Been using this carwash for years. Today I chose the most expensive touchless package. Not impressed, but some of the spruce needles on my hood look pretty clean now. Will go back the brush version next time.

Loved the car wash but expensive for being fully automated. I thought when you have humans doing the job, it's supposed to be expensive but here it's the other way round. The blower timing is very less and doesn't allow water to completely dispense. Also found vacume station to be expensive as well.. that's definitely not with it

Pretty thorough wash, just wish it dried for longer as there were a lot of areas still wet after the full minute. The RGB lighting is neat too

Affordable and convenient. No public washroom, though, and vacuum works only with coins. Was hoping they would add the credit card feature so patrons could use the vacuum with a credit card instead of coins, but the haven't.

It's good, they use to have app that can be used on an unlimited device but now there is a limitation (3device). Now it's not as convenient as before but still the car wash quality is good

She'll is the worst car wash ever used , always close at Pembina hwy and always very crowded at scurfeild Blvd. I bought the 90 days pass barley used it 25 times only will never buy shell again bad customer service even when I called to complain about the Pembina location always closed Do not buy the 90 days pass it's waist of money even don't use shell always crowded or closed

The vacuum there is UNREAL so good. My car looked like crocodile dundee backcountry dirty dirt everywhere and now it looks... cleaner. On another note, Shell has done some pretty crazy environmental damage in Nigeria, offshore rigs, destroying massive mangrove swamps. Controlling the military government, assassinating activists. Can't wait for electric cars to take over. The oil industry is dirty and corrupt. $&%* Shell and other gas giants but damn that was a good vacuum experience. Have a great day!

This shell station has a car wash. I have used it a few times now and it washed the vehicle very well. The attendant was helpful and service was good. This place took care of all my car needs.

Decent hand wash. You pay for the time you spend in there which is okay but there's down time from going in and paying which is annoying. WAY cheaper than automatic washes though.

Car wash charges are per minutes and time starts before entering the door, and how they design the washing slots needs two to three minutes to park.......... Especially if you are driving the truck.....

Has to be one of the worst touchless car washes! Purchased the ultimate and beyond disappointing. Save your money, goto the esso at 41st and Granville! I now have to go home and wash the car again! There is a reason they are one of the few touchless car washes that leave a bucket of dirty brown water (hoping you scratch your car) out. When I go to other washes there is no bucket and no surprise I drive off with a clean car vs what I saw today! The franchise owner should be ashamed and Shell Canada should step up and either close the wash or have the owner upgrade from antiquated methods. Beyond disgusting!! Burn your money instead or hire your neighbours kid!

One of the best automatic washes I've been too. It is touchless and my car is fully cleaned when leaving. If you don't have time for a proper hand wash this one is almost as good.

I think the lines are way to slow and it's closed as soon as the weather turns a little... I ask my truck what it thought and it said it was pleasent, the soap was soft on the body and the water pressure was just right to clean all the hard spots to reach. Truck left with a smile.
