Aucun savon qui sort. J'appelle pour signaler le problème et j'explique la situation telle quelle. Le gars me demande ça fait combien de temps que j'ai mis mon argent. Je lui ai dit une ou deux minutes (le temps de tester une autre position pour voir si le savon va sortir puis de chercher mon cellulaire dans l'auto). Le gars me dit que c'est normal que le savon ne sorte pas puisque ça fait déjà 2 minutes que j'ai mis ma pièce et que le timer prend 2 minutes (ouf! il sait pourtant pertinemment que le savon est supposé sortir dès qu'on met une pièce et que quand je dis que le savon ne sort pas, je veux dire qu'il n'a pas sorti au moment attendu! Du lourd...). Il me dit de reprendre ma pièce et je lui réexplique à nouveau qu'elle est dans la machine (encore plus lourd...). Il me répond que sa machine allait pourtant bien la veille (comme si c'était une garantie à vie) et que ce n'est pas son problème (trop poli). Je lui ai dit qu'il m'est arrivé d'avoir un problème une fois avec une machine dans un lave auto à Ste-Foy, et que j'avais eu un bien meilleur service, car ils m'ont fait changer de place et ont activé la machine sans frais supplémentaire. Le gars alors m'a crié de m'en aller à Ste-Foy et m'a raccroché au nez! Mieux vaut payer le double à la station service que risquer de subir ce genre d'individu.
