Also had No Drip Rust Protection done. Chatted with Scott at Peterborough Ziebart/Uniglass to bring in my 2010 Ford F150 for Detailing Interiorly as well as their Diamond Coat/Gloss and No Drip Rust Protection. I had not had the Diamond Coat done since Sept 2018 so I missed a couple years. Scott was fantastic to deal with. He honoured the annual Diamond Coat fee of $224. (I did have interior detailing and no drip rustproofing done last year). Because I had not brought my vehicle (2010) in for the Diamond coat for 3 years Scott advised me they needed to keep my vehicle until the next morning if I could possibly do that. They wanted to make sure they did a good job of the diamond coat finish. Because I had not done the diamond coat the previous two years, deeper issues with the paint deterioring was happening. So I consented to leaving my vehicle overnight for them to do what they wanted to do. My F-150 is GLEAMING! Inside and Outside. Scott you and your guys did an amazing job. I am so pleased you counselled/educated me with your expertise to justify the extra time that was required to do the job for your expected outcome. I would not recommend this place to anybody they put windshields in a hyway truck for me they did not know what they were doing took pretty much all day to do the windshields then at 4 months the ABS brain had water damage from the windshields not being properly installed leaking the module had to replaced very expensive I went back to them for warranty on the work they did know one even offered to to fix or rectifie the problem and would do nothing about it very wrong way to conduct as a professional business

Brought my truck in as its been driving on grids for the past couple of years and it was pretty dusty. I am a smoker of the finer things, the truck was also pretty stinky. I was not expecting my truck to come out the way it did, it looks like i just picked it up from the lot. The cleanliness, the smell; the price is totally worth it. Very disappointed, went for a new windshield and they tried to upsell me new wiper blades that I did not need or want. This was clearly communicated. I picked my car up when the windshield was replaced and noticed my wiper blades had been replaced with an unsightly inferior product. I immediately went back to complain to the owner when, without my permission, a younger employee drove my car away and did not give me a chance to retrieve my wallet and ID. Fortunately my vehicle was returned with my belongings and original wiper blades. A very uncomfortable and unnecessarily stressful experience, would not recommend.

This place and the people in it were AMAZING to deal with. I was greeted warmly when I came in, and asked if I needed a ride anywhere while my vehicle was having it’s back windows tinted. They asked for the fob, which had broken into several tiny bits a short time after I had purchased the vehicle. I had been carrying the pieces around in a small bag until I could have it replaced ($500). When I returned to pick up my vehicle, not only did they do a beautiful job on my window tint, but they had fixed my fob!!!! They proceeded to engage me in friendly conversation as I am from BC, and gave me some recommendations about where to visit in the Medicine Hat area. Friendly, went above and beyond, and the job came in $40 lower than originally quoted, and less than HALF of what it was quoted in BC… Great job, I am so pleased and would recommend this business again and again.

The welding deck was only lightly cleaned but in their defence I did mention that the paint was poor on the deck and to be careful with how much they cleaned it as the paint chips off.

Be careful. The price will snowball here. My girlfriend took her Dodge RAM 1500 with only a bench seat in to have only the seats and carpets cleaned. They quoted $80-90 but ended up charging her $160-170. They said the increased cost was due to cat hairs. They only had the truck in the shop for 1- 1.5 hours! Wouldn't go back. ****** I would like to add that after posting this review an employee called my girlfriend to give her a hard time about posting an accurate depiction of the service we received. Im shocked that a service based franchise like this would allow someone with such poor interpersonal skills run this shop.

I went in to get a warrentied product touched up and checked. Ended up paying 60 (with tax) for a cleaning I did not authorize. When I asked what the charge was for they said they cleaned one front wheel well and one back one. For $60! For that price id expect my whole car to be cleaned, especially when I could have gone down the road and paid $11 for an automatic wash.

My car came out a different colour and stayed perfect and shiny for longer than I thought possible. I was so impressed I brought my husband's car in for diamond gloss. Dealing with Kyle was also such a positive experience as his knowledge, attitude and enthusiasm all makes for great customer service. I would recommend them and will continue to go back:) Please note when looking at photos I unfortunately dont have before pictures but I can assure you my car was a mess. It was discoloured ( which I didnt even know until I saw it after being cleaned... the rims had years of build up on them and the inside was COVERED in dirt and dog hair.

These guys are amazing. They go above and beyond. I originally went in to have a chip in my windsheild fixed. The manager advised me it is covered under my insurance and no deductible would need to be paid. They stayed late to fix the chip, and charged me nothing even though they couldn't get in touch with my insurance company that night. I came back today to have the underside of my vehicle oil sprayed and we got talking about having it waxed. During the conversation I mentioned a stone chip in my paint. They advised me to get the touch up paint from the dealership and they would touch up the spot after applying some rust buster on the spot. The paint touch up is not their job however the guy did it for me at no cost. These guys are the best. Thank you UniglassPlus / Ziebart at 321 Queensway in Simcoe.

I got a stone chip on the windshield of my CX-5 and never noticed it until the next day when I was getting ready to hit the highway for a road trip when the vehicle was warming up the stone chip very quickly became a crack across my entire windshield. I stopped into see Shelley and her team on the Saturday and they ordered me a new windshield and had me booked in for replacement for Monday morning. I dropped my vehicle off and they took care of everything with my package policy the insurance paperwork was all handled and I got them to apply Aquapel to my brand new windshield and what a difference. That stuff is amazing! It beads the water quickly, snow brushes off easier and the scraping of ice in the winter is so much easier! I highly recommend them for all your glass needs and get Aquapel!!

Good people to deal with, only issue I think is Bogas is that if you don’t get the vehicle undercosted the same year as manufacturer date, they classify it as used even though you bought it brand new from dealer the following Spring! Example, I bought a brand new 2017 in April/may of 2018 straight from the dealership, with them recognizing the vehicle is new but Uniglass plus Zie Bart did not! User beware! Bob

Do not let these people touch your vehicle. I had to go back three times because of things they missed Took my trailer hitch adapter pin out. And hitch adapter is gone. I paid 1200 dollars and James had an argument with me about how they did all the cleaning when it was still dirty. I was also told they undercoated it and literally nothing. Told me they drill holes and spray inner doors and there's no drill holes after they did it . Scam artists. I will never suggest them to anyone

When we first showed up, staff at the front welcomed us by name and seemed genuinely excited to meet us. They provided us with a courtesy vehicle to use while they did the repair and called to update on progress and give us an ETA, which was a little ahead of the promised timeline. Our type of vehicle has a part that typically has to be replaced along with the windshield and they took care to maintain the original so we didn't have to purchase a new one, saving us money. When we got back to pick up, again very friendly and no surprises on the billing. Would definitely go back again.

I had both my front and back windows vandalized. I went thair for a replacement. They were suppose to give me a tinted back window, the original one was. They had called and asked, but it still came clear. My car was also covered on the inside with glass, from the vandalism. They charged for a detail, but when i turned on my vents it blew glass all over my car. My back wiper was also leaking from them replacing it. Dont understand why the have such a good rating. Hilarious, so they contacted me because of this negative review. Said they would fix the mistakes and get us in for an appointment asap. Told them my gf has the car 90% of the time and to book with her. Been 2 days now, and nothing. Shouldn't have to harass these people to fix their mistakes. Sad really. Been over a week haven't contacted my gf to fix mistakes. Guess ill have to harass them about it.
