Vitaly did an amazing job of transforming the interior of a car I had just purchased. The previous owner had a dog, and the smell was really strong - so strong that I had to drive with the window partially rolled down. Not only was Vitaly able to get rid of the smell, but the interior was cleaned to a level I didn’t know existed. Absolutely every square inch was cleaned - it was as fresh as a new car. I also had the exterior of the car washed and engine bay cleaned and detailed. The end result was a car that was transformed - adding real value. It’s been a month since the car was detailed. I had Vitaly do paint correction and a ceramic coating on my black 2017 VW GTI. The paint was in decent shape, but definitely had swirls and scratches from "washes" at the dealership (who insists on washing it, even though I tell them not to!). I bought the car new in 2018, so as it was the previous years model, it had been on the lot for over a year, and had been subject to a high number of these "washes". Vitaly really cares about his customers and their cars. He had me come in for a free evaluation, where he took a really close look at all aspects of the car, and gave me a quote (very fair by the way). We agreed on a date and time, and he went out of his way to meet me at the shop on a Sunday afternoon, as I am unable to drop off during business hours on weekdays. This meant that -- unlike other places I've had my car serviced at where I've had to leave my car in the parking lot and put my key through the mail slot -- my car was locked up inside his alarmed shop that also has a serious surveillance camera system. It was a small thing, but I really appreciated that he was willing to take some time on his day off to ensure the security of my vehicle. Now to the results! Let me just say that I was SHOCKED by how amazing the car looked after he'd worked his magic. It definitely looks better than new. It's got that whole "black mirror" thing going on. He also treated the windows (almost no need to use the wipers anymore -- far superior to any RainX-style treatment I've ever used) and restored the wheels to like-new cleanliness. I didn't really know that it was possible to get all that baked-on brake dust off of the barrels of dirty wheels, but he managed it. In the month since the work was done, I've given it a couple washes -- that is, I sprayed it down with a foam gun and rinsed it off, and it comes completely clean. The black paint always used to look so terrible after a rain, as the accumulated dust would dry in little specks everywhere a droplet sat and dried out. Now when it rains, the water all rolls off the car, and it actually looks great. If you're considering paint correction, a ceramic coating or PPF, get your vehicle into R&R for a quote. Vitaly is going to tell you exactly what to expect -- but I suspect the results will exceed those expectations!! Five stars for sure. I was not compensated in any way for this review, and this truly is my honest opinion.

Every once in awhile you pick the right business to walk into. Meeting Vitaly for the first time restored my faith that customer service still exists. Vitaly's passion and knowledge of his business was very evident during our inital meeting. I explained my situation that I had just purchased a 2014 Q60 Infiniti convertable in black which I said I would never do again.The dealership pre sale paint detailing was terrible lots of scratches and cobwebbing on the paint and being a long time car guy that is very paticular about his vehicles this had to be rectified. Vitaly came out to have a look at the vehicle and assess the damage and offer some options on how to best rectify my paint issues. Vitaly took his time and went over every inch of my vehicle evaluating the situation. Vitaly was very honest and said he figured he could restore this vehicles paint surface back to about 95%. Well Vitaly delivered on his promise and my vehicle looks fantastic. I was so impressed that I have had my wifes vehicle detailed as well. Vitaly is definately dedicated to pleasing the customer and posesses the knowledge to do so. I highly recommend Vitaly and R&R Auto Detailing where customer service does exit.

We took our black Pontiac Trans Am Firehawk to Vitaly for paint correction and ceramic coating. The car is basically a garage queen, and was in great shape to start with. Vitaly got amazing results, and was able to significantly improve the finish. Virtually all the minor swirls and scratches from washing are gone. The finish is practically flawless now and the paint is extremely glossy. He also shampooed the carpet, and cleaned the engine bay. The car looks better now than the day we bought it 20 years ago. Vitaly and Kate are very skilled, and friendly. They also sell a full line of car care products from Adams and other companies (now we don't have to order these products online). We are extremely happy with the results, and have recommended Renew & Restore to others. Five stars, you could not ask for better service.
