Its not a bad car wash by any means. But it could be better. The brush at the drivers side hardly touched my car while the left side brush was fine. The air dryer can hardly wisk the water away from the car, specially when there's remnants of soap by the side mirrors. I generally have to drive on the highway and get the car upto the optimum speed in order to air dry it even more.

Every time I come here it's closed. It's closed so often, that if you happen to actually catch it open then you have to wait at least an hour in line while everyone in the area descends on it.

Great car wash when it work. Most the time it is down. And it’s a long wait if there is a line. I bought a season pass and I’d drive to a different wash just for the fact I can get my car washed sooner and a guarantee that the others will be open and not broken down.

Its like a rave in the car wash lolol. Touchless car wash, the machine can only tap, insert doesn’t work for some reason. Long line ups, so try to go early in the morning.

My car came out with sticky black stuff splattered all over it and wasn't clean at all. $15.00 is ridiculous to begin with. Unfortunately I was in a hurry and couldn't stay to complain. I am absolutely not happy at all with this place. It's the same with the petro can on KingSt. N Waterloo. I went there a couple of times and had the same experience. I did complain there, and was treated very rudely. Waiting in line for half an hour to have a dirty car with worse dirt on it than it originally had even, is beyond my comprehension. Fix the stuff or don't do it at all.

Be aware this is not 24h car wash, Multiple times went there between 7 and 8 am and this car wash was closed. Report this to them to update the Google maps but seems respecting people time is the last thing to care about for them

Got a car wash and it didn't really clean my car. The dryer was weak and left my car wet in multiple places. I did not have a cloth to dry with so I expect water stains. I went inside and the employee told me it'll dry when I drive and I can use the hard brown paper towels to dry it myself. Not happy. I'd rather wait in line for an hour at the one on Artesian Dr for a better experience.

Does the basic job. Quick in and out. There was a offer on their best wash making it cheaper than their basic wash but at regular price definitely not worth going for the tip option. The wash was as mediocre as the basic one. No matter which branch I try, every time I discover a minor new scratch.. guess that’s a reality for all automated washes.

Typical Petro Canada car wash. Doesn't get all the dirt off and the air dryers are not on long enough to dry the car so you end up with water spots everywhere

Bought the best car wash and drove extremely slow through both the pressure wash and the dryer but my car didn't come out that clean. Doesn't really get the wheel wells clean at all. I'll go to a self clean bay from now on.

Definently not good place for car wash. I just wash my car and it doesn't even look like its washed. I choose the best wash they have still didn't get good service.

Paid $11. + tax for basic car wash. Got home and found filmy white patches in several spots on the car. The whole finish on the car was dull as well. Expected more for the price.

Waste of time, money and water. Paid for the top tier wash ($17 after tax). The windows and trim were left with streaks and soap, plus the bottom panels and the back of our SUV were still completely dirty.

So very frustrated after this experience...I was just fuming. First of all our car was already clean, we just wanted to give the undercarriage a good washing before we had it rust-proofed for the winter. Google search for "undercarriage only car wash" turned up this location amongst others. Their linked Petro Canada website confirmed this option was available, so we made the trip from out of town just to have this done. Pre-payment in store required. My husband goes in and asks to purchase an "undercarriage only" car wash. Clerk tells him in order to use the car wash, he must purchase a $60 card. Reluctantly he makes the purchase, then asks "how do we choose the undercarriage only option?" Clerk explains the car wash will tell us what to do. Only upon entering the car wash do we find out there is in fact NO UNDERCARRIAGE SPRAY AT ALL. Instead, we just spent $60 to have the rest of our already-clean car washed. That's right - everything washed EXCEPT the undercarriage. I went back into the store to return the $60 card, and was told returns are not possible. So basically we were just totally ripped off. BUYER BEWARE!!!

Paid for superworks and came out drove to walmart noticed theres still dirt on mirrors and a 3" line of dirt around the entire truck. Called to rectify the issue and was told it's been 25 minutes and they will not do anything to resolve the problem

This place does a thorough washing and free if you are not satisfied from the first pass (detail limits in kiosk). The convenience of having the 'Wash n Go' card, tap and go and kiosk will offer an additional free car wash at time of purchase.

Firstly, it's not touchless. Secondly, the brushes aren't as close on the right as they are in the left. Lastly, my car was still dirty after the wash.

Got into the line, tried to used their App to activate the car wash, got denied by the system, which I have never experienced this in other location. Asked the attendance in the shop, was told I was not the only one complaining since a long time.
