I would give this place 10 stars if I could. I spoke to the owner on the phone first and he was incredibly helpful. I thought they were pricier but now I realize that they are not actually pricier when you compare with others and that you are getting the best possible service with their company. Ahmad (spelling?) was absolutely incredible and went above and beyond. My car was sparkling at the end. They do a very thorough and professional job and give it their 110%. I am so satisfied with their services and would DEFINITELY use them again. It's so worth going to a place that does the best possible.

Diamond Car Wash has never disappointed me. Everything was spot on when I came to pick up my car, and the interior gave me that new car feeling all over again. I purchased the silver package - interior and exterior detailing. Cost was $160 which is competitive in Ottawa. It took about 2 hours for them to finish , which is pretty standard for this level of service. My car looked amazing when I picked it up. Will use service again

At first I was a bit skeptical because the owner is a young guy but I wanted to try this place out and it turned out to be one of the best Car wash experiences I have received. The location is very convenient I was getting my iPhone fixed at Apple in Rideau while waiting. Overall it was an excellent experience, the owner was very helpful, nothing was missing and the Car was beautifully detailed. Next time I go to Rideau I’m making sure to park in the blue garage to get another wash.

I visited Diamond Car Wash based on the experience I had received on my company s car. I decided to bring my own car and before arriving had made sure to check the different services and prices offered. turns out , that the prices online are only a guideline. the attendant will decide how much to charge based on ocular inspection in a dark parking lot. the price went from 149$ to 195$ based on long explanation which did not make any sense. the car was clean. the service was standard. nothing special. i think this type of practices are not normal in Canada. a very foreign type of service in a very well known country to me

We came to stay for a conference found these guys in our lot. OMG wow. They took our glitter and dog hair filled family wagon and made it look like the day we drove it out the show room doors. literally from the showroom clean. Wish I lived here would use them regularly. So worth the money which was dirt cheap to begin wit.

Outstanding service!! I spilled greasy food in my backseat, leaving a foul smelling oily mess. Diamond Car Wash was available same day - no waits. In <45 minutes they had vacuumed the entire car and washed and steamed the back seats, carpets and more. I was amazed they got the smell out. The price was extremely reasonable. Upstanding business, totally honest and highly recommended! They are located under the Westin Hotel/ Rideau Centre (P1 of the IM parkade).

Very disappointed with the service I received on Saturday. I asked for a full car detail and an interior shampoo for my seats and rugs. The trunk of my Subaru was not even vacuumed. I got home and had to do it. My middle consult wasn't washed as I got it back with coffee still in it. The emergency break handle was full of dirt still. After waiting over 4 hours you'd think it would be perfect.

The best car wash service in Ottawa, good spot in underground parking, not cold at all. got sliver package plus 15% discount and expecting to have a basic clean but after 40 mins, i got a brand new car in front of me, rims cleaned, tire waxed, all interior cleaned back to the first day when i purchased the car. I haven’t cleaned the interior for almost one year, and I got salt stains all over my mat and floor. Went there for a car wash and it was amazing. If you wanna make your car look brand new, you gotta come here and check it out. The only thing is, it takes time, but I guess it worth the price and waiting.

I don’t usually take the time to write reviews, but after the exceptional service I have received from Diamond Car Wash I was left with no choice. I purchased the Gold Package and this was by far the best treatment I have given my Mercedes. The staff are very friendly and caring, to the point they even compensated my parking fee while I was shopping in rideau mall. I will definitely be taking my car from now on to them as they guarantee the same service and treatment each and every time. Showed up after getting a quote over the phone and told I don’t need an appointment only to be told that the service would cost double the original quote and take twice as long. When I questioned the difference in information, the employee walked away and continued working and did not acknowledging me further. Very poor customer service and lack of simple human manners at that.

This is by far the absolute best place to get your vehicle detailed! Very proffesional staff and a very convenient area to get your vehicle cleaned while you are shopping or just spending time downtown. They go above and beyond and there is nowhere else in the city I would rather go to get my car cleaned or getting a beautiful wax. The owner is very intelligent when it comes to this busniess and will take very good care of you and all your friends. It's very nice to see that they will treat your Honda Civic the same way that they treat the very expensive luxury cars that come to that car wash often. You’re better off cleaning it yourself. I got armorall carpet and upholstery from Walmart and it did a way better job. Paid $146 and they couldn’t take off stains I easily took off myself.
