It is obviously a popular spot as it was busy the whole time I was there. They have 2 service bays at this location so are limited in ability to process many cars. They were out of the filter I required so had to substitute a lesser filter to allow the oil change to proceed. The car wash line was 4 deep so I will use the wash coupon at a later time.

I have a few vehicles and Mobil keeps track of all services done previously and advises on things that need to be done. Staff is knowledgeable and will tell you and fix things - like the air filter housing had not been reinstalled correctly by previous service people (not Mobil). I feel comfortable knowing that my vehicle is being taken care of to maximize it's expected life and reliability! Thank you.

What a crock. I try to do my part by protecting the environment by taking my used motor oil to be disposed of properly. This hole doesn't take motor oil on the weekends because they are "too busy" Last I checked, majority of the population work on weekdays and try to get errands done on the weekend. Get your act together, if you are going to advertise as taking used oil it should be accepted during ALL business hours or don't accept it all! I will be contacting the Recycling Council of British Columbia and the BC used Oil Management Association to have you removed from this program and also removed from receiving subsidies if your protocols do not change!

It missed a lot of spots and left bird droppings on the car that were easily rinsed off by a hose when I got home. I wish the Oil Change shop was separate from the car wash on Google reviews. They would have gotten 4 stars and the car wash 1.

The attendant communicated with us as they worked. He suggested some other services that we chose to do. At no time did we feel pressured. Pulled up this morning at the same time with another car, he went to the right bay I went to the left bay, after about 10 min wait I was told to back up to let the other car from the right bay in front of me cause he was here first. We arrived at the same time????? Anyway, I told the attendant that it's not fair,,, because of the unprofessional attendant, they now list a client with several cars that were going there all the time. Wow .. joke

We have been doing our oil change here for years now and had always been happy with the service we got. And today's experience with Eric is a good one. He's knowledgeable, nice, and explained to us what we should do to keep our car running smoothly. He did it in a way that we are not pressured to do it right away. It was almost closing time when we got there and he looks tired, but we didn't feel rushed as he did take his time to do what needs to be done. Another reason we come here is because I receive member discounts on my email and love that we get free vacuum (not available at this time though due to Covid-19) and car wash.

Had an oil change and transmission fluid replaced. Told Megan that's all I need done on the car since I'd be doing the rest of the fluids myself. She confirmed and went to work. A problem with my splash shield, and work was halted and was given some options. At the end of the job, she reconfirmed that the other fluids needed replacing but acknowledged that I would be doing it ASAP. Had a good experience. Will come back when I need to reflush or replace the transmission fluid. NOTE: There is no waiting area so just remember that you'd be in the car your vehicle the entire service.

I went to get my oil changed, no big deal right? Well when I went to pay, my card was declined and I didn’t know why. I called my bank to inquire and it was an issue on their end. But Matt and the others at Mobil 1 on Langley bypass was so patient and so nice! I was so embarrassed that’s to be sitting there trying to get this figured out. I've used Mobil 1 Lube Express' service several times, and have always been impressed by the speed and professionalism of the service. Yes, I expected a certain amount of upselling (and indeed there was), but it wasn't 'high pressure', and they accepted my responses. In a nutshell, great, friendly service at a reasonable price.

I have a 2014 car with less than 55,000km on it. I always verify before doing anything other than an oil change. The attendant advised me that my transmission fluid was extremely dirty and that if I didn't get it flushed immediately that I was going to void my warranty. What he didn't expect was that I've read my owners manual. I asked about pricing (I should know this anyways) and was advised $240 but if I did it today he would give me $10 off and an extra free car wash. I declined and said I would look into it. Then to further this he went somewhere and came back with transmission fluid in a container that looked dark brown and told me it should be "crystal clear" (which is a lie as it's a translucent amber color BRAND NEW). He stressed again I was greatly putting myself at risk of damaging my car and voiding my warranty. Called Ford and they laughed and asked if it was Jiffy Lube or Mobil 1 immediately and advised me they were outright lying. When my fiance called after the guy stated they have to change transmission fluid every 2 years and that is the policy for all vehicles (again an outright lie). The point? This guy's intention was to purposefully scare someone into spending a further $240 to the point they would imply your safety and security was at risk. Explain to me how this is any different than those scamming people out of money say they work for Microsoft, CRA, etc?

I used to work at Mr Lube on Fraser Hwy/152 so I'm pretty familiar with the service/salesmanship. I'm impressed that they explain what you need but don't sound pushy. Wait times were minimal due to the efficiency of the service. Prices were competitive and not cheaper or more expensive than normal. No complaints. I'd rather roll in here than Mr. Lube. And that's saying alot.

Having had several poor experiences with other shops, I decided to give Mobil 1 a shot. I have to say I was really impressed and grateful to have ended up with Barry who serviced my vehicle. As someone who knows next to nothing about what is happening under the hood of my car, I'm generally, if not always on the receiving end of unnecessary and aggressive upsells. As a result, I find visiting these shops pretty unbearable. Barry was the first mechanic/technician I've visited in years who answered my questions, provided sensible explanations for any suggestions he did make and provided me with a general timeline for when I should expect to have other maintenance performed. I highly recommend Mobil 1 and Barry in particular if you are looking for great service and transparent advice. Thanks!!

Got my oil changed here for my Ford Fiesta. I had the Groupon (spend 65$ for 100$ worth of services) and ended up also getting my coolant changed. The technician was very thorough, efficient, and explained why I should replace my coolant even though he had never done it himself before. They gave me a coupon for a free car wash after I finished my services. They were extremely helpful and didn’t try to hpse me on any extra services, would definitely recommend

These guys did a rad flush yesterday on a car that was working perfectly fine. The next day it overheats. We looks inside the rad cap, and all of the fluid had coagulated - to anyone that knows anything about cars - it means the wrong fluid was put into the rad. The people at this Mobil one not only refused to take ownership of the problem, now the car needs a new radiator, and to top it off, they are charging for the fee to find out if it was their problem in the first place. Wow....talk about dirty business. NEVER GO HERE.

Cars in front of me today were old and required every check possible so wait was long. However once in the bay staff was friendly and I was in and out in 15min (no courtesy checks). I just moved from WestVan so $50 for an oil change on a 2.4L 2017 Santa Fe is awesome, Westvan price is $75 .Oh and a free car wash coupon with every visit. I enjoy doing my own oil but on a rainy day I'll always be coming here for a quick drain and fill plus free car wash.

Took my Dodge Avenger here and the guy tried to use vice grips to put my air filter back in after I told him I just replaced it and he did t believe me so proceeded to check anyway. I the. Had to get out and put my air filter back in properly and a fix the air box and clip it back in so he didn’t scratch and gouge the plastic. Stopped going there after that. There was a small girl who was always great until I had this one run in with a guy who thought he knew everything. Sorry but I’m a mechanic just do t like changing my own oil because I don’t like to deal with the oil disposal afterwards. I’ll stick to the dealership for an extra $10 going to a certified mechanic

Dog wash worked well. The functions include rinse, shampoo, condition, odor control and blow dry. Pay options include credit card and its by the minute. I had issues with the meter, however the manager was very quick to respond and offer assistance to fix the matter. I have a lot of respect for this and I will be a happy returning customer.

Waited 30 minutes in line (in my car) and was told would be another 30 minutes. Lit a cigarette in my car and was told to take my cigarette off property but could not leave car unattended so would need to drive off property to smoke. This means going to the back of the lineup. I chose the easy solution. Drove down the street, had a cigarette and got my oil changed elsewhere. Also threw away my rewards card as I will not go back to Mobil 1.

I was so happy because most places wouldn't do an oil change on my car(Audi A4). I was impressed with how quick they were, all the things that came with my oil change(antifreeze test, coolant, windshield washer fluid and a vaccum as well as some water for me while I waited). All in all I had an amazing experience and will be coming here for all my oil changes!

Always take my Gen 4 Ram 1500 and MK4 Jetta here and get them to do oil changes. These guys are great, always friendly and willing to help out. I've even brought my own filter to install and they gave me no issues with using it to save a couple bucks. Highly recommend this location, today the GM had a conversation with a customer who had experienced sticker shock after agreeing to prices and the GM handled it with class and the customer walked away satisfied. Won't take my vehicle to any dealership or any other express lube competitor.

Great staff and service...like this location a lot more than the Langley Bypass location. Do your homework and check your maintenance schedule on newer cars. Nothing against the store and owner...but they will try to up-sell you on everything from A-Z and most times you do not need the service or can change the "air filter yourself. That's the only reason they lost a star today as they tried to get me for a transmission oil and filter change even though I have plenty of time. Google search the store....you can find a coupon for $10 off and print it up.

BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE I usually do my own oil service on my Altima or go to Great Canadian in Walnut Grove but I decided to give Mobil1 a try. The guy named Barry was too pushy trying to sell me an oil flush and even though I was the only customer with 5 employees present, they didn't even top up my windshield washer fluid, didn't top up my tire pressure, didn't check my lights, and I certainly didn't get offered a coffee, newspaper, or interior vacuum like their website and ads promise even though my receipt stated that they completed interior vacuum! The only employee that actually did anything useful was the woman draining the oil underneath. All that for $57. Wow...Now I know why I do it myself. Why on Earth would I come back? These guys have no customer service sense whatsoever. If you are the Owner of this location, I would be very worried.

I would like to say that this location does not deserve my business nor from my family or good friends due that I went in for a simple oil change and a transmission flush in though I felt wasn't needed but wanted to be on the safe side this summer; Well, it turned out that after being serviced by them as I was coming out of the free car wash, my vehicle stalled as I was coming out of the car wash , the transmission started slipping as well , turned around and went back to them to explain my unexpected issue. It gets better as they checked it for the second time that they made it worst, they informed me to give the vehicle 20-30 minutes , the vehicle did not last a half block due that it jumped to high acceleration and my trans slipped more, went back and told them whatever they done they made it worst. They advised me that they were going to inform a Transmission specialist to get a diagnostic , by next morning , diagnosis was done and Trans specialist informed me that it could be from them but cant guarantee until they can take the trans apart. I was going to leave my vehicle there for them to look into it but where I took it where they done the damage says they will not pay for anything else but the Diagnosis . To make long story short , My vehicle before taking to them for service was running fine and NEVER HAD ANY ISSUES WITH MY TRANSMISSION OR ANYTHING ELSE. My Instincts told me that I should had not fell for their so-called Trans fluid results - anyone can show you a small bottle of dirty trans fluid from another vehicle to convince you to go for the service. Once again, had no issues until they serviced it and since they don't to admit to their errors or mistakes , I decided to tell most of all my good friends and family members on my website on my bad experience with them . Not only they cost me my job - not able to travel to work but lost 2 days of work . Please, if you need to have your vehicle serviced BY REAL PROFESSIONALS - TAKE IT TO MIDAS ! Its bad enough that they were CHEAP ENOUGH TO PAY ONLY THE DIAGNOSIS AND NOT THEIR MISTAKES / ERRORS THAT NOW IT WILL COST ME OVER $4,000 IN A NEW TRANSMISSION AND THAT'S NOT INCLUDING LABOR. Just wondering how many people they fooled with their schemes as well NOT STEPPING UP TO THE PLATE TO ADMIT THEIR ERRORS / MISTAKES ? I for one will NEVER RECOMMEND SUCH UN-PROFESSIONALISM . Another thing I would like to add is that I overheard from Real Professional Mechanics that this location has RUINED MANY VEHICLES & THE OWNER AS WELL AS FOR THEIR SO-CALLED PROFESSIONAL MECHANICS TURNED THEIR BACKS ON THEIR CUSTOMERS LIKE MYSELF TRYING TO GIVE THE BLAME GAME TO OTHER REASONS INSTEAD OF STEPPING UP TO THE PLATE , NOT BEING HONEST OF THEIR CRITICAL MISTAKES OR ERRORS. I recently brought in my car for a service at Mobil 1 lube express on 64th ave. And I was blown away by the service from the guys!! I first pulled up with my car and noticed there were a few cars inside already. Looks like the guys were busy! A gentleman created me right away and wanted to know if I wanted a coffee and/ or a newspaper. I was so glad I got a newspaper as it made the (short) wait even better. Zach explain ed all my options for my old honda, and felt the high mileage package was the best for my car. I've used high mileage for my car for quite a while now and am glad he didn't feel the need to to sell me anything! As my car has aged I've tried my best to upkeep the fluids and filters, and he gave me a great understanding on what my car needed coming into the summer time and what I might want to look at in the future. I didn't end up getting any other service done that day, wasn't in the budget. As I told him this he said he understood my financial situation and didn't push the services! He made me feel like a real customer and not just some smuck that he could cash in on. Thank you so much for the wonderful service, oh and the free car wash made my day!! Went in for an oil change on brand new vehicle GMC terrain. Employee told me it wasn't worth getting my oil change and to bring my car back to the dealership as my head gasket was blown and there was major contamination in my oil. I left there deflated and angry at the dealership who sold me the "lemon" just 3 months ago. My dad checked my vehicle out when I got home and did not see any of the things the mechanics here told me. Brought car in for second opinion else where and it was just condensation from not warming my vehicle up which apparently happens and is pretty common in the winter time. A simple oil flush and change and my vehicle is good an new. As a single mom my heart was broken thinking my brand new vehicle was completely messed up. Happy they were wrong.... And an approx 10,000 dollar engine replacement ended up being a 100 dollar fix. Not too impressed with the service here.

Brought in my Jeep Wrangler 2010 for a transmission and oil change in November. I’ve owned this vehicle a long time and know what it needs. When I went to this location and I asked the “expert” he told me they do indeed carry the oil required for Chrysler. So I let him do his job. Fast forward to now. Brought the Jeep in to my mechanic (who specializes in transmissions for 25 years) for some 4x4 repairs. I was told they put the wrong fluid (not Chrysler compatible) had to have the whole transmission taken apart and redone. When I called to inform them. Wasn’t looking for a refund or a free anything(will NEVER go back). Just simply wanted to tell them. Some 23 year old “expert” then tells me my mechanic.. who has more experience in transmissions then HE DOES IN LIFE was wrong. The he goes on to say they make their own version that is compatible.. clearly not. If he had said back in November that they make their own version I would have stopped them there and then and ask them to order the correct one. IF YOU NEED SPECIAL OILS DO NOT COME HERE!

I am an unhappy customer because I got to this place at 6:50PM (that is 10 minutes before their posted closing time) and they refused to do an oil change for me. They told me they stop taking customers at 6:45PM - then doesn't it make sense to post that they close at 6:45PM. I drove all the way specifically to be at the 64th Ave location before they closed. While I had my vehicle in at a mechanic they found that the transfer case drain plug was loose and also that the levels in my differentials was low. You guessed it, this work was done by the guys at mobil 1 on 64th. When I looked back I realized that they are always taking samples off your driveline to see if they can sell you a driveline oil change. They do this every time you go in for an oil change. I doubt that the top it up after filling their little sample bottle, and with the mechanic telling me the oil level in the differentials was low that's it.... Think twice before trying to save 5% over the dealer / mechanic oil change.

Sat in the line upp (there were two) for a good 20 minutes only to be told the guy beside me wanted my spot because the truck in front of him was taking too long. There was a number of cars behind both of us. I told them he picked his line I picked mine. I was in just a big of a hurry as my son had just passed away and I had an appointment. I need to change this review.My daughter took her 2015 Honda Civic into Mobile 1 on 200 and 64 with a coupon for a $48 regular oil change, but the service tech told her the car had to have synthetic oil. Which it turns out is true. She should be getting synthetic oil changes. I had a positive conversation with Adam who accepts my apology for being uninformed and made a rash judgement. What an amazing experience with the folks at the mobil1, the service was performed fairly quickly and very professionally. You hear a lot of horror stories but not once was anything pushed on me nor did I feel I was overpaying for anything. I ended up getting my transmission services along with my oil and it was all done right in front of me with my fluids shown again after so I could see the difference first hand. I went here because I am loyal to mobil1 extended performance oil for its longer service intervals.And wrongfully assumed that being called Mobile! Expres, this would be a place to get it. After literally a 2 hour wait to get in , I find out they dont use mobil1 XP they use some kind of pennzoil, the has way lower mileage guarantee and there shelves are littered with other substandard brands. Went to the Langley shop (64 @ 200th with no line up for service) this morning, easier to tell you what they "did not do" than what they did. The following was NOT checked/done, transmission fluid, power steering fluid, brake fluid,air filter, wiper blades, tire pressure, vacuum interior, nothing greased on front end (I crawled under vehicle. Everything else was observed through the gap in the hood to engine compartment with great visibility. To be fair, they did check the lights and that's it. Be prepared to pay $ 60 for oil and filter and nothing else. The Fellow was friendly enough. Receipt (2118714) states everything was "checked, level ok , appears ok, inspect ok or completed. This service is well below any warrenty approved service, BEWARE

I cannot trust this shop as I felt like that they cheated. I went to this store for the engine oil change in the end of last year. During the oil change, one of the technician brought me a sample of my transmission oil, which was dark. He told me that this oil is bad, I got to change the transmission oil to prevent from any further future damage on my transmission. So I did it after his recommendation. I visited another Mobil 1 shop in Langley last week, and was told the transmission oil is bad, and I told him that I just changed it last year, and I only drove 8000km after that transmission oil change. He advised me that it seemed like the transmission oil change was not done. After hearing that, I found that I just paid money for nothing. I won't recommend to use this shop. Edit: Adam, I appreciate your reply on my comment. However, again, I was given my transmission oil sample, not the differential oil by your technician. I double checked with him on the day to confirm that was my TRANSMISSION oil sample. Then my following question is why he changed differential oil other than the transmission oil.

AWFUL service at this location. The guy I dealt with "Jesse" was so bloody rude and condescending. No I don't want your add-ons....this doesn't give you the right to treat your customers like garbage. Won't be going back. EDIT: I contacted Adam Coleman already and he completely ignored me. So don't pretend you actually care.

The technician showed me 2 vials, one black with sludge, the other translucent and red. Told me one was my transmission oil, the other is how it's suppose to be, and said mine probably had not been changed ever. Wanted to sell me another service. I declined the service to have a transmission oil flush because I had gotten it changed not too long ago. And I checked it later, not there, and it was still red and clear. Poor practice to say I needed it done right away and sell me something I didn't need. Not professional at all. I wouldn't go back there again

Put the wrong oil in my car causing the engine to start ticking about a week after i had the oil change done. Had a coolant change done. Then my heater core went. Coincendence? Probably not. A simple oil change ruined my car and i had to trade it in. Im paying the extra money to have professionals change my oil from now on.

I had an oil change and an engine flush done. Matt was in the upper bay and did a great job! He was polite, professional, quick and efficient. Crystal was in the lower bay and while I didn’t speak with her, she was quick and efficient working on my car from the lower bay. I always go for Mobil1 for my oil changes and whenever I have any additional questions, they never make me feel like I’m inconveniencing them. They take their time to explain. I have had the oil in my car changed here a few times now and find that the level of service is amazing! I find that the price is actually very comparable to the "cheap" place I had previously used. That, and there are often freebies, like windshield wipers, or the coveted car wash.

Paid for synthetic on my 2016 Corolla, once they were done I got my sticker for next 5000km appt. When I asked why it wasn’t 8-10,000kms for synthetic they said “it’s just a suggestion”. So they put regular oil in my car and told me it’s ok to go 10,000kms with it (verbally of course). SHADY PLACE, GO TO WALNUT GROVE INSTEAD

Got the full oil change package, i guess they didnt put the oil plate on correctly which caused me to almost crash my truck on the highway. Lucky i was able to pull over and get it towed and corrected. Whole day wasted because someone didnt do there job! Definitely wont be going back!

On January 19th I got some work done on my Mazda 3 at your 64th Ave location in Langley. I was totally satisfied with my experience. Considering that I got the transmission fluid and power steering fluid changed as well as an oil change and new air filter, it really didn’t take that long to complete. Thank you very much to Nik in upper bay 3 (and Eric in the lower bay), who explained my options and did not try sell me more services than I came for. The service was great! I believe it was Nik who I mainly spoke with. He was professional and everything was done quickly. I came in to get my oil changed and he suggested a couple extra things (like changing my windshield wipers, which I forgot I had to do as well) and suggested products but was not pushy at all, just informative.
