I used to come here all the time and the bays were all spotless and clean , this time I went and there was broken glass all over the place , I didn't notice till I pulled in every Bay was pretty filthy , the concentration of the wax varies as well in a two week period I went from a noticeable amount of wax being sprayed to basically looking like I just selected the rinse cycle , I will probably only use this place now for a quick spray . If you are cleaning your car the bays should at least be somewhat clean

Old equipment is not always bad but poor maintenance and falling apart , not being cleaned, not good. No attendee on site, wanted to show how bad the car looked after the wash. Overall, not good experience, That place needs a good Reno or demolish and build new one. I am going somewhere else, just spent 8 dollars... I am ashamed how my car looks.. Need to find another car wash ,see ya.

This place is a joke. Took $18 off my Mastercard and never turned on. No number to call or anything. Wash your car at home.Emailed the owner and no response. Bad business practice and owner.

Several stalls coin machines are jammed, They are absolutely filthy mud and garbage everywhere, it’s called maintenance....and there’s never any wax on the wax setting because they never fill it up inside. That’s a Great way to run a business...what a joke????

Horrible place to go get a car wash it has eaten $6 on me in the third bay closest to the vending machines. The vacuum on the end closest to the road has eaten $3 And the center vacuum has eaten $2 on me. Total of $11 outta being there 3 times. And the soap brushes don't work on half of the bays car washes. Finally hopefully learned my lesson. DONT GO THERE NEVER GO BAK THERE

Worst car wash experience. First vacuum took my $3 and there was no suction. Second vacuum took my $2 and money got stuck and would not return. I didn't bother to try the wash bays. Of course no phone number listed at the car wash or online.

Car wash charged us ($8 x2) and the wash never started. No customer service number posted to have payment returned. $16 charged for no service and no way to contact owner.

Went there over the weekend to wash my car and the machine took my money along with three other customers and didn’t work. No number for customer service to call and explain the problem. Never go there is my suggestion.

This place is a scam. I paid $4 to rinse my truck off in bay #5, but car wash did not work. There are no employees at the car wash, also no contact information to address issues. I highly suggest people go elsewhere to wash their vehicles, or risk getting ripped off!

Vending machine for cleaning clothes did not work. Timing of the machine is too short. Some of my loonies were not accepted. Equipment needs attention.

This place is good for washing those cracks the machines don't get so I will go here or do it myself but most of the time I will go next door and pay the ten bucks and get a shine and let them do it

I put 10$in the machine that gives tokens I received no tokens there is no number to call only email they dont email back very sad they do not respond, I called other places very bad customer service,look at reviews I'm calling town of Midland ontario this is only about Midland car wash self service Other business said very bad business owners
