Took my old truck in and they did my oil, changed my wipers (on sale) topped up my fluids and replaced my air filter. Very friendly and they even showed me a small nest some little critter had made in my engine compartment. Gave me a free car wash and all for just over $100! Great place and great people. Glad I found it.

I never bother writing reviews for company's, but I just want to say, I will never go anywhere else for car maintenance. They were fast, friendly, prices are fair, one of the only shops still open right now, the shop was clean, I was given a couple discounts, and a free car wash. Also the owner let me know that they are offering free oil changes for front line health care workers. Theres no pressure, they are not on commission. Best shop I have ever been to!

We took our dog for a bath at the Pet Wash - the water was icy cold and at this time of year, that is not good for an older dog. We tried knocking the door of the attendant, but no-one was there to ask about the water being so cold. Frozen and soaked, the three of us had no option but to finish the bath as quickly as possible. Now we are looking for a new pet wash with hot water on tap

I highly recommend this service centre for their professionalism and quality of service. Me and my wife was traveling on a highway as our car started to give us a sign something wrong we googled where should we stop in a hurry to get help. so we ended up at take 5. Lorne Morris manager and his team help us out and fix our car right away so we can drive home safe in the same day. He even stayed overtime to take care of us. I wish I could say wonderful things, I can say the tech's were nice. After saying that however for the price I was charged I could have gone to the dealership but I decided to try a smaller business and save some money. Sadly I didn't save money but it cost me $60 more than bringing it to the dealership. I was told $54.99 for the oil change which is very reasonable but by the end of it I was paying $184.00. I will not be back to this site and I hope other people are careful when going in. No where did I think that getting an oil change didn't include the oil and they took it upon themselves to use premium oil and never asked.

Didn't have time to take my 2019 Honda Civic to the dealer for an oil change so I decided to give these guys a shot. Was in and out in the amount of time it took me to pour a delicious coffee from their coffee dispenser, and enjoy it. Will come back here for the next couple oil changes since they are a little less than the stealership.

When I arrived old king gent Offered to drive my car over the ramp . My previous car base width was wider not liken the narrow base . French vanisll Italy machine great tasty drink while I was waiting .. Previous Company workers didn’t check things at all . I got shown my oil which I like to see &Topped my fluids. Checked my front and back lights. So I liked the service and met the owner I decided then to have my tires rotated and have issue I sensed on my back brake area so I decided to let them do back rustiest brakes . I got to see all and had my questions answered price was reasonable . Free car wash . I decided only to come back after ownership change and Castro’s products which I used for years when I lived in Vancouver .. Definitely will return. Kaye J ..

I purchased the Complete Detailing Package via Groupon as a gift for my brother and we came home with very disappointing results for the price we paid. Seats have spray marks everywhere and parts are greasy, not properly wiped off, even after my brother asked for a re-do. As my brother left after dropping off the car, he saw the technician smoking while working on our car. I have had my car detailed before for a cheaper price with fantastic results. I will not be going back to this place and you should reconsider too.

Very upset with this company would not recommend - Monday the 3rd (long weekend) I had come in for an oil change, I arrived upon opening thinking I could get as advertised a quick “12 minute oil change” and head to the beach to enjoy my day off as being in healthcare I do not get much time to myself. I had my dog in my backseat as well. Little did I know this would take my whole day. While changing the oil, I was informed that the staff member had broken part of the assembly on my vehicle trying to remove it - which resulted in a leak. They did not have the part that was broken on hand, and the nearest lordco was also out of stock. I was then informed he would simply fill it with silicone to stop the leak and I could come back another time and they would “cover the costs” . Unfortunately my job does not allow me the time to simply come back another time, I have obligations and limited time, I was now worried as I can not be driving around with a temporary silicone fix that may or may not hold this leak. When explaining this to the staff, I was informed that the manager himself will pick up the part needed from a location that has it in stock and they then asked me to return before closing between 3-4 PM . At this point I have wasted near 2 hours of my time waiting on the staff to find a resolution, not able to turn my vehicle on in the hot temperatures we are having which resulted in my dog puking due to dehydration. My plans have now been cancelled as I had to return before closing and now have a sick dog to look after. When paying my bill I was promised a discount if I could leave a positive review on google. I left my review, and then checked the bill to see this discount was not applied. The staff argued between each other due to the lack of communication I was told they are not able to apply this. Upon returning at the time I was asked too, I was told the manager has not arrived with the part and is not answering his phone although he was on his way last time they spoke. The staff called him a total of 7 times in front of me, I waited another hour until I decided to run a couple errands and return within a half hour. Upon returning , again , the manager had still not arrived. At this point I am completely frustrated, this is when the staff started to laugh at my frustrations. I told them that I do not see the humour in this and I will be heading home as your location is closing within minutes and the manager has not arrived. Upon returning home, I gave the manager a call myself. No answer , I then received a very unpleasant voicemail from him stating that the part is now there and he went out of his way, if I want it installed I must be there before closing (this left me with 10 minutes to return back to their location for the 4th time this day) When requesting if the part could be delivered to my address, I was told that this is the managers day off and he’s not going out of his way.... this was very frustrating as it was also my day off, completely wasted. I managed to rush over right as they were closing, the staff particularly Kim was very helpful in doing her best , she gave me a car wash , apologized , constantly tried to resolve this situation, she was great . Although what disgusted me most, was the manager himself was more concerned about enjoying a motorcycle ride on his day off rather than helping resolve this. I have requested a call back from him as I would like to discuss this situation, unfortunately I have been ignored. Please refer to part 2 of my review on Take 5 oil's facebook page

Prices were a bit higher than other oil change places but the fact that I don't have to get out of the car and have some stranger get into my car during a pandemic seems worth it to me. The guys did make some suggestions but were reasonable about it and not pushy. Would come again for sure.

A nice clean car wash with both automatic and bay services. Tap payment is available for both the vacuum and wash. Min 2 dollars to activate any vacuum or bay wash service. Great pressure and lots of choices for washing. I have never had to wait for a bay.

I'm writing this on behalf of my mother-inlaw She had her oil change done there recently. Just a basic oil and filter change, as she only has about 12,000 kms on her vehicle. The day after it was done. She came down to her underground parking of her apartment complex to find a large puddle of oil under her car. She promptly returned to here to have the leak corrected, and upon telling g them of the leak in her parking, they gave her "something to clean it up" are you kidding me!? Shes a 70 year old widow... the mess is in now way, a fault of her own. And you expect her to clean it up. What a joke. I know for a fact that their competitors down the street do not treat their customers this way. Also i now have to see if there's been any dame done to whats basically a brand new engine. The leak is one thing, i get it, it happens, but to expect a 70 year old woman, to clean up an oil spill that was their fault... what a joke. Send one of your "technicians" , hire someone to clean it up i don't care it should in no way be her responsibility. 100% will not be returning to this business, will not recommend this business do not recommend this business.

Where they before at their previous oil change someone tightened fuel cap so tight it cannot be undone. The lady tried to express in impolite way to make this oil change look like it was their fault.
