Loyal customer. Go every three weeks or so. Today was disappointing to say the least and it wasn't busy, car was left in some areas like it was rushed and or not touched. Staff is always friendly. Will still return. Everyone is allowed a one off.

ATTENTION owners of high value and luxury vehicles. Do not trust the integrity of vehicle with this company. I recently took a Mercedes-Benz for a car wash, and they scratched the leather steering wheel while getting on the vehicle. When bringing up the scratch to the management they reacted aggressively, and without looking into the issue, they said that they never had or would never had this issue before. They drive and handle the vehicles without care, speed up and break abruptly, and this is the perfect way in which accidents, like the scratch in my steering wheel, will happen. I had another incident with them about the handling of my vehicle, and it had to come to this so that I learn my lesson. I hope you save yourself the grief, and visit another local car wash. Finally, I am not the first customer that has dealt with the same issue with this company. Please see reviews, or screenshot about a customer who had a similar experience.

Your daily reminder that you get what you pay for. The chamois broke off a the emblem on my car and see no problem witb that. They made every excuse in the book but admitted they watched it fall off during the cleaning. Nothing was offered to make it right and Kyle the manager told me to order one on Amazon. They wanted to give me a $25 car wash to go away, this is after I came back for a rewash. They will break things on your car and do nothing about it. Save your money and go to anywhere else.

I'm really a customer who has frequently visited Chamois Kildona, and I've never felt bad about the attention of the guess service, and the application of silicone on the tires was horrible I just feel like I lost my money this time.

The service has definitely declined, not sure if it’s a change in staff or a change in the cleaning products. The last two times they have left the inside of doors dirty, not even wiped, the backseat rugs are not vacuumed and the dash is still dusty. Not the kind of service I’d pay for again.

They do a decent job. It's what you would expect, a bunch of kids running around trying to clean cars as quick as possible. I've never been totally satisfied going there. Whether it be dog hair just pushed into corners, or dirt in places that are too difficult to just run a rag over. The image is from my last visit.

The single biggest waste of money I've made all year i paid $33.59 for the manager special which includes interior and exterior the gold wash and lusta shield. My vehicle had visible dirt on the bumper the back seats weren't even done and worst of all they even stole my own detailing supplies out of a closed rear compartment in my trunk. They even stole my brand new can of tire shine and didn't even shine my tires. WASTE OF TIME AND MONEY. Workers are argumentative i spent $6 and 10mins at the coin wash on Sargent and got a way better result. Best of all when you don't go to the chamois you won't have to worry about theft.

Normally good service. Got my truck home last week though and the passenger rocker panel and lower door were caked with mud. My fault, I guess. Should have circled the vehicle. I will from now on.

Just had the interior detailing, amazing job. Car almost like new and it most certainly is not. I was surprised to see just how well they removed stains from the upholstery. Old car looks almost new again. Just 4 hours. Seemed reasonable price.

So I re-visited, after a year of boycotting it.. around 3pm. Thinking it would be better this time. It wasn't, half my dash wasn't cleaned, my inner console has dirt all over it, and there's streaks all throughout my window. I will never visit the Chamois again. When the 1 stars are more than half of your 5 stars... Might be time to rethink your business plan.

I took my car for a wash at 11:30am. I paid $260 for the sercice and it took 4 and half hours to finish. And they didnt do great for the price. They told me it will look new once its done. I missed my doctors appointment for that reason. This was after it was washed.

Very bad experience.... .after cleaning car was so dirty and supervisor was arguing...customer respect is zero they don't know what they are doing that try to hide my rear seat because they make it wet while cleaning they must have left the window open.....not at all satisfied it was criminal wastage of money and time...I don't recomend any one to go to this branch I dont know about other branches....I am very upset because when my seat will dry I will surely see the patches and water stain because they are cream colour...I told supervisor to atleast dry it and he refused to do that and told me to go for inside detailing...ha ha wants to make more money on there silly mistake...!!!! You can see bugs sticking on my front bumper and registration plate and dust on my transmission panel and stain on my seat because of water they put on.....photos are attached

I have no complaints about the regular washing (usually get Gold and I'm satisfied). I had my vehicle completely detailed and I had a few issues which were mostly resolved. One was that when I pulled up to report for my appointment the woman taking orders gave me incorrect instructions on where to go. She then ran over and gave me a second set of incorrect instructions. Finally I called inside to find out exactly how I was supposed to do. I would chalk this up to me being new to detailing, them not usually having retail detailing customers show up in the line, and finally a fair bit of miscommunication. Another issue with the detailing is that my vehicle's upholstery was absolutely soaking wet afterwards. I was instructed to leave the windows cracked to let dry, but this was insufficient. I had to leave it running for 8+ hours with the heat on full blast and the windows open a bit. Googling tells me that an extractor would have removed more of the water, but I am no expert, so I'm not sure how usual this is. After drying, 4 water stains appeared on the seats. The Chamois was gracious enough to re-clean those spots for which I am very grateful. Absolutely every part of the car was spic and span after that, and I was very pleased with the results. It made selling my car easier; the buyer noted how clean it was and commented that I kept my vehicle well cared for.

NEVER AGAIN!!! The floor mats was wet, visibile dirt was still left on my car and most importantly, THEY SCARCTHED MY CAR!!! I've never let anyone clean my car except myself. This was my first time and I thought they do the best job because I was driving around winnipeg (i'm new in this city) and saw all the clean cars coming out from wash and I went and go try and I had the worsy experience. So never again. I really wish they do something about it!!!

Tonight the service was quick. Maybe too quick. Just a quick walk around the SUV showed a few places of dust still on that could easily have been washed off. Same thing on the inside. One seat they obviously missed a part that still had dirt on. (I have full leather interior so it would have been easy to clean). Most doors they left some garbage but took some out. Not sure why it wasn't all cleaned up. But overall the vehicle was much cleaner. Just not sure why they wouldn't completely finish the job so it's nice all around.. They also missed between seats which are hard to get at, but I was specifically told with the upgraded (gold) service they would do that. I'm not particularly happy with their job. But it's on par with others in Winnipeg from my experience.

been there for years but lately the service is lacking. Mats are not fully cleaned, cleaner left on the doors and windows, floors not fully vacuumed either. When they dry the vehicle its never fully dry and i have to do it myself outside in the cold. If there is still snow on the car around the wheels and wheel wells they barely even rinse that off before going through the machine. When you pay for a gold wash you expect a little better quality than this. Please do better.

For the price of a Gold wash now I am not impressed. This used to be better. Now I always have to point out missed spots like the door jams and interior. For almost $30, and yes, there is a guarantee and you can go again but I prefer not to.

Wonderful job done on my car...very well done and super clean and polished. Only problem is we ran into a thunderstorm on the drive home(1.5 hours) . But the interior is still sparkling.

The chamois boasts they are a full service car wash. However, at best, they do a mediocre job. While it’s nice to have the interior and exterior done all at once I’ve never left without needing to go home and polish off some missed spots. For the price I wouldn’t expect this to be the case. On a recent trip someone else’s floor mat was placed in my back row. I didn’t discover it until I returned home and when I called the location the manager said to me “we have a lot of new staff and a lot of mistakes have been happening.” Doesn’t exactly promote a feeling of confidence in the business. It’s ok if you want a quick interior and exterior clean, just don’t expect perfection because they rush vehicles through.

My vehicle is new and no one sits in my other seat so this was an easy clean for the people at the Chamois located in St. James. I came in for a gold wash and the only thing they needed to do was clean the mat, vacuum and wash the outside. The outside wash was horrible - there was dirt on the lower panel under the driver side doors, the vacuum was mediocre, not great, and the mat was FILTHY. When I called the next day explaining how my vehicle looked, they offered to redo the job if I came in by the end of the week - that does not work with my schedule which I explained to the manager. I said a free wash cert would work better for me - he refused. I will never go to the Chamois again. $30.00 on a vehicle that only require a wash on the outside and thorough cleaning on the driver side only and my vehicle comes out half clean? Not good. When you do a shoddy job like this - you do not offer to fix the issue on your terms only - unprofessional - and your staff should take better care when cleaning the vehicle.. very low standards.

I had all 3 seats out amd the back wasnt even vaccumed .. still looked how it did when i went tbere . .. garbagw piled up on the back amd front seats. Stixky sfill. Also threw out my expensive magnetoc eyelahses i forgot in my door but cant throw out the garbags?

I left a 0 star for the chamois on Reenders and thought I'd try st. James. I was impressed I thought they were doing a way better job until my car came out damaged. I called and the guy on the phone had great customer service and seemed like he was really going to look into this for me but never called me back. I take very good car of my vehicle and definitely didn't have these chips and scratches on both my driver and passenger side door handles before. Take pictures of your vehicle before coming here.

Cost $$$ for basic quality wash. Dirt spots etc. Focused more on speed and volume than with quality of wash vacuum and dry. You’ll still have some dirt specially inside. Rather wash my vehicle myself.

Very frustrating when you think that you are in the shorter line (lane #3) and yet somehow lane #1 is able to get several vehicles through before yours makes it to the beginning of the wash track. Definitely need a better system to make going through the car wash a bit more fairer... As for the quality of the wash, it's a decent job, but a decent job does not reflect the premium price you pay for the wash. And when a staff member hands off your supposedly clean vehicle to you, you rarely see a friendly person with a smile on his or her face...

I work in the customer service Industry and they don’t have this. I went to the st James location excited to get my car all cleaned as I’m moving on the weekend and I wanted a clean vehicle move in. when it was done the outside was clean the windows were clean but they did not vacuum they didn’t wipe down the dash, the doors, all they did was clean the floor mats, my backseat was not touched actually my whole backseat was not touched. I went inside to complain about the issue. A young man came out and all he did was wipe down my dash and a door for me and that was it! so I paid $30 for I’m not sure what clean windows I guess. Never going back again.

NEVER AGAIN!!! I would give a 0 rating if I could. tried to be a nice person in politely reporting my complaints. But obviously that didn’t get me anywhere but leave me with muddy dirty seats, interior cleaning not worth a measly buck and a manager that needs to learn that the customer is always right. I should’ve taken the reviews of this location seriously but I always gave businesses the benefit of the doubt! Not anymore…save your hard earned money and go elsewhere or do it yourself…BUYER BEWARE!!!

Not impressed with this place,especially for the pricing of the service.I’ve always gone there for wash and interior detail,always have to return because they go through it so quickly and do a terrible job. Last time I went,they charged me for interior detailing,but missed cleaning the console ( which had a coffee stain on it),including vacuuming the seats. They fixed it,but nobody seems to take pride in their work there. I’ve got a fleet of vehicles that I was considering taking there for normal wash and detail,but will be looking elsewhere.

Am always happy to have my vehicle cleaned. I don't ask staff to continually wipe my vehicle. I don't inspect my vehicle to look for missed spots. If I want no scratches then I can go buy a new vehicle. Our vehicles have normal wear. The staff have always been exceptional, they all do excellent work. Be happy!

There are some good things to be said about them, like the merchandise they sell and the waiting area, many of the staff are very nice and friendly. I find managers however can be quite rude at times. As a carwash, I'd say that most of the time they can do a good job on the interior if your car is pretty clean to start with. Even if you pay extra $20 for one element of the interior like the dash, it does not help much. No exaggeration. No complaints about the exterior. Hope this can help them improve.

the last few times I've come here it's taken over an hour to go through the process for the basic Bronze package (interior vacuum/exterior wash). Are they understaffed? Also don't like the check in person trying to up-sell services. My car already has a treated undercarriage and rust protection, so I don't need extra formulas. Afterwards, I usually have to open the hatch and doors and do a bit of extra wiping of what the attendants missed.

ALWAYS been GOOD to me! Don't go often - but take both our work vehicle (which gets pretty dirty) and my personal vehicle - other than long lines - has always been a POSITIVE experience - both outer and inner cleaned very well considering the volume they move thru daily - if you want a better job - you can opt for their detailing services. I think the job they do is very good value - can't understand some of the complaints - will continue to come back!
