(Who I believe to be) the owner is very friendly, he is always there to help and wave you on your way as you leave! Always kept very clean when bays are not in use. Love this place!

Dial was a bit broken so I ended up rinsing the heck out of my car and then coating it in wax by accident instead of soap and rinse. Aside from that it is spacious enough that it is easy to move your car around in it and you you can pay with card or change over all pretty good

My new go to place. New, clean, good pressure. You can use coins and Credit. Time per money ratio is actually fair. Saved about $2 compared to a gas station wash (for a truck). Now I hope that people with small cars are considerate enough to use smaller stalls and leave the oversized ones for bigger vehicles.

I drove into the facility where there was no line and 3 open wash bays. After 3mins of spraying soap on my car I grabbed my hand mit to get the deep dirt layer off. I was approached immediately by an older white haired man and told I could not hand wash went it was busy. He was ubrupt and rude about it. There were still 2 bays open. I promptly rinsed my car off and left. I will never return to this car wash and not not recommend it anyone. The bays were semi clean. The equipment a bit beat up and bent. Mediocre pressure from the spray wand at best. The coin machine spit out every coin I had. The tap pass for credit cards is very convenient but that’s about it.

I won't waste my money here again. There were 3 empty bays on a Tuesday at 1pm. The employee watched me run my water out and fill up my bucket, THEN came over to tell me there was no hand-washing allowed. It is an extra $1 to restart the water. I explained that it wasn't busy and there were no signs indicating the same. I then explained that I have always done a quick hand-wash when washing my car. This local business operator then told me to rinse my car and go to that other car wash. He was rude, unapologetic, used aggressive body language by coming into my personal space and towering over me and spoke to me in a brash manner. The extra 5 min I would have taken would not have killed his business or held up any line!

To be straight, I'm really strict about my car paint that's why I use a soft towel to hand wash my car, but I paid and used the soap from the foam brush. And the old gent there came and told me hey bud do not hand wash doesn't matter if I paid for the foam brush. There is no sign in there saying no handwash or towel wash. If you do have that policy please have a sign up so I can know so I don't come here. Never be back here ever again. Such a rude guy! Guys if you do really care about your car paint don't come and wash your car here unless you don't care.

I use Cloud Car Wash often. If I use the pre soak, combined with the pressure of the water, I don’t need to use the foam brush, which I like. Only complaint is the vacuum suction is awful, as are most car washes. Clean place and friendly staff.

Showed up there today at 3pm and waited in line for about 30 mins before we figured it was closed. It was Christmas Eve so they closed at 2pm but there were no signs and nothing to block the entrance. About 9 cars had to try and back out and everyone was not pleased with this kind of service!

I arrived at this carwash around 9:55pm last night. I assumed that they would probably be closing at 10pm but decided to try my luck. As I was pulling up to the building, I was searching for some indication as to whether they were open or closed. There was a sign on the door listing holiday hours but nothing with regular hours. There was no open or closed sign that I could see either. So I drove down the long fenced drive to the entry door which didn’t open. I then had to back all the way out. Tonight I tried again, arriving at 9:40pm. I saw someone look out the person door right next to the garage entry door. He saw me coming down the fenced drive and waved me off, letting the door swing closed behind him. I continued down the drive anyway, so he reopened the door and told me they are closed. I then asked what time they close to which he replied “now”. He made no attempt to conceal his annoyance with me. I explained I had been there the night before and just wanted to know so I could plan to be there when the carwash IS open. He finally said that I had to be there before 9:30pm so that I could be out by 10pm, because “I have to be out of here by 10pm.” When I said that I could come in now and still be out by 10, he replied “no you won't”. So once again I backed out down the long drive. I had time to drive over to the Normand Park Shell, get change in the gas station AND wash my car all by 9:58pm. I will not be returning to the Cloud wash again. No carwash could possibly be worth the unprofessional and frankly impolite way people are treated.

Wonderful car-wash. Super clean and a decent amount of time for your money. Ignore all these bad reviews with bucket-washers, they're all a bunch of inconsiderate dicks. If you're too cheap to use a foamy brush and want to use a bucket instead, then stay home and wash your car in your driveway. P.S. The staff are there to look after keeping the wash clean, they're not there to look after your fragile emotional well being.

I used 3 coin cycles... soap, rinse, vacuum. The vacuum had very little sucking power. Also, the machine ate my loonie. Before I was finished a rude old man asked me to leave because there was a lineup. I wasn't there that long at all (maybe 15 minutes max, it's a self serve coin op wash). I complained about the loonie and the vacuum strength, then the man walked away muttering "I just do what the boss says". No apology, no offer for the lost loonie.

Nice facility for sure, well lit, you can pay by tapping plastic or with coins and there is a visible timer BUT for value the Petro over on St Anne's has them beat. $2 = 2:40 (minimum to start) vs $1 = 2:30 (no minimum) at Petro. Each additional $1 at Cloud = 1:30 but at Petro since no minimum every $1 gets you 2:30! Sometimes all I'm looking to do is rinse the slush/grime off (winter season) before parking into heated garage at home and with $1 at Petro you can easily get that completed in 2:30. But again this is a nice facility, with a couple of extra large bays too and convenient.

There are some positives here but I’ve reached my limit with not being able to rinse properly. It’s not an occasional thing, it’s been very consistent. It costs me more money to have my truck look like this (photo), not cool. If you can’t sort the issue have a punch card system so I get one free now and then. I wash my truck very often, wouldn’t mind driving further to get a better result.

Unbelievable , employee telling me to leave even though there were no cars in line. I asked him if I could stay if I stand by the window and move immediately when a vehicle shows up.He said that's not part of the deal. Then he exaggerated and tells me I was in the bay for 40 mins when it wasn't even 18 mins. I told him to check his surveillance and he would see it hasn't been that long. I will speak with owner and hopefully he'll resolve this matter.

A great place to come and wash my truck, bays are large. The cleanest facility i have gone to wash my vehicle in. And there is a such a thing for other reviewers to soap your car without a brush. Just select that option and use the pressure washer that is what i have always done and my vehicles always come out as clean as hand washing them with a sponge (which still can scratch paint) touchless is the only way for those reviewers. The timer is a nice touch. Over all really impressed with cloud 9 car wash.

I always go to Cloud car wash and really never have any issues, the bays are big and lights are bright and water pressure is good, BUT I have now gone the past two Sundays and for some reason masks don't need to be worn that day, i mean I know we have too but the young gentleman working stay's in the office with the lights off and doesn't come out to either clean the bays in between washes or tell people to put their mask on. This past Sunday mid afternoon i was leaving and noticed again the office lights were off and when I drove out I saw the young worker in there on his phone and watching something on the TV, I get it working there sometimes you will have the downtime but at least have the lights on like others do and come out once and a while. Now saying that I won't stop from going there, the other workers are great BUT some of them still don't tell people to have there mask on. Still my go to place!!!
