They clean outside but for inside they just do whatever they could with a really old and crapy vacuum so your car is not clean enough inside after. With the owner response I should correct possibly. A business owner who calls his customer sexist insults over the phone because she voiced her feedback online: I think that says it all. REGARDING U-HAUL TRUCK RENTAL: The first interaction with Romeo, the employee on site was good (we signed the contract, discussed the costs, took the keys) but when we got into the cargo van we had rented, the smell of horse manure was overwhelming. As we were short on time, we decided to just suck it up for a couple of hours. When we arrived at our first destination and opened the back of the van for the first time, the inside was absolutely revolting with dirt, melted asphalt and other trash in the back (I admit that checking the condition of the truck before use was partially my responsibility, but the staff should have cleaned it in between customers, or at least done a walk-through with us first to check). Upon returning the vehicle and expressing our dissatisfaction, we were met with aggressive language from one employee who told us it "was not his fault" and that we "should have been smart enough to check first." The other employee, Romeo, was comparably courteous, apologized but ultimately refused to offer us any kind of compensation. We offered several solutions, e.g. partial refund, partial discount for next rental, or perhaps even a free car wash for our car, but he would not even provide us with an email address or phone number to file a complaint as requested. We are now corresponding with U-Haul directly (rather than with this particular franchise) in order to resolve this situation and be compensated for the discomfort, lack of professionalism and customer service and damages to transported property (it cost us a lot of money to get our stuff cleaned and horse-manure-smell-free). In a nutshell, this was a waste of money, time and energy. Don't waste yours too. REGARDING OWNER FREDERIC: [EDIT] I posted the above content Friday, December 1st. Today is Monday, December 4th, and this afternoon I received a call from the owner, Frederic, who began the call by aggressively providing justifications for what I have called the manure smell of the truck. He explained that his U-Haul rentals and his carwash were separate entities and hence that my review should not be posted to the entire business' google reviews, but that my review was for U-Haul. Let me be clear, U-Haul's customer service truly exceeded my expectations, and I could not be more satisfied with them. This franchise however, is managed by a man who called me to tell me he did not want to be associated with U-Haul any longer (he said that it was not worth the money or trouble, but when he called he said "it's U-Haul"), then told me to take down this review by yelling at me "you're just a f*****g little b***h."

I would rate 0 stars if possible. Payed the complete service and they only cared about getting my car out of the way. Soap marks on the outside and lousy job in vacuuming the inside. They applied wax on top of dusty surfices. Seriously! Avoid this place! EDIT / REPLY: Wow... this guy is really something. He really doesn't receive anything that customers say. Why should I go back when you could have done the job well the first time? There were muddy footsteps in the back that you guys left because they weren't there in the first place among other things. You excuse was the same thing. Winter stains... just pay $175 to solve the problem. I guess we need to have a BMW or a Mercedes to have good service here. Very professional and ethical.

Not the perfect wash. If you bring your SUV they dont clean the top, because they cant reach there. They detailed 2 tires and forgot to do the other two. You can see dirt on the rims after the wash. I always clean the glass back at home because their wash and wipe leave streak Marks on glass. They have good wash system, good people, but during busy time you cant expect the great service since they are busy.

My experience here was positive. I saved on the installation of winter tires (far less than the $77. paid at Nelson), the car came out so clean exterior/interior that it looked almost factory new and the Aquapel treatment on the front windows, well, from last November until today, I have not yet used a full bottle of washer fluid. So, one less expense which is great. Everything was done in the promised 90 minutes. They did adjust the bill for the combined work which is not uncommon. And the guys working there, they were unpretentious and friendly.

Pretty disappointing experience. The car wash was pretty empty with no rush, yet they have failed to clean my car and to dry it. Most of the spots were left dirty, the mats weren’t clean properly, the Bumper in the junction with the trunk was totally unclean, vacuum wasn’t passed overall the interior, car left soaking wet... for a total of 33$ For an SUV.

As usual, great service and a great job. I am the proud owner of 2001 roadster, and a thorough wash inside and out is important. I was not disappointed. Just got back from a road trip and the nose and fog lights were caked with bugs. From behind the front desk partitioned section, I was able to discreetly observe as one of the employees paid particular attention to that area, even washing and scrubbing into deep recess of the fog lights. I never cleaned that part so well myself.

*BEWARE AVOID* I don't review often, but I hope this review prevents others from having to go through this. They didn't bother telling me ice accumulated (from the carwash water) at their entrance and there was a huge drop. Was motioned to drive in, went in broke the mud flap because of the huge drop. Was told in very aggressive language it's not their fault, after which they started breaking up the ice at their entrance. I guess there was something they could've done. Was told by the manager (Fred) that that's life and tough luck (just in a way ruder way). He hung up on me when I asked to be reimbursed for the broken mud flap. Just avoid, they will break your car and tell you keep walking.
