(Original) Après l'inspection des dommages de ma voiture, j'ai demandé qu'on essaie de me trouver des pièces à la scrapp, puisque je ne suis pas assurée pour le type d'accident que j'ai eu. J'ai l'une des voitures les plus fiables et communes sur la route; les pièces ne manquent pas. J'ai dû rappeler plusieurs fois et on me donnait toujours la même réponse; ça devrait aller à la semaine prochaine. On me reposait toujours les mêmes questions auxquelles j'avais déjà répondues. 6 semaines plus tard, toujours aucune nouvelles! Vraiment déplorable.... UPDATE 20 Janvier. Une chance que la dame du service à la clientèle était super aimable. J'ai enfin mon estimé..... avec ENCORE des soupirs d'exaspération. Au nombre de fois où on m'a demandé si mes assurances payaient et que j'ai répondu non. Et après avoir expliqué que je n'accorde aucune importance à l'apparence de mon auto (Toyota camry 2005) à mainte reprises également........ On me fait parvenir une soumission avec le tier du montant sur la peinture! Mais est-ce que c'est si dur de se faire comprendre? Arrêtez d'essayer de faire de l'argent sur mon dos! La logique est où? J'ai expliqué ma situation 1000 fois ; je paie de ma poche, ils savent que je suis jeune, j'ai un vieux tank, jai demandé des pièces usagés... Pis on m'envoie un estimé avec 500$ de peinture?!?!?!?! Certain que ça passera pas. Résultat : je dois attendre encore une journée de plus pour qu'on me renvoie un estimé sans foutue peinture. J'irai la faire réparer là JUSTE parce que je n'ai plus de temps à perdre et que j'ai pas envie de tout expliquer à nouveau à une autre place. Pour vrai.... Pire service que j'ai jamais eu. Plus JAMAIS Fix Auto.
