New fancy and efficient, this car wash actually cleans your vehicle pretty well. Only down side is that the vacuum cleaners are weak, has very weak suction power.

My washing machine recently broke down, so I was able to catch up on the families laundry by coming here to Rainbow car wash and laundromat!. I find the prices high , but, still affordable and a necessity. Prices are rising everywhere, and you do what you have to do to survive..When your laundry piles up..this is a great place to go..put your laundry in to wash..have a coffee and a book/paper to read...Dry, fold and go home to put all the clean clothes away! Friendly staff are always around to help, get change for the machines or answer any questions you have.

The timers on the wash bays are set so low that I couldn't make a full round around my motorcycle. It used to be a decent car wash, but I won't waste any more money here.

One of the best location in town. Even if they are busy they have the capacity to get lot of vehicle in bay and waiting outside by the fence without bothering the traffic. This is one of my favorite place in neighbourhood because of lot of reasons. This location is barely close or on halt because of technical issue, secondly there is drying area for limited cars. so no bothering or banging the door while you are dressing your baby. no longer waiting time coz of bays quantity. well maintained too. Also laundromats you can save time and do two things at a same time.customer service is not bad.price gone up little bit $2

It was a spectacular experience. The car wash attendant was extremely fun to talk to and even "jokingly" tried to employ me to fold laundry in exchange for a loonie or two. The facility was bumping and efficient. I had my car washed in a timely manor. I highly recommend this place.

They used to give you more time for your money but yesterday I spent 10$ and didnt even finish a soap and rinse. It was the stall across from the change machine so maybe that's the only one but idk there's better places if not.

About 1 minute and 15 seconds per dollar, coin operated only. Pressure washer has good pressure and volume. The washing brushes are terrible, very frustrating. Imagine trying to shovel snow with a wet piece of cardboard, and you've got a good idea of how these brushes are made. The brush head has a very flexible connection to the brush handle, so as you try to maneuver the brush by holding the handle, the brush flops around at the end of the handle like a hand you slept on all night. What ends up happening is the hard plastic part of the brush bounces and scrapes all over your paint. The only way to use them is to hold the handle with one hand, and the brush head with the other hand. I saw multiple other people using this technique too. Terrible brushes, change them! Yes, I realize the point of this brush design is to make them unusable when the timer runs out, but no matter how many loonies you pump into the machine the brush never gets stiff enough to be of any use. Some of you older folks might relate.

Shortest timed car wash in winnipeg. $1 lasts about 15 seconds. I spent $13 to wash when other self seve qashes cost me 8$. DO NOT WASH YOUR CAR HERE UNLESS YOU DONT MIND WASTING MONEY

Another fine visit to Rainbow, a complete wash, and detail. All under $15, but if you do a quick wash you could probably do it with $5. Staff, and customers are friendly and nice. Check it out sometime, you can't beat the price lol!

The woman that works in the laundry is horrible! Un-believeably rude!! I had spoken with her on the phone prior to going there and she was rude and not helpful. Said she couldn't tell me which were the busier days or times. Yet she said she's worked there 16 years! She's even ruder in person. The place itself is awful. The floor tiles are all ripped up. The machines are OLD, it is so small 2 people cannot pass each other in the aisle. I was going to do laundry but after dealing with that horrible, awful woman,and seeing the old rundown machines, I couldn't get out of there fast enough!!

Their timers actually last way less than timers at other wand washes (compare to one on Scurfild Blvd and another one on Wall St). Normally I use 3$ to rinse my car all around including roof and wheels. At this car wash I put 3$, was sure …

Normally a good experience but today I was told to dry my car outside. This is due to their rule of "no drying your car if overly busy" which is a completely reasonable rule except when it's -15 or colder and the staff was unreasonable about it. Will not be coming back.

Loved finding this gem on our trip into Winnipeg and beyond. Stopped in to wash the bugs and grime off the car from our way into Winnipeg from calgary and was not disappointed. For 6$ in the coin operated stall I was able to get it clean and all the bugs off my grill of my big truck. A must in the west end area of Winnipeg for quick cleaning of your vehicle. Will use this every time we come to Winnipeg for sure!

Great place to wash my car and my laundry! The car wash is $4, which is two twoonies. I do a soap then rince, IF you are able bodied this is the lowest priced wash option. I've used the laundromat here as well. Many washing machines and driers. They have debit/credit card machine at the cash register to buy change. Last time I did laundry they had soap container for a wash for sale. I believe there is a wash and dry, pick up later service for laundry.

I used to go to a time-based carwashing facility since I got my car. This month, I finally decided to give this coin-op carwash a try. I couldn’t believe that I just spent less than half of what I usually pay before! Imagine from $12 down to $5. I was really happy about my experience in this place. They have good wand pressure, queuing wasn’t long, and the staff was accomodating. I guess we all have different experiences here, but hey don’t hesitate to give this Rainbow Carwash a try!

Water temp was excellent, soap quality very good. Unit takes loonies or toonies, $2 a cycle. The cycle time is very good. Almost long if you are counting in your head!

Washers and dryers are surprisingly big and very well maintained. Great friendly staff, always clean. If you're looking for the best laundromat then come down to Rainbow Car Wash and Laundromat. Best in Winnipeg!! Will for sure be back for their business.

A standard wand wash with lots of bays and a change machine. I give it a low rating because it uses those foamy brushes that go limp when your time is up. I personally like to get a lot of suds on then take my time and give the whole car a good scrub with the brush. This is not possible with these flop head brushes. I get that they want you pumping money in the machines the whole time you're there, but I feel these foam brushes that go limp take it to far. I will get an extra 2 minutes of brush time with no extra soap by continuing to wash my car at car washes with good old standard foam brushes. On the other hand, if such things don't offend you, I did find the foam brush to pump out a generous lather and all of the settings seemed to give about the the standard 1 minute per dollar

I called to make sure the car wash was still open to wash my car- it’s freezing and winter time so before I go I wanted to make sure because they say open online but they’re also a laundromat. She gave me their hours rudely and hung up the phone and wouldn’t answer my calls after. What kind of customer service is that? I was actually shocked at this transaction. I’ll never support this business ever.

Excellent excellent staff. Best car wash in town don’t charge you by the minute which a lot of places do. Still cost you about 6 to 8 bucks to wash your car properly but at other places it would cost about 15-16 for the same amount of time spent

Car wash has many bays and rarely has a wait. Expect to pay 3-5 in change for a wash. It would be nice if they would keep up with maintenance better, I think eve4y bay has a broken floor mat holder.
