Hidden Secret in Langley BC. I was desperate looking for protecting my brand new Ram 1500 before the winter weather really starts. I got ridiculously high priced Dealership Protection Package offers and other way to cheap from back alley detailing places. I googled Detail Concepts in Langley, the website did not work so I just drove there and talked to John. He really knows the business and takes pride in what he is doing. I got undercoating and the full protection package inside and out including rust proofing. The price was very reasonable and the truck looks great. John even showed and explained what he did on the underside. If you really care about your ride go and see John, he will give you the best advice how to take care of your vehicle without trying to sell you something you don't need.

Detail Concepts was AMAZING!!! I will never go anywhere else or suggest anyone but them. My car had been sitting for 3 years, rats nest and sap all over. There were stains on the seats and the interior was dark from smoking. I thought it would be impossible for it to look new again but they did it and for a great price too. The guys did an amazing job cleaning my mom’s car. Everyone refused to ride in it from the cigarette smell but they got the smell out and left the car looking cleaner than new. They even cleaned the engine and got rid of some scratches on the bumper.

Amazing place! A few years ago I was “gifted” a car that had a bad smoke smell to it. I thought I’d have to trash it but these guys got rid of t completely! I was amazed! I’m so confident with their services I was ok buying another car that a smoker had owned and I’m bringing it to them today. I came in to get a stain removed on my rear seat and they found rust starting underneath my 1 year old truck and suggested undercoating. I had no idea that rust could start that quickly. I booked an appointment right away. The crew did an amazing job on the undercoating and paint protection of my newer truck. Really impressed. My vehicle was a dog hair mess. They did an amazing job all in a day. Actually even cleaner than when the previous owner detailed my vehicle and I thought that they did a pretty great job. Don't know what they used on the dash and related areas but it looked brand new.

The customer service alone is what makes me recommend this place! I had an issue that everywhere else was making more complicated for me and adding to my stress. I gave these guys a call and right away they said to bring my car down to take a look and I took a chance, drove out of my way to their shop and within minutes I felt relieved! Business must be booming? Or are they still in business? Hard to tell. No website, FB page hasnt been updated since 2017, called twice on Monday, once it just rang and rang. Later in the afternoon it went to voicemail, but it was a generic greeting that listed a phone number that was different than the one I had dialed, so did not feel comfortable to leave a message. On Tuesday I called and believe I spoke with John. He was in a spot with a lot of background noise and talking and sounded super rushed and flustered. Advised he would call me back on the number I called from a little later on that afternoon. Now been four days. No call back. No other way for me to reach out. Perhaps either make it easier for people to communicate and make bookings or remove your listing from Google.

We took my husband's work truck to be detailed before selling it to his son and it came back looking so good that we took my Acura there a couple of days later for interior detailing and waxing. Excellent job. Friendly owner too. Highly recommend.

We had a really bad situation with water intrusion into the passenger compartment of our relatively new VW. It was a mess. They took care of it immediately, taking everything out of the interior (seats, underlay and carpet), identified the source of the leak (for insurance/VW claim), cleaned and dried everything thoroughly, put it all back together, detailed it, and had us on our way for a an extremely reasonable price.

Took my grandpas dodge Dakota truck in for a detail, inside and out. It had mice living in it and been sitting for a few years. Walked away not smelling a thing couldn’t even tell mice had once been there. A year later the paint still shines like new (even with sitting in the sun) and no smell has returned!

i took a 2006 tacoma truck which had never ever been cleaned on inside....tons of dog hair.....this was the filthiest truck imagineable......he worked on the truck for 8 hours.....when i drove up with my ride back to his place i was stunned....flabergasteed how nice it looked.....He is so conscientious....and you can tell he really goes all out to make your vehicle look great.....His name is John.....i am not surprised now about all the good reviews....just thrilled with the work ...

Spilled a full cup of coffe on the driver seat. I phoned these guys about cleaning it for me. John said just bring it in and will take care of it right away. He cleaned the whole seat, and said its ready to go NO CHARGE !!!!! Wow just wow!!! What a service. Highly recommend them!

Brought my sons civic we purchased for him in to have it cleaned as the previous owner was a smoker. The car really smelled bad. Seeing as cigarette smoke is very difficult to remove I did not have high hopes that they could remove the smell. They cleaned the seats and headliner as we'll as the vent system and hooked up an ozone machine. I was shocked at how well the car came out. There is zero smell of cigarette smoke left. Steve and his team went out of there way for my son when they found out it was his first car. I can highly recommend there services especially when it comes to removal of cigarette smoke. With the car sitting in recent 30 degree weather all day it smells fresh and clean. Thanks Steve

Very happy with the service we recieved! They fit us in a bit last minute. My car had not been cleaned in a very long time and the back seat was filthy from our dogs. They did an amazing job! The seats look brand new! They also did a great job cleaning all the hard to get to areas. For the exterior we only asked for a basic wash, which they did well and took care of all the sap droplets. They also polished my fogged up headlight which now looks almost brand new. Will definitely be returning to keep a better maintained car.

Brought my F150 in for a polish and wax, with a request to try to remove a few scratches on different areas of the truck. From what I understand, it was washed, clay barred, polished, and waxed. The end result was amazing! The scratches were all polished out, and the truck looked better than the day it first left the dealership. The cost was VERY reasonable for the work they did, and I will absolutely be back for more. Based on my experience, I would highly recommend Detail Concepts!

I brought my Kia Rondo in to Detail Concepts to be detailed and I was amazed by the service. Steve was very kind and extremely helpful. When my husband and I returned to pick up my car, we were shocked at how great it looked! The stains on the interior that we were unable to get clean ourselves were completely gone. My husband commented on how he had forgotten the gloss on the paint job that we were finally able to see after they cleaned it up and waxed it. I had a small bruise on my bumper that wasn't even noticeable after they detailed it. I'd definitely go back and recommend these guys to others.

I contacted John a Detail Concepts to ask him to attempt to polish the dark brown gel cap on the front of our 29 ft. travel trailer. Even though our trailer was only 4 years old there was significant sun damage, fading and oxidization on our front cap. The rest of our trailer including the interior still looks to be in great condition but to look at it from the front it looked like an old run down travel trailer. I had even considered having the front cap painted and clear coated to bring it back to life, but after speaking with John he convinced me to let him take on the challenge of polishing it before we tried anything as drastic as having it painted. I delivered my travel trailer and truck to his shop on a Thursday morning. The shop was able to fit my entire trailer inside with ease. I asked if he could detail my truck too. John sent me some pictures of his progress throughout the polishing process and then called me Friday afternoon to inform me everything was ready to go. When my wife and I showed up to pick up our truck and trailer we were amazed to see how they turned out. The truck had been waxed and the interior detailed to look like new again. The real shocker was the front cap on the travel trailer...WOW! It turned out better than we could have imagined. It's very obvious that the staff at Detail Concepts take pride in the work they do and we will continue to bring all of our vehicles there for detail work as long as they're around. We recently sent two of our mechanical fleet vehicles to Detail Concepts in Langley for cleaning and detailing. Both vehicles were used for mobile repairs by our service technicians and were dire need for cleaning inside and out. One of the vehicles was driven by a smoker and we had already sent this vehicle to two other detailing companies who could not successfully remove the smell. Detail Concepts completely exceeded our expectations!!! Both vehicles were returned to us in immaculate condition and the nasty cigarette smell was was completely gone. They delivered their services exactly as promised, on time and under budget, and went the extra mile to include several additional services at no extra charge...just to do the job right! Aside from the exceptional finished product, I must also point out that the customer service, attention to detail, and courteous communication that we received all throughout the entire process was second to none. We actually received pro-active phone calls with status updates, and they sent us photos showing their progress until the work was completed. I highly recommend Detail Concepts as a quality service provider in the Lower Mainland area. We will be sending all of our fleet cleaning/detailing business to them in the future. Had detail concepts polish my2004 explorer. it had bush scratches & brush car wash scratches down both sides. To my surprise!!!! they were able to remove all of them,the truck looked like it just rolled off the showroom floor !! My friends & family have commented on how the suv looks new again. Since then my daughter has taken her Mazda 3 in for full detail, & it was filthy,coffee stains & all. It came out beautiful !! They even shampooed the headliner. we both highly recommend this detail company, they go that extra step.

Thank you to Detail Concepts. I had fresh road paint all in my wheel well and some specks on the car. I stopped by their shop and he was honest with saying he didn't have a lot of time as they are really busy but he knew if he left the paint on there it would be really tough to get off later down the road. John worked on it right away and got all the road paint off the car.
