This location has the only propane between Golden and Canmore apparently. They know that and charge even more than regular gasoline. The price is almost criminal if you ask me, especially considering they know you’ll be stuck when you’re driving a big propane fuelled RV. On top of that, we had visited in the afternoon and were told that no one was working who could fill our tank... they didn’t mention the price at this point and we stayed nearby for the night (unplanned) just to get propane in the morning. When we arrived to fill up in the morning, the staff member was super friendly and warned us propane was overly expensive, which I really appreciated beforehand since there’s no way we would fill a 250L tank at that price. I've been a Petro Canada customer for years, not Lake Louise, but everywhere. I’ll avoid now on principle.

The only 24x7 store in the town Good priced hot food section including pizza, taquitos etc., quick cooking choices, freshly brewed coffee, bakery and other day to day usage items. Close proximity to the town. No diesel, only petrol.

Convenient gas station. Coffee was really bad but did wake me up. When using the cream, see how cold the ice packs are, when I went they must have been sitting out since the morning and were warm. I used the international delight instead since it doesn't have to be refrigerated. Coffee still tasted bad.

A good location close to the highway and easily accessible when we lodged at Lake Louise inn. The staffs are quite nice and their restrooms are clean and well maintained. The only downside is that the prices of some of their products are a bit too expensive. While I understand that the remoteness of the location adds to it, i still believe they could do better.

There's no self service and you have to wait for the guy to go into the station if someone pays by credit. There should be one direction to line up to get gas in order to leave and not having to wait for the car facing you to leave, which has people having to wait unnecessarily and waste their timi.

I go to this gas station because they are friendly. One lady in particular that works there just is so kind that we go there for that reason. They also have a spend 20 dollars on gas and get entered into a draw for gas contests. Petro points rack up quickly too.

I usually always do my gas fill ups at Petro for a couple of reasons.... It's close to where I live and my Petro points card is also connected to my banking card which is very convenient because I don't have to carry my petrol card with me all the time and also I also have savings and collect extra points for having it connected to my banking card... also the staff are always friendly and it also is a variety store so you can pick up things you might need if the other grocery stores are closed

Worst customer service. I asked for change they said I had to buy something, so I grabbed gum, the teller then gave me bills back and refused to give me change because it isn't what she would give other customers. So I went into the esso on northfield in nanaimo to get some change for the vacuum and this young man was hunched over the counter propping his head up staring down at his phone, as he noticed me he slid his phone over and stared blankly at me. I asked if they deal with that vacuum services to which he replied no to, so I asked if they did cash back and he replied no again. I went and used the atm and I was away for not more than 2 minutes and as I pass back around he’s hunched over the counter again, and so I asked if he could provide changed and he replied bluntly no again and looked right back at his phone. All I can say is I won’t be going there again seeing as they don’t seem to give a sh*t about their customers. Aug 20 5pm

I mean how difficult is it say ‘yes’ or ‘no’ to a question that we asked “Are these pop 2 for $4?” Anyways avoid going here and go across the street to the Shell. Way better behaved.

I always go here...I travel but support local right. Never again. I was going to be late for work while waiting. I nicely opened the door and said "I am going to be late for work" Did not yell. The attendant started to mouth and I could not believe it. All he had to say was the other guy is on his way. I will never go back or recommend this place again. They both laughed like they had accomplished something great!!! I feel bad for the owner as you can see that someone works hard to keep the entire area neat and clean!!!!!

nearly every morning they have the price elevated a great deal like this morning it was 124.3 the other Petro Canada station a few min away was 117 as was other stations. After work around 4 failing to push prices up they drop down to usually one cent above the other stations. which is expected being full service..
