My dad and I got our PAL recently and the selection of fire arms here is pretty good, so we started coming here and we bought a few rifles and a gun safe, we've spent at least $6000 here. Went in to buy a certain rifle and Elliot was supposed to be in, but he wasn't that day, we ended up getting the rifle anyways because the girl there (Caroline) assured me that we could come back and get the price protection on the rifle next time we come in as long as it's within 14 days. So we went in today to get the price protection and a supervisor just refused us, said they don't do price protection on rifles and that he won't help us at all and to shop somewhere else then. Needless to say we won't be buying here anymore, you'd think they help customers who are loyal and spend thousands of dollars at the store, but they don't care about the customers at all.

Good store busy this time of year so trying to find someone to unlock a cabinet took far to long as it was difficult to find someone with a key to open it so I could get my item. This happens every time with the stuff in locked cabinets. Which I find to be really stupid the things they choose to put in those cabinets sometimes

Went above and beyond to get me back on the road. Had a screw in back tire which needed replacing so got 2 tires done even though they were super busy.

I've stopped by their automotive service centre a couple of times and I was most pleased with their kind-hearted and helpful personal. Great customer service & trustworthy folks work here, serving the Langley area. I would highly recommend dealing with this location over others.

I really appreciate the level of service I had here doing my emergency repairs. The receptionists were kind, and I was actually able to go have a look at my car in the shop (after its inspection) to go over everything with the mechanic and physically see what needed to be done. This is huge to me because I'm often not taken seriously about my car as a woman, and even though I'm not a vehicle expert, I want to know what's going on with it and learn. Ron is a thoughtful, honest mechanic and my car is now driving like a dream. You're in good hands with him looking after your vehicle. Thanks again for your work.

Their business hour on Google, they open at 8:00AM. I went to their location at 8:00AM and waited for 15 minutes, they didn’t open. There were many cars waiting for them to open.

Huge thank you to the service team. I came by in a new vehicle on a very snowy day because my TPMS was telling me I had low pressure, and being Sunday the dealerships service were closed. I couldn't find a low tire but I wanted to be sure. The service team didn't hesitate to send someone into the snow to test my pressure and top all 4 tires up. Very thankful for their help! Thanks Canadian Tire service!

This place is terrible. They will tell you one price than find 5 other things to do on your car that might need to be done but not necessarily. The rude dark haired service advisor needs to loose the attitude. He is very rude and condescending and gives you a terrible customer service experience. He tried to scare me into getting service done on my car. Sorry you were not able to up sell me buddy.

Had an appointment at a certain time, and they didn't start working on the car until over an hour later, even though they knew that I was sitting there waiting. They move slowly and don't care who they put out.
