The guys at the parts counter have always been more than professional! I have never had an issue when buying small parts for my Jeep. I had to return a small electrical part the other day and exchange it for the same part, just a different plug end, and there was no issue! Their prices are on the very high side, but Napa stores have always been this way. The professionalism of the staff doesn't completely make up for the high prices, but I will continue to take my business there, as they are close to home, and the staff is great!

So I read another review of someone having great service in replacing an alternator...ours was not similar. On a road trip from Manitoba we had our alternator go on us and while they had what they thought was the correct one...they would not come outside their store door to view mine and verify. They would not borrow me one tool to go and remove it ( once again, right in front of their store window) I had to buy a tool from them to remove. And while I know it has been done before and was confirmed by my hometown Napa store, this store refused to charge through to my local Napa account where I have a massive credit which I'd like to use up. I guess....thanks at least for having the alternator I needed????

An awesome parts shop, possibly the best in the city of Medicine Hat! Parts for the majority of North American cars and some European models too (VAG). They also have a great selection of tools and upgrade components for your car, truck or tractor. Great advice is available from the service desk from some highly knowledgeable staff. Highly recommended.

Huge shout out to the guys at Napa Auto in Medicine Hat. Rolling into town late Friday night from Calgary and the truck starts saying the charging system ain't good. Sure enough, alternator was failing. Boys basically let me take the tools off the shelf in their store to fix her in the parking lot to help out a fella who was far from home without any tools. Stand up fellas.
