They never respect the published schedule. Today I went 8.30 and it was closed. I wasted my time. This cheap service. It is expensive.Many times the machine does not work well and does not use soap or shampoo, scratching the car, using only water, the tires do not shine.

Convenient and friendly but did a very poor job detailing my car. I purchased the superior package however dirt and crumbs are not completely removed and hand prints were left on the leather. I would not recommend Majestic’s detailing service.

Never get subscription for this place. I was paying 33 dollars for a wash, first without notifying they changed their policy to one wash instead of two per day and then they increased their price to 45 dollars WITHOUT notifying me. I went to the store and supervisor said he cant do anything to help that's how they run their business. I stopped washing my car here long time ago when I found its leaving scratches on my car but payments kept going because you have to physically go to the store in order to cancel it. These guys will not reverse any charges and will increase their prices without notifying. I will not wash my car here even though I still have one month worth of car washes left but I will not take my car here.

CHECK YOUR CREDIT CARD!!! Signed up to an 'early bird' special that was 23.99, a month later it was 39.99 before tax so I was seeing $45 charges on my CC. I went in to complain and was told that it was their policy to raise prices immediately after a spcial was offered. So cancelled my service with them and would advise to avoid this place if possible. Everything else was fine but they raise prices with no warning.

The Auto Wash should be open till 9:00pm but it is closed one hour earlier and the management not updated that now the Auto Wash closing time is change to 8:00pm. I drove for 10 kilometers and reached 8:30pm but the Auto Wash is closed the mismanagement west my time and it’s really bad. And in contract also mentioned that the auto wash service will be available till 9:00pm by reducing servicing time they save a lot of money due no service which is look like a fraud.

Went in for a car wash. I asked the lady in the office if the car wash will remove bugs that were stuck to the front bumper and she said yes and that one of the guys outside will do it with a cloth. After the car wash sure enough another lady very rudely came into the office to yell at the young lady that told me that they would clean the bugs of my front bumper. I politely just said not to worry about it because I felt bad for her being yelled at. I would not recommend this service. For the price I would look for another company that’s better.

I would never recommend anyone to try this place, if you go you are at your own risk. I went for interior car cleaning service and chose their superior plan, which turned out to be biggest mistake choosing this company. Its a long review covering whole story so you don’t go through the same stress that I went with the company. Firstly, my car wasn’t clean at all from inside. Second, they hit my car to the pillar. Yes you read it right, my car was hit to the pillar when the employee was taking my car in the garage for cleaning and no one told me about it. Luckily I didn’t left the location after the car wash and noticed the scratch. As soon as i saw it, I called the employee at the reception and they were like this was there from before. I had to take a stand and make them understand the paint on the car is matching to the pillar. When I requested to look at the security footage, the employee who was driving my car, agreed that it was hit on the pillar. It almost took 1 and half week to resolve the issue and get it fixed. The manager was not at all co-operative. At first he didn’t agreed to pay and forced the employee pay for $1100 of damages. Somehow when he agreed to pay, he told me they won’t pay for the 3 day rental and rental insurance till my car gets fixed. After several arguments he agreed and everything got resolved within 1.5 weeks. I lost around $200 of income from my car until it got fixed. Very unprofessional experience! Not recommended!!

They've got insanely high packages for the same service. The last time I attended, they charged me $278 for a simple in and out wash. It's only after I came back and asked for explanation, had to wait an hour for the so called manager to come back and refund me a $60 stating, our system won't allow it, but I'll get you multiple car washes next time you come by

majestic car Wash monthly membership is the best price car wash in London with unlimited car washes, and I maintain and preserve my vehicle especially through the winter months by wiping it down each car wash around the doors and back hatch, I would recommend majestic car Wash to anybody... I no longer wash my car at home, it doesn't make any sense. Sincerely Eric

The dryer is to powerful or is not set up right, but it took off plastic parts from both of our cars. The plastic thing from the roof, that covers the roof rack place. Otherwise is very high tech and does a good job.

Really unfortunate that I went here for my car wash. I paid 20+ taxes for the top tier exterior wash and it sucked big time. 2/4 of my tires didn't get the tire shine applied, and there's still dust on my hood that wasn't cleaned off. Still lots of little pieces of grime stuck along the side of my vehicle too. Has to be the worst car wash I've used. Photos are right after the wash. I did not try the interior cleaning services only the exterior.

I have used this car wash on 4 occasions now so I can write a solid review of their services. The customer service is friendly and the pricing is less than the competition. However your vehicle is always 1-2hours longer than they say it will take and not always as clean as you paid for it to be. The windows especially, they wipe the inside of the windows down with the same rags that they dry the car with leaving grease and maybe wax or some other kind of residue all over the windows. I end of having to redo them once I get home and whatever they put on there is very difficult to get off. This is close to my home and budget friendly and so I really wanted to continue to give them a chance. But I just cant because of the poor quality of the service provided.

I joined the Car Wash club which permits all the washes you need per month for one price. Only 1 wash per day permitted. Great to keep the car in immaculate condition washed, under spray, waxed, wheel polished and spot proofing for rain.

Everything went well except for the soaking wet (pooling if you pressed) floor carpets in the passenger front. After a week when I was able to get back to complain, the carpet was still damp when pressed. They apologized and offered a discount on my next visit. We'll see how that goes.

Terrible customer service from employees and manager. We had our rear windshield wipers ripped off in a car wash and simply nothing was done. There was only a promise that they would call us the next day to resolve the issue, but they didn't. My husband went there again to seek a solution and they simply informed him that it was not their responsibility. I do not recommend the service of this establishment.

This was my new favourite car wash until it damaged my car. I took my new 2019 Subaru through the wash in early March and came out with a small chip in the paint on the hood. The brushes are aggressive and likely had some debris in them that caused the damage. The manager was made aware of the damage but has made no attempts to compensate me. Too bad because it’s otherwise a good car wash.

Terrible experience. They damaged the wiring for an airbag sensor located under the passenger seat (vacuuming or using compressed air) . Damage to the car was over $400. Denied it had anything to do with them even though the time stamp on the diagnostics of the damage was the time it was being detailed. They blamed the dealer and myself for the damage and would not discuss further. They said the owner was not available and they did not know how to get a hold of her. Use extreme caution when using the establishment.

The worst experience in auto detailing! Paid almost $70 for my Mazda CX-9 SUV for superior interior wash and my car spend 4 hours in there. This was my first and last time at this car wash. I selected the VIP wash and was utterly disappointed. The entire wash from start to finish was less than what you do in a self car wash with my car looking almost untouched from the inside. The floors weren't vacuumed and the console wasn't wiped down. when I came to pick it up was not done! The lady at reception was rude and not helpful at all. I do not recommend this place at all! Do not spend your money and time there!

Great experience at the car wash. Owner was very friendly. They explained the car wash packages very well. You can pay about $22 and get car washes all month long. It's a really good idea! Perfect for the winter to get salt off and for the summer to keep it nice and shiny! Truck came out extremely clean after our wash.

You pay for what you get. The $4.99 for the car wash is a good deal. The customer service, long lines and attention to detail are what draws this back. I waited 15 minutes in line and I paid 2.99 extra for sealer wax and wax was not used on my vehicle. I would not recommend this place to anyone, unless you don't mind waiting long lines, being told there's nothing they will do and also having your car stuck in the tunnel. I would rather stub my toe on the bedframe wheel every night than go here.

He pointed to some workers... and when I asked, they just said they couldn't clean my van (roof was too high). I wasted over half hour for nothing...

Majestic is my go too place, I have left my truck with them for the day as they are very bondable people. I pay around 60 bucks to have my truck detailed on the inside and cleaned on the outside. Rather then spending a couple hundred on an insane detail, I just come to majestic once a month and they keep my truck very clean for me. See you tomorrow guys! :)

You get what you pay for here. Although its cheap and kind of gets the job of a car wash done, the customer service and accountability of the manager is absolutely horrendous. Had no issue until yesterday where I underwent a car wash with them and due to their employee negligence of leaving a wash cord in the wrong spot, my car got caught and scratched and chipped on the passenger side window (see photo taken immediately after the time of the incident). The entire car wash had to be stopped in order to untangle my side mirror and quite frankly, I'm glad that it didn't rip the mirror right off. At the time of the incident, the manager was not around and they gathered my information with details of the event, and I was told I would receive a call to discuss the matter. Giving them the benefit of being decent human beings, I waited a day for the phone call which never happened. Went in to speak to them directly today, and the manager didn't even know anything had even occurred, so whatever they do is clearly just for show. Once discussing with the manager, he simply stated that they don't cover damages and I had to go through MY insurance to cover the costs, claiming my insurance would speak to their insurance about the damages, which seeing how they reacted here they would just deny. They have a sign out front claiming they don't cover damages, but I would assume that's from normal operation. Leaving things around negligently should not count as normal operation in my opinion, but could just be my bias. Thankfully the damages were purely cosmetic in my case, but I would be very cautious if something serious did happen as they probably won't claim any responsibility. This would leave you to foot a hefty bill for repairs simply because you wanted a $5 dollar car wash or membership wash. Lesson learned. TL;DR they damaged my car due to their negligence and won't claim any responsibility, with manager not even willing to discuss any form of coverage or compensation. Use at your own risk. Lots of other options for car washes in the city. UPDATE: They are uncontactable through my insurance agents multiple attempts and refuse to provide their insurance (which is apparently illegal, but I'm not wasting law enforcement time on this matter). So just shows the type of people you're supporting in this business. Again, use at your own risk.

i got a membership yesterday and they told me we will spray your car with water before it goes inside the car wash so it doesn't get scratches and they did i went back today the manger with the name of harman was there and told me we dont spray your car before the wash or after if you want you can cancel your membership i told ok cancel it he wanted to charge me 20 dollars for yesterdays wash and refund me the rest i asked for the person was there and sold me the membership he didnt want to call or ask why would they say that they spray the car with water first. i asked when would the owner be there he doesn't know. anything i ask him he doesn't know and treated me that im a liar i don't recommend this car wash with this management

I don't suggest you this one if you have a brand new car as this is not a touch less wash and the brush used can have a serious damage to your car,if the vehicle in front had a lot of mud.Otherwise it's a good one .You can clean your car very well if you are not concerned much about the brushes.

Went in today for an exterior wash and interior cleaning. I apologized as my dog rides in my car occasionally and I was overdue for an interior cleaning. I asked for the Superior interior/exterior wash. I was treated with respect by friendly, courteous, professional staff, who did an amazing job on my car. It turned out better than I thought possible. Aside from the cleanliness and attention to detail, I liked the fact that the car smelled very clean, but not perfumy and I also liked that my gas and break pedal were not slippery. I am 100% satisfied and highly recommended Majestic Auto Wash.

Very disappointed today. Closing time was 8 p.m but they closed at 6.25 pm. The reason they gave was it was not busy that's why they closed and i think that's does not make any sense.I literally saw seven to eight cars in five minutes which came for wash and how they can say it was not busy?

Not recommended, long lines whenever they are open, often gets the car stuck in the tunnel. They will close the place atleast once or twice a week for the so called 'repairs', brushes are harsh and has left marks on my car twice. Quality is poor which is reflected in their price. Stay away

Used to go here when it was the UPI car wash. Very fair deal for exterior and lots of cheap to reasonable interior services. Signed up for a monthly deal which is marginally more expensive than single visit. Car has never been cleaner. Good spot!
