... I got the Exterior Wash / Express Interior package. The exterior wash is nothing special but did the job. I prefer touchless though, since anything that does touch your vehicle may create swirl marks... Then, after another long lineup, about 20min. Interior cleaning... I get it, it's "express" But! For the amount of time that it was getting serviced and the amount of workers going in & out of it...I expected way better. My gauges were still dirty, display screen was still dirty, mats we're not put back correctly and were very wet. Other areas were not cleaned as they should've been, even for "express" standards. Even my windows and side mirrors had been done so poorly, I had to do them myself afterwards. Again, decent car wash...but the express Interior cleaning isn't the greatest. Decent at best.

Just picked up my car a few minutes ago, to summarize... my cute puppy is not too fond of car rides and unfortunately puked everywhere! The Driver’s seat and passenger... even made it into the crevices and cracks. I dropped off my car yesterday and met with one of the detailers (I wish I could remember his name), he was extremely polite and honest about what needed to be done to ensure the car wouldn’t smell once summer came around. He suggested the seats were to be removed to get all the puke out. I was hesitant when I first heard how much it would cost me, they worked with my budget and gave me a FAIR PRICE! The girls at the front desk were also extremely friendly. I love coming here, I definitely recommend it. If I could only post the before and after pictures for you all to see.. you would be impressed too!! Thank you so much guys!

This is one of the biggest facilities I've seen that includes car wash, self wash bays, oil change, windshield repair, quick detail, and full service detail. I've been here a few times over the winter to get that road grim off and it's great. When you pull in it is a bit confusing and depending on what you're doing. If it's the machine wash you're doing pull in to the right lane drive your self forward until you get to the gate attendant, once at the gate you pay for your wash and any additional service like interior cleaning, tire shine, or rain x. Once you've washed your car through the longest wash tunnel you can swing back around to the left side of the lane if you purchased the interior clean and line up again for round 2 of cleaning. They are very similar to Dennys on Mavis but I find Auto Spa does a better job at cleaning the interior and exterior of the car. I would highly recommend getting the rain x option, this is a repellent for water and help cleaning road tar easier. They also have the option for the one that like to wash their own car in a wash bay. It looks like there are about 5 or 6 bays for self wash. There is also a lube oil and filter station beside the self wash bays, and beside that there is a spot for windshield replacement and stone chip repairs. This facility is open concept so you can see what every station is doing nothing to hide. Their prices are fairly reasonable and competitive with other detailing shops. They offer the same level of service as well including the now very popular ceramic coating.

Excellent centre for all things car cleanliness. If you want to go all-in, you can opt for their express detailing service which gives you a full exterior wash followed by an interior clean. The interior clean is really good if yo’re like most people and just have regular clutter.

Would highly recommend! I went in for a seat shampoo and was very impressed with their customer service. The floor manager had great attention to detail and addressed our questions about some of their other services. James from Uniglass identified a small crack on the windshield, addressed it with me and worked with my insurance directly to fill the crack free of charge. Overall friendly staff, speedy wifi, and clean environment that was sanitized between customers.

Regular Customer: I come here on average 3-4 times a month. Unless it’s extremely cold I stick to the coin op, but I use the interior cleaning service regularly. I have used the in-house car wash and it does an excellent job. I’m just not a big fan of touch car washes for obvious reasons. The one thing I will say about the coin up, that is vial, is that it always has warm water coming out of the hose. That is a MUST at any coin op. So much better than the one on Mavis. I travel here from Milton. Interior: they clean it pretty well. I must admit I am really picky when it comes to cleanliness, and these guys do a decent job. As u can see from the pictures, ur car will be cleaned in 10 minutes. The line moves quickly. The only reason why I give this place a 4/5 is because the service could be a little better. Other than that, the place is excellent. One of the best in mississauga.

The car wash itself is awful. It is not a touchless wash and the machine scratched up my car all over the place. Only reason I gave it a two star review is because their cleaning team did a good job of cleaning the inside my car. They also have self washing stations if you want that. WATCH OUT. We took our car here and the cleaning was very good. Once we were driving home, we realized Autospa had cracked our car’s entertainment system screen. When we went back the next day to show them, obviously, they denied they had anything to do with the crack. While I know they won’t do anything for me, I recommend anyone going here to either take some before and after pics in case they do something like this to your car or better yet, just don’t go. Who knows what else they’re capable of breaking inside your car? EDIT: Reached out to the email provided and still no response. Stay away from this business or they might ruin something in your car.

We had the carpet shampoo,seats etc & also the general package, car came back with dirty rear floor, black marks on the exterior & the dash, windshield were smeared (could only see this following day when the sun reflected). Went a couple of times, interior clean was good, exterior had some water marks and white dry film issues (kinks that needed to be worked out) understand it was a new place, returned a month later and interior clean was good, exterior even worse then then first time. Dry white soap everywhere on my truck, the manager (Nazar) fixed the problem and apologized for the wait. Now went back a third time and the exact same problem with the water marks and white dry soap all over the truck, the interior clean was good but they did forget to bring my belongings in the cart to my truck when finished, I had to wheel cart over from the belt myself, when I left and got home my truck was covered in the dry white film and I could tell where the truck was wiped to dry and where it wasn’t. I called in, left a msg with no reply. Called again spoke to a rep and she said Nazar the manager no longer works there but his father Freddy does. Well it’s been 2days now still no call back to even help fixing the issues. If you own a black vehicle stay away from this so called state of the art car wash. Never again :( -Ravi M

The coin op car wash is price quote fairly. I truly hope they don't raise their price. When I was last there, it was $3 for about 4-4.5 minutes. The facility is also pretty large and it's just a great spot to go and get a car wash. Funny story btw... I went in shortly after the opening and was estactic that I could get a full car wash for $6. Shortly after... I went and they said it was $15. I wish they'd told me it was a special from the jump. But hey... I can't fault them cause it was super cheap.

Changing my review from 3 to 1 from my tinting service I got from them. First off, tinting application day, I waited an extra 1.5 hours past projected time and tried to look past it given that I got my tinting. 10 months later and the tint already peeled off and couldn't even last a year! I have emailed them twice and gone to the location to have my information taken down - still no word. So disappointing. Maybe it's cause they get this service contracted by someone else but if you can't sustain a decent quality of a service, why not just get rid of it.

Auto Spa Mississauga + Jiffy Lube - This pretty new car wash service is highly recommended by my neighbor. He was there having the Ultimate Exterior & Express Interior car wash and was very happy about the services. So I go and try their machine wash first. The facility was very clean. The staff at the gate are very helpful and explain the different pricing of the car wash. Then we drove through the gate and was approach by another two very helpful staff with a pleasant smile, again explain to us how to drive to the machine and put the car in neutral during the wash. The wash was above our expectation, money well spent. Thanks.

My rating is based on a comparison to the typical gas station car wash for the basic exterior wash only. I would definitely go to Auto Spa Mississauga for the purpose of a quick wash. I haven't experienced the other options so I can't comment. For the price ($16.00) of the basic exterior only without tire shine or anything added I think its very good compared to a normal gas station car wash. You don't have to step out of your car at any point. The payment is done at a drive up booth with you in the car. Then you drive along to the washer entrance. Upon entering your present your ticket that you got when you paid to a person who will actually prewash your car. The prewash is actually quite good. The person will use a spray bottle to apply a chemical around your car. Then they will use a pressure washer and wash out the entire car ( not just the base ) fairly quickly. Then they will instruct you to drive up onto the system that will pull your car through the washing area. Each time I went I have gotten pleasant service. The actual washing system is very similar to a gas station type but it is probably four times the length and your car is pulled along the track while you sit with your car in neutral. The dryer is sensor based and can be a bit worrying, but don't, it will move out of the way before it hits your car. For $16 dollars I have no complaints except they have spoiled my view of other car wash much closer to me.

I'm not a huge fan of the spiraling cloth material that washes my car, even though they claim to be touchless. Hence the 4 stars, or else it would have been 5/5. I took my new black pickup truck here and was impressed at first by the price for interior exterior detail, It was $49.70 taxes in. Basically you get what you pay for! $49.70 for full interior/exterior detail may sound like a great deal, but I left with 4 medium scratch marks on the side which weren't there before on my brand new truck which is only 2 months old. The colour of the truck is black so everything can be seen very easily. Also all my change (toonies loonies) were stolen from my centre console. Keep all change in your pocket during the interior detail. Bunch of kids working who will empty out anything valuable. Customer service was excellent and everyone is very friendly. Once again keep in mind the price, If you want ultra premium detail spend the extra money on a fine detail shop. I will not return here due to scratches left on my truck.

Auto Spa is a great place for cars. They have touch less wash which is really good and extensive. They have Car Detailing and self serv car wash using cash or credit/debit card. There is ample parking and self serv vacuums to do your car detailing yourself or using their sevice. Inside they have nice little lounge with Starbucks. In Covid times it is hard to use inside but it is a great place to go and get your car clean and shiny. Also they have collaboration with Jiffy Lube and you can get your oil changed and small maintenance. Auto Spa is located at the corner of Eglinton Ave and ninth line in Mississauga.

I always came here to wash my car especially during winter months I always bought their wash pass. However, tosay I decided to try their full detailing service which induced vacuuming car, wiping down all of my interior, tire shine and an exterior wash. I think they did a fantastic job to how busy it was and time tight as its multiple cars at once being cleaned in a line up style. I got the interior and exterior package the exterior wash was fine but the inerintewas barely done they did not vaccuum the back seats. The dash was half done there were also spots all over the center console the door panels were not wiped the kick panel on the driver side was not touched. Had to go home and re dodthe entire interior ofothe car. Better to do it yourself.

Great car wash. The staff are friendly and helpful. The car actually comes out clean and the price is not bad (when compared to other options in downtown Toronto). I would definitely go back if I am in the neighborhood.

Great experience. The wash was really thorough and the car came out very clean. The tire shine was not worth the money since the rims were still dirty. And the tires didn't look any different from when we went in. The overall wash was much better than the usual gas station washes. The one thing I should mention is the wash rollers grabbed both the mirrors on my Honda Odyssey. Both mirrors were pushed back past their limit and then flipped back by two different sets of rollers... Thankfully they didn't break. Might want to fold your mirrors though they don't ask you to. Other than that, will definitely use this place again..

Auto spa is great, bow ever i went to jiffy lube at auto spa and was confronted by a angry individual when began yelling at me because I pulled in lane close to his vehicle. I pointed out he was in the jiffey lube lane for cars to pull up to go in to designated bay. He went off still yelling while cleaning his car. I told the jiffey lube employee. He said they always do that, but refused to address the individual. I think I will get my oil changes else ware.

Worst experience ever!!! It’s very expensive!!! The work was terrible , my car had dust all over the seats and interior display where I paid and asked for it to be removed! The manager was so rude when we complained about the work! He argued as if he didn’t give a damn about us! I took the cloth and cleaned the car myself! Honestly these guys just wanna take your money by upselling things and the worst part is that their work is not even professional!!!! I could have done the same work at home myself ! Don’t waste your money and time here!! I will never go back specially after how I was treated !! No manners, no costumer service !!! Shame on you !!! Although I only live 5 minutes away, I had never been here before the date of this review. For less than the price of a tank of gas I was able to get the interior and and exterior of my car cleaned to a very satisfying level. It was by no means a perfect level of detailing but for anyone just wanting their car cleaned in 30 minutes (there wasnt really a line up when I arrived), I would highly recommend this business.

A very professional bunch of people. Accommodated my request for doing an interior detailing on short request. The rates are quite reasonable and market competitive, the auto being $13.99 that has lots of phases. WiFi has great speed and the star bucks is available for coffee and snacks that helped me spend around 5 hours and with my work... Didn't try Jiffy Lube. Only area of improvement I saw is: Deposit can only be paid via phone by providing CC details. I'm not comfortable doing that.

This was my first time there. I got the wash where they do the outside and inside. They did a good job on the outside, but in the inside they did a horrible job. Seems like they were rushing because after the service one of the guys approached me and said sorry about the delay which told me they were rushing. I did call back and spoke to a SUP and let them know and they said you can come back and we will fix it but they should have done the job properly. Just want my money back.

Quick efficient and great service. Car wash and interior done in a jiffy. While waiting had a cappucino and chocolate cheesecake...both were excellent. They serve starbucks coffee. The cake was fresh though a bit small. The interior was vacuumed and cleaned out though salt on the lower mat was left there. For price paid that could have been wiped clean too. Paid for shampoo of the mats which were superbly done. At other places i have still found hair and other debris left in. The whole process took about 30 mins which was pretty good. They have free wifi and an excellent waiting area and premises are kept in pristine condition. Sorry that was supposed to be 5 star. Must have touched the wrong spot.

Wow! Great service, fast and efficient. The service offerings were wonderful. The interior cleaning was well done. Car is placed on a slow-moving conveyor belt while a staff of at least 6-8 worked simultaneously on the car's interior, to clean it in a short amount of time so I didn't have to wait long. Additional service to support your car– they offered to fix the chip on my windshield at no cost to me, since they file it directly with the insurance, and guaranteed me this would not cause my insurance to go up next year. My only issues: – The outside of my car wasn't cleaned fully through their auto wash, I still had dirt on the back including bird droppings. I still have to take care of that myself when I can find the time. – They weren't able to clean some spots from my steering wheel, which I will have to go back and do myself. – My seats had some light scuffs from my own vacuum. I had been able to clean those off in the past. During this cleaning, they didn't clean those properly and those "dust" marks were still there. This place really amazed me, their customer service is wonderful. I will most likely go back, but need to monitor the cleaning this time. I recommend– before you leave, double-check your car to make sure it's fully cleaned, in case they need to go back over anything. Wish I had!

Major disappointment. I was very excited to go take my new car to the spa after a rough winter and was looking forward to seeing it all fresh and clean. Turns out I should have saved my money and done it myself. Paid about $50 and some change do get the exterior and interior cleaned and extra for the floor mats shampooed and tired. The exterior wash and wax was terribly done. There were a ton of marks and drops of wax all over that collected dirt when I left. Interior looked decent but that's mainly because I keep it pristine. Didn't look like there was much effort put into it even though there were a bunch of employees cleaning one car. Some good points: Service was friendly and explained well to a first timer. It was really fast and got some faster than I expected. The mats were cleaned well as all the salt stains were gone and wheels looked good too. Regardless, I wouldn't recommend coming to get a car wash here. Gather some cleaning materials and spend half an hour at a do it yourself coin wash to get better results and save money.

When I pay $44 I expect more. I spent another 30 min removing crumbles and fingerprints from the dash board. I dont think I will be going back.

This is the first time I use their service and I am beyond disappointed with the poor quality of the vaccuming they did to my car!! In fact: I do a better job when I use self service $3 for 5 minutes vaccuming my car at their coins one! I paid $45 and my car was not cleaned the way It should be, I am not talking about stains, shampooing etc!! No. I am talking another dirt,twigs and normal daily debris and wiping a console in a sincere way ???????? I am sorry but I will not use their services again.

I got a free car wash with them from Jiffy lube. I was denied being able to use it because of a work light I've never had issues with. Had to ask to be reimbursed for what I'd paid for then was told to turn around and drive out, and I quote "somehow" from the completely full line up . There was no sign or any employee acknowledgement about this untill after I had already purchased. I feel scammed and lied to and will never use this service every again.

I was very excited to try out the auto-spa as it is brand new! I typically only hand wash the vehicle as I have a ceramic coating and and I also have a lower vehicle and after market wheels that I don't want to risk with the tracks/machines. I opted for an interior only option for $35, which normally includes a wash but I only wanted the interior, I indicated to the manager/staff if they could not not wipe or use any cloths on the paint/exterior however this didnt stop the staff from doing so, Why would you wipe a car with a rag when it was completely dry? Swirl 101. I also indicated glass and rims (included as per their menu) were ok. The lady did inform the supervisor, but as soon as she left, they started to wipe down the hood and fenders again with rags on a completely dried/dry vehicle! Also my wheels were never touched when it said the service included a wipe down of rims. Completely horrible service and a good way to scratch the vehicle, she didn't even apologize and said 'well I yelled at them already" and we have like 30 people" so it's hard to make sure everyone is doing their job. Honestly I asked for them to perform less service than what I had paid for so I didnt think I was unreasonable to ask for interior only exception to the include rims and interior typically does not imply the hood and rest of the exterior? for $35 it really isn't worth the stress of what may happen if you aren't watching. As far as the interior clean, my rubber matts still had pebbles and were still dirty afterwards. Regardless of what type of vehicle, luxury, or not, you'd think people who wash cars for a living, should know the basics. I am really disappointed as I like to keep my car clean and was hoping for a reliable option as they are literally 2 minutes away.

Went a couple of times, interior clean was good, exterior had some water marks and white dry film issues (kinks that needed to be worked out) understand it was a new place, returned a month later and interior clean was good, exterior even worse then then first time. Dry white soap everywhere on my truck, the manager (Nazar) fixed the problem and apologized for the wait. Now went back a third time and the exact same problem with the water marks and white dry soap all over the truck, the interior clean was good but they did forget to bring my belongings in the cart to my truck when finished, I had to wheel cart over from the belt myself, when I left and got home my truck was covered in the dry white film and I could tell where the truck was wiped to dry and where it wasn’t. I called in, left a msg with no reply. Called again spoke to a rep and she said Nazar the manager no longer works there but his father Freddy does. Well it’s been 2days now still no call back to even help fixing the issues. If you own a black vehicle stay away from this so called state of the art car wash. Never again :(

I used to spend so much time washing my car at home until I found this place. I haven’t tried the detailing centre yet but the drive through car wash does an amazing job at a reasonable price. No swirl marks or fine scratches like you get at most gas station car washes. I highly recommend Auto Spa!

Some others have mentioned sub-par service. I have been at least 5 times since they opened last July and have not been disappointed, yet. Everyone has been professional and attentive. I keep forgetting to bring cash for a tip and don't remember being given an option to tip when paying. Would love the ability to add a gratuity at the front end. Based on my service history, I would be very comfortable tipping ahead of time. If the attention to detail diminished (which I don't believe it will), I would then forego future tipping. I have only done the drive-thru interior/exterior service (that's all I am reviewing), but, based on the results, will try a full detailing later this year. Very satisfied with their work.

Real bad cleanup inside. Wish I could post pictures. A full service clean up doesn’t measure up to standards even after I pointed out to the staff members when interior cleaning began. At the end of the service I found middle and center row floor wasn’t vacuumed, seats weren’t wiped, back of front seats not wiped, center console not wiped. Door interiors only wiped on top of hand rest. For a state of art facility the workers inside are poorly trained and managed. Money and time wasted. ????

Had a car wash today at Auto Spa and there was a lot of residue left from the wash on my car still. The windows and both front and back windshields were still covered from the residue after the wash. I spoke with one of the staff members and we noticed a few other cars were coming out of the wash like that. Compared to other gas station car washes it's not much better. Staff claims that it's much better equipment used by high end dealers but I don't see the results. They did come out and wipe down my windows but the windshield was still bad to the point where I had to use my washer fluid to clean it or else I wouldn't be able to see properly. I was not offered a refund or anything else that would compensate for the bad car wash I received. For a similar price you can get a good wash, interior cleaning and hand dried from competitors. Overall I was not satisfied with my experience at Auto Spa.

it cost me $350 at a dealership to have my winter tires put on. the technician who stripped my lug nuts all 11 of them @ Auto Spa, in Streetsville did not offer to contact me to replace before he stripped them. owner was rude and uncooperative and did not offer any compensation. very poor customer service. I have used this facility twice and had bad experiences both times. First I had Jiffy Lube there change my summer to winter tires on my 2016 4Runner. They broke 2 of my rear wheel studs. When I checked the wheel nuts with my torque wrench they were set @ 120 ft/lbs compared to factory spec @ 90 ft/lbs. This would be fix of several hundred dollars if done by a mechanic. Fortunately I could do the fix myself. At the end of Sept I took the 4Runner in to have it detailed. Thus is the only time the vehicle was accessed by a third party in months. Several weeks later I found that a very expensive survival knife that I kept under the center rear seat for emergencies was gone. I can't prove that one of their people took it, but I know it was there when I had the car detailed and subsequently searched high and low with no luck. I would not recommend that you leave anything of value in your vehicle if you have it detailed. Personnally I won't use this facility for any purpose in the future.

These guys are amazing, super efficient and very cost friendly. They clean all the panels, vacuum even the trunk for a bit more, and use air compressors to get dust out of crevices. It's not going to be a spot for spot detail but your car will definitely be way cleaner than it came in. Also, since people ask their car wash does have gentle bristles and they have the man power to clean them as they get dirty, knowing this it will still have some contaminants on it, so if you're a paint lover and really care about it, they also offer a hand wash. Today, the detail manager helped me out a lot, I had a small scratch above my rim side on the car and they were also able to make it disappear with a simple buff for super cheap and in 10 minutes. So thank you Noor I believe he is the one that took care of it for me and Dylan for doing a clean job. Really means a lot when a company has people trying to really make sure the customers leave satisfied.

Where has this place been all my life? I paid $41 dollars to have the express interior and exterior package done on my Ford F-150, I haven't cleaned my car in 6 months and I am amazed at the outcome. All of the surfaces were wiped down- my seats and floor vacuumed, windows cleaned, etc. At the end of the service I was offered a complimentary air fresher and was even told my car would benefit from the complete interior detail service that would remove the salt stains from my carpet. I can't wait to try out other packages that the Auto Spa provides. This place has earned a life time customer out of me.

Been going there for over a year through the touch car wash. Went this week and found severe scratches on my car hood and trunk. They should inspect and maintain the brushes. Very dejected right now as I really liked this place. UPDATE: I took it back to AutoSpa and as it stands, its their word against mine so nothing will be done. The scratches are too evenly placed to have been done by manually removing snow so I am convinced it was the car wash. I will stay with touchless car wash from now on.

Absolutely painful wait on a Sunday afternoon with my son! I have been going to the Autospa in Burlington for years and this new facility on Platnium is very disappointing!!! They have multiple lanes installed, but didn’t open any of them as they obviously would rather make people wait than serve their customers with the quality and quick service they have available! Love how they thoroughly clean your car. I went on Halloween and they the car wash was Halloween themed with lots of people that came to give you a scare. Definitely recommend taking children on Halloween it was spooky and innovative at the same time. I don’t think that I will go back since today’s exterior and interior wash was so bad that I came home and my husband couldn’t tell that my car had been cleaned. It was fast but very sloppy. Not impressed by the interior clean at all (I know it is not detailing). Initially, I went on the second day after they opened and had an exterior wash: the back of the car didn’t even get wet, my side mirrors were dirty and the car wasn’t dried at all. There were guys watching how the machines operated so I thought that maybe today they would be better and tried another exterior wash along with an interior one. To my disappointment, the exterior wash was better than the first time but almost none of the bugs on my windshield came off. This was not as bad as the super fast but very bad interior clean since my car didn’t even look like it had been cleaned because: 1) there were visible crumbs on the back seat (a quick wipe would have removed them as it did after I pointed it out), 2) the front panel, GPS screen, glove box and steering wheel had marks and noone had wiped them at all, 3) none of the bugs on my windshield had been noticed/cleaned until I pointed them out, 4) the trunk had grass that the guy easily picked up to when I showed him, 5) my young kids shoe marks on the back of the two front seats had not been wiped at all. I was so happy to have Autospa close to my house since I drive to Dennys on Mavis for similar offers, but Autospa has really disappointed me today since I came home and had to vacuum and wipe my car on my own to make it clean.

When this place first opened all work done was excellent. Now they are getting sloppy. From the guys spraying the car as a prewash to interior cleaning. I have had to have the car redone several times. The car moves along the conveyor belt and no one is checking the work done. The last time the mats were not cleaned properly, the wheel rims were dirty, inside of the doors and sills were dirty, trunk rim dirty, license plate dirty. All got corrected as I complained but this is more of an occurrence than before. They don't wipe the front grill anymore either. Yet they still charge the same price. Here's hoping the Burlington site is better.

Was a very good wash when they first opened, now they are just average. Quality of the soaps and waxes has gone down and doesn't last as long as they used to. Started to notice more and more scratches on my cars after using their express wash. At busy times, they speed up their wash conveyor belt resulting in car not being properly cleaned or dried. I wish they kept the same quality as they had when they first opened.

I had very high expectations after hearing good reviews After the service completed, they had said it would take 1.5 hours to complete, but it took 15 minutes instead. I then checked under the hood. First time here, used a coupon $3 off. Package includes an automated car wash and interior vacuum and cleaning. Car came out nice and clean, in and out in about 30mins. Afterwards, staff fixed the windshield crack no charge *they used my comprehensive insurance and guaranteed that my rates wont go up. I’m still worried about that. I guess i’ll see on my next renewal. Overall pretty satisfied with the price and service i got. Will come back again. Btw, come on a weekday. It gets pretty busy here, line was never empty. 4 stars cause i don’t know about the windshield yet... Update: No increase in rates however the repair didn’t seem to work. The tiny chip on my windshield seems to be more noticeable now compared to before. I will have to come back and see what they say.

I went in for Interior Express detailing. Nope..it's not express, they really take time to vaccum every single corner. I was impressed to see that they even lift my SUV's rear seat to vaccum all the crumbs and dirts beneath the seat. Horrible experience when I paid for the detailing the girl was so rude and had so much attitude then the guy at the car wash was saying comments like dam girl your so hot and wouldn’t stop complementing me and made me feel uncomfortable. When it was time to go threw the detailing part I got my bag and went to go to the waiting area, when they were finished a gentleman came over and asked what scent I wanted to pick so I chose and he started saying things as well and made me feel uncomfortable. And by the time I got into my car they stole my cigarettes and lighter a brand new pack ! I will never go here again the customer service and there employees are horrible!!!!!

Very friendly and helpful staff, clean and new look to a fine detailing establishment. I went to the one on 9th line in Mississauga to get my car detailed recently. Overall they were very helpful and accommodating, but as they are still a relatively new business things honestly and understandably seemed a little disorganized. I sent my car through their line of cleaners and to be honest was not thrilled with the job once it was completed. To their credit, once i brought my dissatisfaction to the attention of the staff they were quick, overly polite and thorough in fixing the issues. In an increasingly less customer oriented society, i give autospa 2 thumbs up. Helpful, thorough and very polite.

Very disappointed in the level of interior "clean" I recieved this afternoon. Exterior was fine, interior I almost cried. Had to come home and clean it myself and it really wasn't that difficult. Rather than request vehicle information so you can take it out on your employees, why not have a manger ensure each vehicle leaves your facility sparkling first. Will go back to my regular place in Georgetown. You had one chance and you blew it.

This place was recommended by a friend. I paid $45 for the exterior wash and interior cleaning. It took them 5 min to clean my car which I guess is reasonable if there are 5 people cleaning it, however they did not even vacuum the back seat properly. I am very disappointed at the service received today, especially since the reviews are amazing for this place. I will never go back to this place.

Drive thru wash scratched both my mirrors in the exact same area fairly deep. The line for some reason paused mid wash for a good couple minutes which scratched the mirrors. Avoid drive-thru when busy or stick to the coin wash which is much better.

Got the bumper to bumper detail package. As my car needed to be left with them for a while, they drove me home and picked me up. There was a lot of salt built up in the carpets, the floor mats were dirty..the list goes on. I got my car back and it was spotless. I must say they did a very good job. My only problem (if you could call it that) was that they were a little too heavy on the Armor All. 5+ stars for the service and for how well they cleaned the car.

I had been to the jiffy lube place for an oil change and although it was done in a jiffy, and with all the promised check they do ay the time of oil change , I feel they don't and after a couple of days I had my car stalled due to a poor battery and had replace my car battery. If only the checks were done properly then I would have know of the poor battery which they did not detect. I would never go backstop that place again.

I mean, the dash is quite standard and easy to clean, but they actually neglected it. I had to spend extra time wiping my dusty dash! I won't be back.

I had my car's exterior and interior cleaned today September 27, 2019 and the interior was not cleaned. I paid for a vacuum of my car, but it was not vacuumed. If a customer pays to have their car cleaned it should be clean. I don't think I will be using Auto Spa Mississauga again. I can do a better job myself. To all potential customers thinking of using Auto Spa Mississauga save your money and clean your own car.

I have to say I am not happy with my recent service here. I’ve been here a few times and the cleaning was mediocre but felt maybe I was being too picky. Well today proved I wasn’t. My car is new. Only 3000kms. Wasn’t filthy. No salt inside. I asked for a hand wash as my car has ceramic coating. Well, the outside had smudge marks everywhere. The person who brought my car around told me he did it himself and saw me cleaning the car and didn’t say a word. The inside was meh at best. Like I said, it wasn’t bad inside but since I was getting the outside done i figured why not. It wasn’t worth the extra $40 that’s for sure. They didn’t even vacuum the trunk. Didn’t clean the cup holders etc. For $112 I would have expected my car to be clean. I will continue to go to Denny’s if I ever need my inside done. Disappointed is an understatement. On a positive note, the girls working were sweet and friendly.

Probably one of the worst experiences at a car wash I have ever had. The wait was very long - yes, I know it was the first real warm day before a long weekend, but they have the lane capacity to handle many more cars at one time. They just did not have the staff to be able to take advantage of the big facility. Also, the interior cleaning of my car was completed when my car was about half way down the belt, but my car (and the others in front of me) were just waiting until on a stopped belt for no reason. Move them off and get ore cars through. There were several employees standing around doing nothing, get them to move the cars. When my car was the 2nd last one on the belt, the employee moving the pick-up truck in front of me off the belt put the truck in reverse and hit the gas...not one but twice - coming very close to hitting my car. Just before that, there was another individual who had his rear-view mirror knocked off his windshield. Also, when they drive the cars onto the belt, they keep all the doors open. They got very close to hitting the doors of some larger vehicles on a wall. The employees really need to take more care maybe need more training. Finally, when I got into my car, i notices that the glass was not cleaned properly and there was still dust all over the dash. There are other car washes that are faster, take more care with the cars, and do a much better job. This was my first, and last time, patronizing this establishment.

I came across this place when I made a wrong turn and passed by. I love the coin wash here! All the cool features, vacuuming stations and space to dry is plentiful, and it is always clean in the bays. My only issue is that there is no clear way to organise whose turn it is. People just pick a parking spot and you have no idea who was there before you. I was next (after keeping track of the people waiting before me) and someone tried to get in the bay before me... Someone came in and tried to just pull into a bay before all the people who were waiting after me (he was then argued with by those people). I love coming here and will continue to do so, but the line up for the coin wash needs to be more clearly defined to make sure people are served in order and not fighting for spots.

I had a great experience at this location. I had previously purchased a groupon with a different detailing company that was unprofessional and would cancel my appointments the night before. I went to Auto Spa instead and paid half of what I did for the groupon. I am pleased to say that I'm very happy with their service and prices, my GMC Terrain looks so shiny, new and fresh again. The staff are very friendly and polite. They directed me where to go when I was unsure of how their service worked. You are able to tip them at the end and they deserve it! I would definitely return! Ppl who work there for vacuum etc needs to be observed as they just go to the next car rather than cleaning. Better to clean myself caz each time out of the few I had to ask and point several spots to re clean windows carpet seats windscreen rear screen so basically everything had to be cleaned again and you pay $50 bucks. Well well well! Oh la-la! Huge car wash with super helpful and nice staff! The car wash tunnel is longer than at other places so it makes me feel like my car is being super washed. If you pay for the in and out cleaning service you are in for a treat. The inside cleaning is done timely and the way the staff organizes themselves to get things done in a timely manner but also detailed is astonishing. They have a wait room that is bright and surrounded by glass so you can see where your car is at while you have a baked good and a cup of coffee. It's pricey, but the guys leave the car super clean.

First off I'm only ranking this a 3 star review because Stephanie provided phenomenal customer service and the gentleman who removed the salt stains from the carpet in my Mercedes SUV did an excellent job. If It wasn't for the two team members above I would have provided a 2 star ranking maybe even a 1 for the following reasons. I don't mind hanging around for 2 hours while getting my vehicle detailed, but I would expect the windows to not still have dirt in the corners, coffee stains on the sides of the cup holders, chrome running boards dirty and streaked, exterior chrome accents streaked, dirt on the hatch shocks and the hatch body enclosure sil, dirt particles in the hatch/trunk area, streaked wood grain in the interior. Now the gentleman who was removing the salt stains was very empathetic and was willing to correct the situation on the spot, which I declined, only reason why I did was because I didn't see it as fair for him to stay after the shop closed to correct the mistakes from the detail/cleaners ahead of him. I can understand why some things would be missed on such a busy day, but that amount I don't think is acceptable, especially for paying almost a hundred bucks. I am willing to give the place a second chance for improvement, because everyone and all business deserve second chances to show off their best work. Next time around I will be making sure to have it hand washed and dried for the complete detail package...

I paid $350 for bumper to bumper detailing & buffing. Noticed that they left swirl marks, booked an appointment and went for them to fix it. After reviewing if, they told me to come back because they didn't have time. So I booked an appointment for 2pm on Wednesday. I was told it might take a little over an hour so I waited inside. I came out an hour later and the car was still sitting there. So I asked Stephanie if it was ready or still hasn't been fixed. She went to ask the detailer and where I heard her say that I noticed that my car is out there and I am really upset and she made a gesture with her hands. I heard her say it all. So the detailer came running out and said he will fix the swirl marks and it should take 15 min!!!! WHY would you book and confirm an appointment that takes 15 min??? And have me wait over an hour. ALSO, if I didnt notice the car still sitting there, how long more would I have had to wait??? I had to rebook client meetings for something that could have taken 15 min , but instead I received attitude and over an hour or waiting for a 15 min job.

All my previous visits have been very good until recently. Perhaps it was the quarantine and social distancing but I found that the work was not top notch like it normally is. Upon inspection after the cleaning I had found that they missed the entire half of a dashboard. The vacuuming of the seats was not that good. Since it wasn't busy you would hope that they would spend a little more time on the cars and do a better job. I will continue to go because it is the only service near us that is like this, but I hope they read this so that my next will be better.

Decent clean priced at $60 for interior and exterior cleaning. The exterior wash was very good however I noticed that they did a shoddy job inside. Perhaps maybe they had an off day? I’m sure they would have rectified if I pointed it out to them. But I was home already by then, my bad. I’ve been here twice. The 1st time it was excellent just when they opened, and the 3* is for the 2nd visit. Will update review when i go there again next.

I have mixed emotions about this place. This is why I gave it 3 starts. On one hand, the staff were nice and welcoming, professional and approachable. Additionally, they did an amazing job cleaning my van. On another hand, they seem to have an issue managing their time. I left my van at 9 am for full detailing and they said it will take 5 to 6 hours. They called me at around 3:30 telling the car will be ready by 5. I got there just before 5 and they barely finished the car by 5:45. Other customers there were complaining about the same thing. I would recommend this place just make sure you give them more time than they actually say they need.

Date: Dec/30/2021 Car Wash: 5 stars Service: -4 (saw two customers without masks and no action taken by the staff, who said they are not allowed to do it any more) Overall: 1 star I went to pick up my car and saw two customers were in the lobby warea without wearing any mask. I asked the staff why these people are not wearing any mask. The staff replied "we are not allowed to do it any more". I was shocked because the in-door mask is still mandatory in Ontario. I then asked the manager why the staff is not allowed anymore. The manager was trying to dodge my questions and start ask me different questions; i.e, how mask can help against Covid-19, how is the covid-19 policy in my work place, etc. I was surprised because wearing mask is mandatory "to help" fighting against the pandemic to avoid hospital being overloaded. If you have little kids, avoid this place

Great car wash. The vehicle really comes clean and it gets washed 3 times while you go through the tunnel. Drying is fairly good as well. Get the tire shine option too ???? The interior detail is fairly good for the price. You get a vacuuming and dash and windows wiped down. Haven't used the personal detail services but have heard they are fairly through.

I have gone to this spa and the jiffy lube attached. They do a really good job at cleaning the car both inside and out my only problem is I don't feel that this location takes full responsibility for mistakes that happen. For example my last 4 oil changes i went to jiffy lube they informed me on the 4th visit something to hold the oil filter is missing i told them they have been the only people to change my oil so the last time they must have misplaced it. they told me if I got the part they would put it in when they should have replaced it. then most recently i got a full cleaning spent $250 to come back and have a part broken off they told me to come back and they could try something it was back on for a bit by the time i got home the part fell off. He did tell me cause my car is older these things happen but i do expect when i pay for a service I don't come back with damage on my car and still pay full price then come out of pocket to fix the damage.

Great experience. I have been going to the Burlington location for the past 5 years. Yesterday was my 3rd visit to the new location. Sadly they missed a few spots they should have gotten to (never missed them before). But the Operations Manager, Alvaro was all over it. I watched him show the team what they had missed. Hi Chelsea – I came back in Saturday, June 1st and showed pictures of my car from the dealership prior to my purchase, and there was no damage, which is when your Detail manager “Rod” changed his theory and told me that I ran over a curb and did not notice while doing so, which I mentioned in my last post. Please provide all the possible camera angle’s between the hours of 9:30 am – 11 am on May 31st proving the fact the damage was there before me coming on to the premises of your business. I went through 3 of your major services, and my car should be on at least a minimum of six different camera angles of the 90 which you mentioned in your last post. Please feel free to provide/post the following on here for review. 1) Me arriving on to the premises at 9:30 am 2) The vehicle entering and leaving the clean interior area after the seats got shampooed 3) The vehicle entering and leaving the exterior wash 4) The vehicle inside the exterior wash 5) Footage of your detail manager “Rod” wiping down the area of damage by the front entrance after the vehicle came out of the exterior wash.

Probably the best place to take your car to get cleaned or for an oil change in Mississauga. The facility is super clean, I have been here a number of times and have always been treated very nicely by friendly staff. For those of us who prefer to clean their vehicles themselves they also have a coin op car wash in their facility. Prices are what you would expect for services here and quality of work is great. I went in for an oil change and a staff member approached me to let me know I had some chips in my windshield. He said he could take care of it right away and it wouldn't cost me anything as it went through my insurance. I was in and out in 30 minutes. The waiting area is great especially if you have little ones with you since they have a snack bar and they can watch different cars go by through the window while getting cleaned. Highly recommend taking your vehicle here if you are like myself and are short on free time and need to take care of your vehicle.

Awful ... got the exterior interior clean for around $40 bucks but they didn’t even vacuum my seats. They have like 5 people cleaning the car at the same time and it looks like it’s going to be clean but it’s literally just a gimmic

Very large autospa in mississauga. It was a good wash and competitively priced compared to similar services. However the detail on the exterior wash is better here than most other cleaners. I am only taking a star off because the inside was done a little too hastily while a lot of time was spent on making sure the exterior had been fully detailed. I would prefer a more even split of time between interior and exterior.

Unfortunately Ive got fooled by the pictures of the facility on google and drove from far just to get treated very bad. Be ready to be charged off the menu price. paid over 150$ to get the seats cleaned. They told me the price included back seats back doors,and the carpets. After 10 minutes they said the car is ready. Unfortunately the doors were still super dirty and the carpets were still exact same. They just sprayed on the back seats with chemical just to smell good. Absolutely disappointed with customer service. After all one of the staff didn’t know im the owner of the car standing 1 feet away. She told her co-worker hurry up just wipe it down and say you’ve done it. “Who cares what he says” Over all save your money buy the products for 50$ maximum and do it your self. Or find someone on kijiji. Or something

Worst place ever to get a car wash. I drive there all the way 30 km to get a quality car wash but got a very awful service. Car seat was not vacuumed properly, Windows were not cleaned properly from inside, The side panels were not wiped which they were saying “not included in service”, even the armrest area also not included in their service, the exterior was not wiped properly. I took the cloth and wiped the exterior. I talked to the superior staff member but got very rude replies in return. He himself was saying you will not get 100% work for what you are paying for. He was just upselling me the service. I would not suggest anyone to go there for quality car wash.

Good car wash (in and out) Really clean and well vac'd. But ...their winshield washing is not the best. My first car? I thought was super uncomfortable to wash so I'd understand. And few times I told them not to wash the glass from inside. This new car now is easier with windshield, but it still had splashes on widshield and marks once I turned the A/C on, after leaving the place. I also noticed a small scratch on the windshield which was not there 2 days ago. I like the car wash a lot! I think they do an amazing job in such hot weather conditions. My car is sparkly clean! But I did rewash my windows with a chamois and some paper towels. Still as Always I will return but maybe with my own chamois :)

Shuttle was late on both occasions. Overall good work.....had to do some additional wiping interior, areas in the car that are hard plastic I can visibly see that's is dirty and the roof of the car is untouched...I got the $160 package and they did check the car before giving the final cost, so no hidden fees...my mats and trunk liner looked like they were just roses inside. My car Manuel was in the trunk under everything and wet....more attention to service and care pls.

Thorough as a home wash, but without the work! A little pricier but the quality and thoroughness is superior to the premium wash at a gas station. Usually I need to touch up the cleaning job when I get a car wash at a gas station as it misses spots (especially around the rims) and need to hand dry missed spots. Not the case at Auto spa. Good as a home hand wash!

I had a full interior detail done on my car, I have a young child, so my back seat was definitely a mess, in addition to all the winter salt stains. When it came out, it looked brand new, just like the day I picked it up! Definitely worth the trip and I will be back again. All the staff were super friendly as well.

I went on Sunday to have my car washed and interior clean only to be told that I couldnt get a interior clean because they weren't running on te weekend because of covid. She informed me that I could come back Monday through Friday to have an interior car clean only if I was an essential worker! How does that make any sense? You think that essential workers would be more of a danger to you if that's the reason for the restricted service. Tired of companies making up silly rules

I have tried the interior and exterior car wash ($39+tax), the detailed interior car wash ($150?), and the coin wash and vacuum outside ($3 + $3) so I think I am pretty qualified to write a review for this place lol. I am very satisfied with the various services they provided. The interior cleaning was very fast (sometimes too fast as I didn't have enough time to finish the coffee and cookies I bought from the cafe!). The car was very clean and smelled very nice afterwards. The coin wash and vacuum are great and very popular during the busy hours. In conclusion, I would recommend Auto Spa to everyone and any one!

Arguably the best car wash in the province. The have it all: interior detailing by professionals, top notch automatic exterior car wash, DYI interior cleaning with everything provided from them, as well as exterior coin car wash. They do also have a Jiffy lube on site so you can do your oil changes or tire swaps there, which is nice and convenient. The staff are all really nice and helpful as well.

The place looks great once you enter .. state of the art but it's All deceiving .. I bought the complete interior cleaning package and booked the appointment one week in advance, finally after the car got cleaned I noticed the following 1.shampoo marks on my front seat, complained it and the took the car inside, got it cleaned 2. Then I noticed some gooey yellow stuff on the sides of my car seat which I complained and they again took it back inside, 3. Even after when I came home to fully inspect the car, there shampoo marks on the exterior of the car , and the seats were not vacuumed from the sides. 4. I have attached pictures, this was suppose to be a carpet shampoo , I paid 180 in total ( receipt attached ) for this poor service, never going back !!

Best service with friendly and knowledgeable staff. Jessy was so helpful and professional. I got my car cleaned inside and out, an oil change and my windshield chips fixed in under 40 minutes. Plus I got a free car wash for getting an oil change!!! I didn't get the name of the person that fixed my windshield but he was also amazing not pushy and seemed to genuinely care about the service and did an excellent job. I will only bring my car here going forward.

I've used other car washes and can honestly say Auto Spa are very good. I use them every month for a full inside, out clean and car wash every week in the winter depending on how dirty my car is. Never been disappointed and very happy with the end result. The price point is average.

It was my first time going to this detailing shop and I went because I didn’t want to drive to my regular detailing shop in Toronto. I was exhausted and I didn’t want to clean my car myself. Very nice staff and quick service but the workers in my case were not meticulous in cleaning the interior of my car. After paying 60 dollars to have my car cleaned, I found food, a bottle top, and Ricola wrapper still stuck in between my seats. Called to speak to the manger about the issue. She agreed it should have been cleaned. She said Next time that I’m at the shop to just remind the staff to clean in between the seats or let them know what happened. However, I will not be returning. If your business claims to cater to interior and exterior car detailing - then that should be your number 1 priority without a prompt from the customer.

I had an enjoyable visit to the autospa. The price was wonderfully affordable and the staff were incredibly friendly. The establishment itself is very clean and welcoming. I got a very basic package for an exterior wash and an interior vaccum/wipe down. I noticed that there were still bits of dust/debris around my stereo consol, on my dash and some smudges that I was able to wipe off with my finger. I was overall happy with my experience and the way my car looked after, I only would've like the wipe down inside to be done a little bit better. That is the only reason I put 4 stars instead of 5. When I go in next time I'll talk with my car attendant and im sure the little bits left over today won't be an issue to correct at my future visit and I can then change my review to a 5 star. It is really a wonderful and i do highly recommend using their services!

I booked an appointment here for 4pm to have my headlights restored. This service is advertised on their website at $79, I confirmed the price when I was booking. I got there, checked in, the girl was ready to take my payment before they even started but then gave me the option to wait and pay after which is what I chose to do. The detailer came out and we walked over to my car, I was then told that my car’s LED headlights heat up more than other cars and that bmw puts on some kind of special coating that they would have to replace and as such would cost $200 for both headlights. This is all completely untrue. Apparently they just like to charge more based on the model of car I drive. Be aware. They completely wasted my time and I won’t be going back.

8 months later: I’m not sure why I decided to give this place a second chance, but they broke my rear view mirror when cleaning the interior of the vehicle. Very inconsistent experiences with the complete interior + exterior car wash. Attention to detail is lacking and I receive a different level of results each time. It’s fine to take your daily driver here but I don’t trust them to treat your classic or higher end vehicle with the proper care it deserves. They slam your seats and doors around and don’t treat your car with respect.

If you just want a car wash and a little air blow inside from you Matt's to pay $40 + dollars, sure it's a good place for you otherwise there are much better options. My friend really liked it and suggest me to go there and my experience is really bad. You can have a car wash from any place in $13 to $15 dollars and inside vacuums for 3 dollars yourself. There are much better option from Petro Canada Don't waste your money unless you want to see their mammoth facility for which I will give 5/5. Was my first visit and was happy with the overall experience. There are 5 wash bays but one wasn't working as someone else told me that was lined up to use that bay. It's winter so not much busy. I used the foam spray to begin with and was expecting more foam than it sprayed. Other than those, it's a nice self car wash. I'll probably be going back whenever I need a self car wash that with equipment more powerful than the one at home. Minimum charge is $3 for 3 minutes and increments in $1 for each additional minute, max is $15 for 15 minutes. You can add more time using cash or credit card before the time runs out. Do it only if you had another person helping you otherwise you're wasting time refilling the time when you already have time. You cannot pause the clock.

This is by far the best car wash in the GTA and perhaps in Canada. I have seen a lot of good car washes, but none like this one. The facility is fabulous. No attention to detail has been spared in creating a great customer environment. I cannot begin to guess how much they invested here, but it is huge. I hope they get their money back soon. The product is really good and the staff are the same. You get a great wash at a reasonable price. I have used this wash at least 8 times and have used their services for paint sealing on my Porsche Macan as well. I hope they prosper and keep the service and the product at the high level it is currently. Highly recommended.

I paid almost 60 dollars in total. Exterior and my mats are perfect. But somehow all the people working on my car didn't care for the seats .. everything else that was already clean before I got there is cleaner. Went to the Mississauga location for the first time and tried out the Ultimate package for $33. I also included the Optional Premium Wheel Dressing ($4) and Trunk Vacuum ($3) add-on. The staff were friendly and great overall. They did a phenomenal job with the interior clean. For those with tinted windows I confirmed with one of the lead workers that the window cleaner is ammonia-free and therefore safe on Tinted Windows. In regards to the exterior wipe down it was well done but they did miss wiping down the headlights which left streaks of soap. Unfortunately they did not vacuum my trunk when I had the "Trunk Vacuum" paper displayed on my dash (this is how they know if the customer paid for this option). Even the inspector at the end of the assembly line was surprised it was entirely missed. However he did promptly apologize and immediately had my trunk cleaned on the spot. The Brake Dust Removal and Premium Wheel Dressing piece was overall average in quality and attention to detail. The outer wall of the wheels are cleaned nicely but what this add-on lacks in is rim cleaning. I completely understand if a customer is expecting old rims to be cleaned spotless. However I just purchased my summer rims brand new in May 2019, so cleaning should be a breeze. Any brake dust can be easily removed. I only spotted a few seconds of cleaning on the rim itself with very little attention to detail. Plenty of dirt still remained on my rims which should've only taken a min to clean off if done properly. For a first time customer experience, overall the price is very competitive and reasonable for what you get. It would be nice to have a little more attention to detail in place on the extra add-ons. Not expecting a full detail clean here for the price but many common spots should've been caught. Would definitely come again.

The quality of their service exceeded my expectations for the price points as I originally came in for a higher proceed package and they were honest about what I needed and charged me a lot less... I read the reviews and decided to try Auto Spa Mississauga. I wrote a nasty review after my first visit and apologize for having expectations that may or may not have been unreasonable. I'm still not satisfied with the quality of the end result. The exterior wash is "okay". The express interior cleaning is "okay". The front desk and pay booth girls are always super sweet and pleasant. The facility is awesome and very well taken care of.

This place is amazing! The staff are friendly and professional. The car wash area is clean, bright and state of the art...it’s like nothing I have ever experienced. Once the exterior is cleaned the car goes through a second area where a team vacuums and cleans the interior. The staff also noticed chips in the windshield which were repaired on the spot and billed directly to the insurer. I highly recommend this place!

I am a regular customer of this place as I need a clean car for my business. Yesterday I did a full synthetic oil change a the Jiffy Lube and did an express interior clean. The quality of the cleaning was disappointing as there were patches of dust stuck in the corners and it did not look as clean as it was done on previous cleaning. I believe quality was compromised due to volume. I suggest you have a quality control person do a final check to ensure value for money and your reputation.

The person doing windows left a lot of smudges on all of the windows from the inside because they weren't using clean rags, I watched them completely wiping down all the inside windows of a mini van with the same rags. Had to clean the windows myself when I got home because the ladies doing it looked very tired so i didn't bother. maybe next visit I'll have to revise my review but for now 3 stars.

You will be amazed by the place when entering expect when it comes to car cleaning..The experience wasn't good at all.. it was the worst thing I ever had!!!!! They are using dirty cloth to clean the interior of the vehicle.. everything looked dirty! In addition to that, when I turned on my car to leave the shop, I noticed that my rear camera is foggy!!!! I called the guy, he told me it's normal bcoz of the steam... different temperature.. etc. He tried to wipe it but wasn't clear!!i asked to see the manager but he wasn't available. He told me it will be better in few minutes and not to worry!!!!!! After three days from that accident, I called them to complain about it as it stayed the same!! They asked me to bring the vehicle to the shop again. I went next day, they took it inside and I don't know what they did, the camera was 70% cleared but he said the seal was ruined!! When I asked how, he said it was manufacture defect.... seriously now!!!! It's a new car.. it wasn't my first time to clean it.. I told him I didn't bring a damaged vehicle and wanted to blame it on their shop!!! He just repeated himself over and over with no explanation!! I assured that I am not that kind of person that lie or try to blame others for something was already there. I just left as I felt bad for what happened and he just returned back 70% after hour waiting! New car but manufactory defector!!!!! I went to the dealership I bought my vehicle from, they said a stupid guy just put the water hose on the wrong position with high water pressure that damaged the sealing!! I called the main office and talked to the owner but same situation as he told me it's a defect in the car... blah blah blaaaaa I went to many car shops to figure it out.. they all assured it was damaged bcoz of high water pressure!!!! Today I went to same dealership to fix it as it will cost me a lot. I called the auto spa and told them my situation.. I told them I am not looking for anything from them but just to let them know it was their fault and they did nothing! I told them I won't come back!! Please beware of this issue and take care I ended up paying for their stupid fault!!

I have been using the coin wash for several months for my cars without issue. I have also used Jiffy lube for an oil change. However in the last few weeks, I had an issue in one of the bays where I inserted coins but the wash didn't initiate, so I just used another bay instead. Then this past weekend, April 26th shortly after 8:00 PM, went to the wash again and inserted a $5 bill into the coin machine and it dispensed $3 in change. I couldn't speak to anyone because it closes at 7:00 PM. So I called the following Monday morning to talk about the issue and was told that someone would call me back. On Tuesday, I sent a note on their website but no one responded. I'm guessing that in the event of you needing customer service, it's basically zero. It's not about loosing some change but maybe the focus is on, well, we'll only listen to customers if they come in for detailing. Anyway, I'm guessing they don't need my business. Follow up- After this post, I was contacted by Chelsea the manager and for whatever reason she did not see my initial communication. I went to the car wash and it was obvious that they cared about the customers and provided me a complimentary wash. This is more in-line with the other comments for satisfied customer. As a result, changing my rating to 5 star. Keep up the customer service.

I have been a regular customer of Todd and THE Auto Spa on Laird (3130 Laird Road, Unit 1, Mississauga) for over 15 years. Recently when I went there to drop off my car I was approached by an individual from "Auto Spa" (3663 Platinum Drive) advising that Todd no longer worked there and that The Auto Spa (Laird) would be closing down. I called Todd to clarify and he advised me that this new company "Auto Spa" is telling his customers that he is no longer in business. This is an extremely unethical method of business. I would like to make it clear to everyone that THE AUTO SPA ON LAIRD has no affiliation whatsoever with this new company "Auto Spa". BEWARE. It is clear this company is willing to do anything for business including trying to damage a reputable business that has been around for over 30 years. "Auto Spa" should be ashamed of their shoddy business practices. Take your business to someone who cares. RESPONSE TO YOUR REPLY: 1. I stated I was dropping my car off at THE AUTO SPA ON LAIRD, never once did I mention that I dropped off my car at your business. 2. I am not the only individual that has been approached by employees of your business at THE AUTO SPA ON LAIRD. I have spoken to multiple people who were handed coupons of 50% off from your company, AUTO SPA (including myself) on the property of THE AUTO SPA ON LAIRD.. 3. I am a bit shocked by your response. Did not clean well but on complain manager response very quick and he quickly vacume and clean all spots.

I got the ultimate exterior and interior done and they did not do a good job they didn't clean the cup holders and didn't vacuum the car properly and they didn't hand dry the car properly.
