Live in this neighborhood not only is the wash dock super loud in the neighborhood, they placed it right next to a local car wash that has been there for years. Support local. Shame on this company for building here to take away local business and in a rural neighborhood if its going to be so noisy.

I purchased a membership shortly after they opened, used it couple times a week with no trouble, not the most amazing car wash but convenient. Tried going through a couple of weeks ago, scanner wouldn't work. The girl working the booth looked up my account and said they could not use debit cards for memberships anymore. I said I would bring in a new card next time as I didn't have a CC on me at the time. She said great, I'll let you through... Another young guy comes up and tells her I need to pay if I want a wash. She explains the situation to him and he still refuses. I ask to speak with a manager and he yells " I am the manager". Yet another manager approaches, this time an adult, while I am explaining to him what happened the other "manager" kept laughing and making comments, eventually the adult manager had to physically push him away because of his behavior. Most unprofessional customer service I have ever received. I did send the company an email but never received a response. The place is never busy and I guess now I know why.

I drove home from Edmonton looked forward to washing my truck very poor quality looked like the bugs on the window weren't even touched the front end is still covered in bugs I went to the car wash in Riverside and wash my truck by hand not very good when you got to go wash your truck after you just got it washed by what is supposedly high-tech mint car wash. Will not use again and would not recommend to anybody

The staff was amazing and they are all around amazing here and they offer free vacuums and free matwashers as well as shammy cleans. I was in and out of the wash within 5 mins and my car looked fabulous after and there were fun colourful lights inside as well so it’s very fun for everyone. Highly recommend Mint Smartwash!!

This is a fine car wash, it's worth the trip to get your car washed but don't expect perfection. The brushes don't ketch the back perfectly. But, they provide microfiber rags, and a mat cleaner, so you can wipe down the car which took care of any missed dirt at the rear. Good job worth the trip.

Terrible service, inconsistent washes, no one seems to know anything about anything. Pricing is wrong. I cancelled my membership they couldn’t even do it in person.

I just want to give a small advice to people who wants to try or even want to become a member of mint carwash. If you want to refresh your ride, go to local car wash and wash your car manually, the result is cleaner and NO DAMAGE! If you feel lazy, go to TOUCHLESS CARWASH (carwash that doesn’t use a brush to wash a car automatically). They are cheaper and way better. Support local. This is just an honest opinion.

If you sign up for a premium membership, it is a pain to get it taken off. Wish it has a better system other than email and wait for 5 days.

I have used this carwash 10 times and I LOVE it. My car is always way shinier than when I do it myself. The tires look brand new! Its fast and the people are always friendly. I will be keeping my membership especially in the winter.

Vehicle looks amazing after the wash and it’s quick and convenient for people who like a clean car, towel service is great for finishing touches. In opinion anyone who thinks wet foam brushes combined with water, soaps, and waxes scratch a vehicle is "smart" ;)

This place is awesome, I really love being able to wash my car so fast with friendly service always, there’s free vacuums, compressed air, microfibre towels, and a work free mat washing system and all are super easy to use. Highly recommend mint!!

We love it fir our Mini Van and small Ford Ranger. It cleans these two real good especially the mini van. I do not like it for the 250 Ford desiel a S I have to clean everything out of the box first where my Ford Ranger has a cover over the box. The wife loves it for the mini van and we get more than our monies worth. Thank you for coming to Medicine Hat.

I didn't realize this is spun brush system till I entered the wash bay I wouldn't ever take my truck through that again all the dirt and junk gets trapped in those and gets rolled over everyone's vehicle and vacuums had no suction only.feature I like was the blow gun outside

Man oh man, I love how quickly you can roll through the car wash and the concept of an unlimited service. However, the car wash itself is horrible. It doesn’t clean the rear of my truck in any way. I have even tried driving through the car wash twice and it still doesn’t do the trick! The car mat wash only works on flat mats and not the fitted ones that most vehicles have these days. I also read all the horror stories about vehicles getting damaged and mint assuming no responsibility. Lone behold, I went to clean the area of my truck that can never be cleaned in their car wash, and the roof of my truck is scratched up. Awesome! Anyways, I gave mint a couple months of money, but I am cancelling my service. I am not going to keep paying $75 a month for two vehicles when it doesn’t even properly clean my vehicles and I have to worry about my vehicles getting scratched up.

I took my truck through here with the $20 wash. Spin brushes just left streaks in the dirt on the side of my truck. Does not clean your vehicle well at all and the dirt will get caught in the brushes so this will likely scratch people’s vehicles. It takes lots of money to pay the staff and support the location but your getting a $2 car wash in the end. Go elsewhere.

Many of the staff at this location just don't seem to care. The service is very inconsistent. Out of 10 visits they tucked my mirrors in and sprayed the vehicle for bugs once. The carwash itself isn't bad. My rims and tires have never looked as shiny as they do when I pull out.

I am an oil patch man born and raised. Because my truck has a diesel fuel slip tank in the back they refused me service. It’s garbage like this that will slowly but surely make people go to the car wash across the street. Considering this town is built on the oil and gas industry, I can’t wait to see how that plays out for them.

My husband and I decided to give the new car wash in town a try. The kid at the start told us what to do so my husband did everything he asked. Our truck was pulled off the track.the antenna was sticking out to the side and I mentioned to the employee but he said "it's fine your good now" keep going. When the wash was over I tried to get out and see how bad the damage was, but I couldn't even open my door! The employees argued with us like children saying it was our fault. Now we have to take them to small claims court. ????
