I got to the car wash at 2:30pm yesterday. First visit. There was no sign of life. Doors were all closed. If the sign had not said ‘open’ I would have assumed they were closed. I pulled a door open to see the staff in a far corner sitting at a table (playing cards?). I called out, twice, asking if the car wash was open. Eventually one man got up and came towards me. No answer. So I left. I figured with that kind of reception I obviously could not trust whether the service would be good. I won’t be back.

Very unprofessional. Rude and over priced. There are many other better car wash close by. They DO NOT CLEAN CARS WELL. Waste of money and time. They are busy so they get you in and out fast with a sloppy job. 10 minute wash ended up 25 minute slop job. Esso/Shell express wash is 100 times better.

Worse service in the history of customer service!!!!! They had an arrogant attitude, tried to hustle an extra 5$ out of me because I used their trash bin to throw out things out of my car. They didn’t even clean it properly. My car is still visibly dirty inside out. They rushed me under the pretence that I was their last customer but then proceeded to accept 4 more cars after me. They threw out all my belongings on the ground and once done, they threw them back in so I don’t notice the poor quality of cleaning they had done. They only accept cash but the bank and businesses next door did not have cash. So the man told me he wanted to keep my cell phone as insurance that I would come back and said he would bill me more if I took time to come back. Do not go there.

They do a decent job at washing, but on the other hand, they are a little slower than most comparable car hand wash locations I have been to. Also, the waiting area has NO windows to outside, so it is DARK and a little depressing. Very reasonable prices.

Just does the job. But i cannot say your car gets the treatment for what you pay for. I didnt leave with the satisfaction o would have expected, as car was still wet and the inside cleaning was not as good as i experienced in other car washes.
