I have a matte grey car, I selected NO WAX, and it put wax on my car ruining my paint, and it didnt clean it at all, worst experience I have ever had with a car wash in my life, do not go here

Decent car wash for on the go! The pressure and soap saturation time isn't as great as other touchless carwashes, for the car didn't come out 100% clean, but the facility looked clean and was full operational. The dry cycle also isn't very powerful and will still require to spot dry. The water in Petawawa can leave etching in the top layer of your car's clear coat and I didn't seem much of this, which makes me think the water is treated there. Will return!

This used to be a great place to get a car wash but unfortunately now not so much. The tap payment machine is fairly finicky, but I didn't have any major issues until the latest run. I was trying to get the $10 premium wash like I always did, but unfortunately this time the debit machine and the car wash machine seemed out of sync. It charged me $16 for some reason, gave me $6 in change, but still only gave me the $6 wash. Won't be going back to this one, will go to Pembroke or just hand wash from now on.

Took my $10 cash, car wash didn't turn on. Had to pay another $10 after backing out of the wash and going back to the machine. Also didn't print receipts as was out of paper.

The machine just stole 4$ cash from me and the dryer does not work properly and hasn’t been since last winter. It has also charged me twice for one transaction on my credit card last year and had to call my company to cancel it. The machine needs to be looked at and the drying system needs to be fixed. I won’t be coming back.

Used the automated wash on my 2020 F-150 supercrew. It left a foot wide line of soapy water down the centerline all over the roof & hood. Had to use my windshield wipers to see out of my windshield. Spent an additional $5 at a hand spray wash to clear off all the soap/wax residue. Won't be using their automated facility again.

Good touchless car wash. A little annoying that the one thing I want is the underbody wash, which means you have to buy the most expensive ($10) wash, to clean off the winter salt. However, you get a nice wax and it doesn't scratch up the car or cause any issues. One thing I've noticed compared to the Pembroke location is that the dryer doesn't seem as strong -- I went slower but ended up with an icy car nonetheless. However, this is a minor detail. The attendant was super helpful - coming out in the cold to help when the payment wasn’t working - and it was -40 with windchill.

Had a bit of trouble with the tap payment. Othet than that the only thing i feel needed improvement was the dryers at the end. Overall my car was nice and clean. :)

Washes well but the drying is anything but. For $10 I would expect much better such as at the Esso in Pembroke or the small car wash on Pembroke St East between Peter and Cecilia streets

The car wash did not rinse my vehicle and left soap all over it. It could just be a glitch and could be fixed but wasn’t very pleased and it left soap all over my vehicle to freeze.

Basic wash, did the job. The machine that takes your money was glitching out really bad and wouldn't print anyone's receipts. But the actual car wash worked fine.

Tap didn't work, twice, so I paid cash (10). I asked for a receipt and it didnt give me one and told me to proceed. Drove in and the machine told me to insert money and code. Waited... Nothing happened. Drove out. Guy behind me had the EXACT same problem. It took $30 .. Got nothing and can't get a hold of anyone, even with the "emergency" number. DON'T GO! Spend a little more money have go to a do it youerself place or at home.

It's cheaper than some places but the rinse kinda sucks. I paid for the "best" wash they offer and my truck was still covered in soap. I had to go to the coin wash and finish rinsing it

Dont go here.$6 for a 20 second wash. And if you use tap on the machine it will charge you twice most the time

Stoked my money, door never opened and can’t get a hold of anybody. No exits available when door doesn’t open so had to risk driving across the grass !!
