Paid $15 for the automatic wash and my car looked the same as it did before I went in. Ended up going to a self car wash and did a better job.

No experience with the automated wash so far; however the wand pressures and options are satisfactory; equipment generally in O.K shape and the ceilings are very high clearance which is a huge plus for large vehicles or those with aftermarket antennas etc

Usually this is a great car wash...it's my favorite and I use it quite frequently . It doesn't take interact and that is somewhat inconvenient but tolerable. This winter however even with the deluxe ($15) car wash that says it does under car and side spray it does not remove ANY snow accumulation from the rocker panels or wheel areas. I tried calling to complain and I either get the fax machine or no answer. I think for $15 I should be able to expect removal of accumulated snow-perhaps not entirely but at least the majority. In previous years it did a much better job of this. It was only-5°C today FYI.

Not only is it consistently out of change in the machine but the drive thru option doesnt give you change when you pay with cash. I put a 20 in and chose BASIC 10$ the reciept even said 10 for change and no change issued. The number to call sends you to a fax sound so they can just continue to rip people off and theres nothing you can do about it. ????

I went to this car wash and when the sensor indicated STOP I did. The sprayer aligned itself and started moving around my car but when it got to the back of my car I heard scraping. Once I returned to work and looked at my bumper I found 4 long gouges along my bumper. I have tried to call but I get no answer or a fax machine sound.

While I don't mind paying 18.00 for a good car wash, I left with a dirty car. I tried several times to contact them, no answer or voicemail. That tells me alot about the ethics involved here. Even though this is closest to me I won't be returning as I refuse to do business with any company that does not stand behind their service and even worse won't allow their customers a voice.

I went there yesterday on a busy sunday afternoon , I waited my turn the car infront went in used the the wash and left , I went in right after put in 4 dollers only to find out the wand was broken no end on it and no water would come out . Of course no one around to get my money back . Called and left a message and no one returned my call . Hopefuly they have some respect to call me back now that the weekend is over .
