Good place to take your vehicle rather than the Dealership. Rates are about 60 percent of the dealership and Brian takes pride in his work.

Brian is the best mechanic I have ever been to. He takes the time to hear about what I am experiencing with my vehicles, and is very quick to figure out what is wrong. He has always called me the same day I take the vehicle in to let me know what is wrong, and discuss pricing. He has never tried to upsell me and is very honest. Whatever is wrong with the vehicle he fixes, is up front about cost and very professional.

I got my car towed to this garage after getting into an accident. I'm not from medicine hat and was just travelling through and I found the girls at the desk were not very helpful or kind. I just felt like I was inconveniencing them. The mechanic was not very kind either. He looked at my car and didn't even call afterwards to explain what he thought was wrong with it which was very unhelpful since I needed my car looked at ASAP since I'm just staying at a hotel because I was just passing through. It was $40 for them just to look at my car and not even call me back until my dad called them to talk to them about it. Maybe I just have high expectations because my dad is a very good helpful mechanic but I definitely would not come back here.
