I gifted one of my employees with an interior detail of her Mini Cooper, just because she is awesome. I phoned around several places, and settled on Phase II, as they were the first to answer my call in a professional manner. The Mini was pretty dirty inside, with lots of cigarette ash and dog hair. The staff at Phase II were friendly, professional, and did an outstanding job. We actually arrived to pick up the car a little early, and they were doing a final once-over to ensure everything was perfect... including picking little dog hairs out of the carpet with a staple remover! I work in the home-cleaning industry, so this kind of attention to detail thrills me to bits. My employee was stoked, she said it looked as new as the day she bought it! This was my first experience with a detailer, and I will be bringing my own car in for sure, when the need arises. Price was great... good value all round!

Pretty disappointed to pick up my convertible after 7 hours - and $500 in detailing services - at the shop, and have the wheels still covered in dirt and brake dust. I reached out as soon as I got home with photos to Phase II via email and I've heard nothing back... in over a week. I like to support my local businesses, and give them a fair shot - but at this point I think it's fair to post a 2 star review for their services; obviously I won't be going back.

Brought in a used 2007 Audi that I had bought recently - it had been neglected over the years. They suggested the Gold Package to help bring the car back to life...all I can say is WOW !! I had a "smoothie incident" in my car this morning, and let's just say it looked and smelled terrible. I called and explained what happened and they were able to get me a same-day afternoon appointment. I was in and out in just over an hour, and I was really impressed with how clean my car was. I'd basically just asked them to clean up the mess that I'd made, but my car is cleaner than it has been in a really long time! They even managed to get out a stain that hadn't come out with a previous shampoo job. Super friendly staff, really accommodating and great service! I'd go back in a heartbeat!

I bought a gold package ($600) for detailing a RAM 1500 with messed up interior. They cleaned it throughly but there were spots that I had to mention before check out and also after check out I found areas and corners that were not perfectly cleaned. They mentioned to come back if there is any imperfections but I didn't have time to go back.

Brought my 2013 Ram 1500 to Phase II and I'm glad I did, paint had swirl marks all over it, interior was dirty as anything, smelt, and I'd had enough of it. Fast forward a few hours later and the truck looks brand new! had a smile from ear to ear, they really outdid themselves! Went my first time and it was okay, they missed a few spots...I went the second time to give them a chance, but it was worse. The missed a lot of spots in the windshield, around the doors...It was sticky in the inside....the worse part is that I got charged $190.00 for that job. Definitely I will not go again....I have no time to go back and point this out. They should read the reviews and change accordingly. Plus my car stinks !!!!!

My experience was first rate. I was a last minute drop-in and was expecting to be turned away since it was close to closing time. Instead they took me in and worked hard to get my car looking fantastic in and out. There was a couple of missed spots which in the scheme of things was very minor considering the rush I was in. I am confident that if I gave them the time to do a perfect job that is exactly what I would get. I'll be back.

I’ve been dealing with phase2 for a few years. My last visit made up for the issue I’ve had in the past, I won’t go into detail as this was dealt with in a professional manor. Very friendly staff, last visit was the best I’ve had with them, maybe it was the first time dealing with the head boss(wife) she was great. I’ll continue to deal with them. Especially the convenience of being open on Sunday.

This establishment was recommended to me by a friend who had them detail his boat for the upcoming season. I brought my car in for them to look at. 2019 Mazda, black, had some swirls and some light scratches. The owner said, they would remove all scratches, swirls, and I wanted the ceramic coating added. I picked the car up at the end of day, outstanding detailing job. They also added ceramic coating to the rims and a special window glass procedure. All in all, best detailing I have seen yet. Owners Dianne and Norman and staff are all super friendly and accommodating. And they go the extra step to make sure you leave as a happy customer. I have already recommended Phase 11 to a few friends and one has taken his vehicle in already. We have a few more cars at home that I will be brining to Phase 11 as soon as I get the chance..

Owning a large fleet of vehicles, and an upcoming family wedding. I was in search for a local detailing shop. Im very picky on who works on my cars and strict on the products they use. After meeting a representative from WaxedShine at a car show, he recommend Phase II! We both went over to the facility which was just short of opening. The moment I saw the building and entrance I knew I found my new shop. Luxurious from top to bottom Norman created a great first impression on me. I took the chance and scheduled my first car in! Phase II was quick and within 24 hours they had my Range Rover started on a full package detail. Upon completion I was blown away with the meticulous work. They treat detailing like its suppose to be, they treat it like art! From the smoothness of the paint to the smell of the interior the vehicle looked better than the day I took delivery of it. Even my garage smelt good after parking my vehicle overnight. I can assure you, the detail Norman and his team put into the vehicles will leave you with nothing but a smile. Norman suggested in getting my truck a ceramic coating instead of the wax detail. I picked my truck and wow it was so shiny. He also polished my head lights that were faded due to the weather. I was very pleased i must say when i saw my truck. Here is the best part of all. I was picking up my sister that same day at the airport that was arriving from New Zealand. She got in the truck and during our conversation, she turns to me and says that she is not rich like some people that have a "New Truck" and i told her this is the same truck since the last time she visited that i drove. i just wanted to say the detail and care and attention that they gave surpassed my expectation. I don't usually post reviews, but since I am still finding wax on my car two months after the fact, I am going to write a review. While the people are very friendly, I will NOT ever go back. Here is what happened... When my car was supposedly done, I went to look at it in their lot. I noticed that it was NOT done. So, I stood there with a few of the employees and pointed out how the tires were missed, how there was wax all over the car that had yet to buffed out. And I mean everywhere! Sunroof, decals, door jams, trunk, etc. I started pointing this all out..."What about here. And this needs to be done". And so on. After about 15 minutes of this, I paid over $300 and went home. I then did some further inspection on my own. And sure enough, there was still a lot of wax that had been missed and a lot of swirl marks. So, I took out my pressure washer and for the next 30 minutes I tried to get most of the wax off. I was not happy about this. They claim to be a premium detail shop and the cost backs that up. I should not have had to finish off their bad and incomplete detail. It was called the GOLD package. I would call it THE NOT SO GOLD PACKAGE. I called the owner a few days after, since I was still finding wax in the crevices! I went back to his shop, took time off work, and drove the 25 minutes it takes to get there. Not impressed. He re-washed the car and took some time to finish off the detail. No offer for a refund. Even a partial one. Nothing. Zip. Zero. I noticed that they seem to have lots of younger people working there. I was surprised by this especially since they claim to be such a premium service. It's not that young people can't do a very good job, they CAN. But, they have to be trained to do that! The owner mentioned that he did not look at my car before it left the lot. HE needs to start doing that! And EVERY CAR! All in all, I would never go back. There are much better places to go to and for less money. BTW. My profession has nothing to do with this. Nice try to play that card. I paid a lot of money for a service that was very poorly done. Period. And since you ask, "Why a review 6 weeks later?" Because I am still cleaning up wax on my car from decals and crevices. This is not a personal attack on you, but, I have a right to post a review based on my experience of your company. This has nothing to do with my profession.

I have been there twice and i can tell you that when you come back to get your vehicle you will be shocked with the job they do. It was sparkling in the sun. The interior was spotless and every nook and cranny was clean. Impressed with the inside windows. It was like driving a new car off the dealer's car lot. Oh yeah the cleaning crew found 5 dollar bill under the seat and left it on the seat! They have a Surrey Night Shift collection can on their counter and was glad to deposit the $5.00. Good community buiness!

I had a friend recommend me to Phase 2. I'm glad they did. Norman and his team went above and beyond. I had a fairly pricey Ceramic Pro process done. The work was excellent, and the service was even better! I'd recommend Phase 2 and Norman to anyone!

Expected a better job for the 270$ (Gold Package) I spent. I saw the reviews on here and had a high expectations, lots of spotting when I came back to pick up the car. Came home and notice more dust inside the car, lots of dirty place uncleaned. I gave them 7 hours to clean it and they took 7 hours. Why I gave a 4, cuz they were nice people, the shampoo and vacuumed was well done. If you are not picky about the small details, then you will be happy here.

Hi Norman, Just want to say you did a great job with my mx5. I have two questions: you know how there is the red paint inside of the car. I got the gold package from you guys. Can you tell me if that red paint also got ceramic coating? Holly at mazda said you guys would have done so but i just want to confirm. Also i think I spoke to you or your associate (he spoke with a spanish accent) who told me that if i get a rock chip, we can just buff it out and it's not necessary to get a PPF . is that correct? just wanted to double check thanks. i prefer to not have to pay more $$ to get PPF

· I had to take my car to Norman at Phase ll to have all the SWIRL MARKS AND SCRATCHES removed that the Audi dealership's detail shop put in my new vehicle. I was a little worried at first that there was no way to reverse all the damage they did, but after talking with Norman and leaving my vehicle with him I was assured it would look like NEW Again. Just had my BMW X1 M Sport exterior cut and polished. I had purchased this vehicle used and the previous owner obviously did not know how to wash a car properly and the paint was covered in swirl marks and scratches. The vehicle is black so the scratches and swirl marks stick out like a sore thumb. Norman and his team did a great job getting rid of all swirl marks and scratches. The car has never shined like this. Looks great! Great local business family owned. Happy with the results for sure. Prices are reasonable also.
