TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!! I was there yesterday to give my car a quick wash. I had stuck a toonie into the machine and the water didn't kick on at all. So I walked around the building to the kiosk to ask the lady if she could maybe take a look at it or maybe return the toonie so I can try another wash bay. She insisted that her machines never break down and that I never put a toonie in the slot. Of course, I called her on that and let her know that if she checked the cameras that she would see me with a toonie in hand, inserting it into the machine. She still insisted that I was lying and that I never put anything in there. While walking back to my car, someone had just tried to break into my car and the alarm set off. When I asked if she could check the cameras so that I could report that person to police, she refused and said no one would do that there. Absolutely rude people and I will NEVER be going back. I would recommend anyone go to a different place if you enjoy being treated like a person and enjoy good service.

Best spray wash around...actually probaly the best I have ever seen. All the others around Midland-Barrie have weak pressure,leaking handles/fittings etc.Also the owners take pride.Really clean and maintained....Also the 2$ option is really nice.Its less time then other places but who really needs extra time when many just want a quick spray down..Many dont need/want 4+ mins...Really nice owners aswell.

Race Trac is a full service gas station. It is not affiliated with the major gas companies. I use to purchase gas there when I had an old vehicle. Since buying a brand new vehicle I get my gas at a major oil company gas station. This station also has a coin car wash, which I have used at least once a week some times more. I did until Friday February 20, 2015. Friday afternoon around 430pm I went to use the car wash. I did not have enough change so I went to the change machine that is located in the front of the business. I inserted a crisp new $5 bill into the machine. The machine spit it out a few times and then it finally accepted it. The only problem was it did not release any change. I pressed the coin return button a few times to no avail. I then went to the gas station kiosk and spoke to one of the employees, I informed him that I had put five dollars into the change machine and got no change. He was started to count out five dollars to give me. As he is only an employee and fairly new(I had never seen him before) I did not want him to get into trouble for giving me the 5 dollars and making his til short. So I asked him to call the owner. He did and there was no answer. So I left my name and number. 3 days pass and I have not heard from the owner. So I stopped in on Sunday and she was there. \ I mention to her that I am the guy who got ripped off by her machine. She said she checked the machine and said there was no extra $5. dollars. So basically she called me a LIAR. She wont give me my five dollars back So now I am out five dollars and also called a liar.\ I am not happy, as if I would waste all this time over a measly five dollars. I will never give this lady another cent of my business and will tell all my friends and coworkers to avoid this place. I do not like being called a liar especially when I am kind enough to give her my business. She knows this change machine has trouble. Once i was getting change and she was using the machine befor me, when I put a five in, it went in but got stuck, I had to use a key inside the bill collector and fish the 5 dollar bill out. So now she is $5 ahead, I am out $5 and unhappy. She could have refunded me the $5 and kept a customer. Now I will try my hardest to make her decision to F%^& me cost her alot more then $5. In the mean time, I would suggest using The brand new coin washes in Midland at Ultra Shine Detailing & Car Care 761 King Street or in Penetanguishene: Gignacs car wash on main street in Penetang.

Nice locally owned gas station , with recent renovations and the ability to now pay at the pump I would ask that the owner make this a 24hr gas bar as there is no need to staff it at night if you have the pay at the pump option . This would give some competition to the other 24 hr stations in town

Spent over an hour here on a rainy day, there are containers for garbage but because I was likely going to fill the container I used my own bag. After spending $15 or so I politely asked the lady if I should leave my garbage by the dumpster as it was locked or do I take it with me. Very rude lady responds with "this isn't a dump site" it was an honest question given the garbage cans in each stall. I put the bag in the trunk of my Mercedes after driving to the back, and I will never be back again after years of this being the closest to my house I will drive elsewhere

Race Trac Brand owned by Parkland, who supplies Imperial (Esso) Gas. It is national brand along with Esso, Shell, FasGas, and Race Trac. The coin carwash is clean, well maintained, and very bright. From Pre-Soak to Tire Clean, all the buttons are working with raising pressure. One of the best car wash in town and at very competitive price.
