Wow! What a great experience. Visiting Petawawa and Googled “car wash”. I drove up and was greeted by a nice guy. When I asked if I could get my car washed he said he would do it. A nice wash by hand. And when I went to pay in the office....it was on the house! Small town kindness. Thank you!

Got my windshield replaced and the next day noticed a small scratch nothing too serious but I wanted to see if they could at least buff it out as I had just got the windshield. So I went back to get it addressed and Cameron at the front desk came outside to look at it and immediately seen a bigger issue with the installation of the windshield that I hadn't noticed. He apologized very sincerely and made the issue a top priority. Fixed in no time at all. A few days later I had a wiper arm stop working on me while I was in down in Ottawa and because of this and the windshield not being installed properly the first time; I think that the windshield might not be installed correctly for a 2nd time. So I left a message on Sunday and as soon as they opened Monday he called me back to address the issue and to get me in as soon as possible. Now this time I go in a bit annoyed and upset that I have another issue to deal with again. Cameron assures me that the installation of the windshield is good this time and the wiper just needs to be tightened but not only that, the scratch I just decided to forget about because it wasn't a big deal; He had gotten a complete replacement windshield ready in that time. I don't normally write reviews but the customer service was very professional, quick, and overall good. Thanks again Cameron.

So far no appointment was scheduled. Just went for a estimate 4 days ago saying they would give me a proper quote the next days and no calls back yet. I called back 3 times since and the anwser was : il will have it tomorrow...you will have today.. still no proper quote. I really hope i can leave a 5 star review when ever i get actual quote.

So far I have had 2 items completed there, and neither time did the Line X bond to the surface. The first item was bare metal rock sliders that were primed and then line x. The primer did not bond to the metal, so chunks are falling off. The second was 2 steel bumper inserts. Not an ounce of prep work was done, simply sprayed right over rust and oil residue. Peeled it right off. Lifetime warranty or not, I shouldn't have to return parts every 6 months for a repeat application.

Just tried to get a receipt reprint but the guy on the phone was really abrupt and rude, terrible customer service, didnt want to help or look into it what so ever. was very quick to pass the buck to someone else. used the exact words "well what do you want" and "look into what" when i was clearly asking for a reciept.
