Soap smelt great. Colors changed too. They take all currencies but quarters. No quarters. They got Interac. INTERAC AT THE F#*#ing car wash!!? It works. I love it. Go to this place.

Honestly one of the best carwashes if not THE best in a medicine hat. ????However the runtime per dollar ratio could be altered slightly....???? A dollar per minute is more like Strathmore prices...???? I still think it's better bang for your buck than clean machine even though they have 2 dryers and a mat washer on site.???????????? I'll take my car to mint and use the free ones for that... Not the wash though... ????

Absolutely love this car wash, only issue I have is getting change. Signs everywhere to go to the office for change, that doesn’t work when no one is working. Today I’m annoyed at this and unfortunately you lost my business today. Since this review the owner has reached out apologizing for the inconvenience offering a free wash on them. Not needed but certainly appreciate the offer!

Great pressure, tons of soap with brush, uses high quality products that smell great too!! Lots of options to pay with!! Owner is super friendly and keeps place really clean!! Plus in a great location. Just behind Husky and House of Cars!! Easy to pop in wash and head back out on your way! Definitely recommend this place!!

By far the best car wash in Medicine Hat. Foam brush has tons on tri-coloured foam and the pre-wash is very concentrated as well. There’s a lot of pressure in the wands.

There seemed to be an issue at first with there being a $60 charge for the wash. However that was a simple credit card issue and nothing to do with Soft Spray. As I was alarmed by this, the owner Justin personally reached out to try to rectify the issue. I truly appreciate the outreach, as it shows the true appreciation he has for all his customers. We will be back purely on the basis of great ownership.

Figured I would try them for bulk water since I always go to Co-op but when $2 didn’t even give me 100 gallons I went back to Co-op to finish filling, $2 there will give you almost 400 gallons, I definitely won’t be back.

This is my go to car wash in the city, the high pressure soap and the spot free rinse beat any car wash I’ve been to. The one thing I’d like to see is vacuums added but that still doesn’t change anything for me.

More people should learn about this place! Strong sprays, many payment options, $1 for a minute of usage. 3 minute is all it took for me to get all the bugs off my front bumper and windshield. There was no wait at all when I was here.
