They actually gave me my car back dirtier than it was when I dropped it off. Hard to do but they did it. This after 12 phone calls not returned to arrange a cleaning. $200 I’m never spending here again.

The driver'a side window was smashed in while I was visiting Winnipeg, and I required a quick repair so that I could drive back to Ottawa. No replacement window was available within the time I required it, so Crown provided a temporary fix with the installation of a clear plastic sheet. No appointment required, and within half an hour, I was back on the road with this fix that lasted all the way home through rain storms and hail over a three-day trip. Impressive service, good job, and best of all - provided free of charge! Thank you Crown!

Guys did a great job polishing my car, but customer service sucks. I asked for a shuttle to drive me back to DMAX from my work when my car is ready. They said they not sure if they'll have cars. I said if there's no shuttle available to inform me and I take a cab as I don't want anyone to drive my brand new car. I received call later that shuttle is on its way. The shuttle was MY CAR driven by some young guy from the garage ...???!! When the guy get out from driver's seat I found out big paint stain from his shoe on my carpet mat. Don't they suppose to protect floor and seat with plastic/paper cover before sit there in their work clothes? Also found same paint stain on driver's door (on plastic and fabric) which I had to clean myself. The mat I had to leave at the service and come back for it later so they can clean it. No one apologized even. First and last time I brought my car there.

I have a small child so any parent can appreciate that the interior of my vehicle was an absolute mess. Spills, fingerprints on windows and the carpets were gross. Crown Detailing & Car Wash restored my car to new condition. This might be the cleanest it's been since the day I drove it off the lot! Perfection! 5 stars (more if they were available)!!

I took my S2000 to D-Max on a friends recommendation. I needed their PDR expertease to pull a dent in my passenger side rocker pannel which is causing the fender to poke out. This flaw in the fender wasn't noticeable to anyone else but me. I dealt with Anthony Enns, he was very pleasant and took pictures of the dent and sent it to his PDR guy. We made an appointment for me to drop off the car, Anothony informed me that my particular dent is in a very challenging spot. The PDR guy said he would charge me at most $250, if he could not pull the dent I would owe nothing. I was ecstatic to see the fender lining up perfectly with the body of the car. The total cost of this PDR was only $125 as well! I will be definietly bringing my car back to D-Max for their services. Thanks mysterious PDR guy!

Can't sing enough praise for D-Max on Waverley. I've only been there a couple of times but the customer advisor Dianne greets me by name when walking in. The operations manager, Anthony, went above and beyond to ensure I left a happy customer. Was absolutely blown away with the amazing job done on my vehicle with the Service Special. Everyone makes mistakes, but it's how you correct them that really counts. And the staff at D-Max did an exceptional job of that. I will take my car nowhere else.

Absolutely terrible experience. The person who gave me my appointment for an estimate told me to go early so I could ger it done fast. Went 6,50 before they open. First in line. Was told I would get it for 11am. 2pm, no calls. Went there to check my car. It was parked there, nobody even took a look at it. And they said: well,we have the whole day to lool at it. Terrible experience. Bad communication. Terrible customer care.

My 8 year old car looks new again! Ask for Quan, i showed him several rock chips and he touched them up with matching paint free of charge with the gold detail package. Very professional. Great experience.

Inexperienced, unprofessional shop. Vehicle was brought in for some paint correction, came back worse then it was. Rotary holograms on hood , didn't even bother with A pillar correction and worst of all they dented the vehicle and did a really bad paint touch up. Wouldn't recommend, even it was free from dealership.

I didn't have good experience with them when I had my vehicle's interior cleaned. I bought my car from a heavy smoker who also poured perfumes in the car to hide the smell, so I needed someone to clean it professionally. I described my issue with smells to Crown Detailing before I asked of my options and they offered their silver package which cost me about $200, with most accent on interior detailing. When I took the supposedly cleaned car next day from them I noticed that the headliner was hardly ever touched, still very dirty. Then I pointed out the smell that was still present, and they told me they had this separate cheaper option when they treat the car with some chemicals for a couple of days just to get rid of the smell. Really? Why hadn't you offered me that option in the first place when I had told you of the issue? It's good though they eventually cleaned the headliner at another time, but my wife and I had to waste additional hours of our time to bring the vehicle back for this. The car is much cleaner than it used to be, good job on the leather seats and carpets, but overall experience could be so much better.
