Great full-service car wash - I use their services for those times I need a more thorough wash than what the no-touch washes can offer. All at a reasonable price. They also do a good job of interior cleaning, although I don't have much experience with those services. My one complaint is that it's hard to navigate the process. I am sure it's smooth for regular customers, but I wish there were more signs or detailed instructions on the website. For example, you are expected to just drive onto the start of the wash conveyor thing, but that wasn't obvious when I first went there. My advice is to drive up to wherever the staff are, explain what you want done*, confirm the price, and then ask for instructions. (P.S. the entrance is off of King behind the building.) *I can never remember what all the packages are, so I just ask for the specific things I want done. Also, kudos to the staff member who found my wallet, which I dropped, and put it back in my car!

Horrible experience , I got this In and out +wax paying almost 30$ for a mediocre job. At first glance saw almost 6 men working on the car using towels to dry it though it was going to look great, but when I got in my car it still had the same stains on the dashboard and between the seats. Not sure how much more should I pay for a basic job.

If you want a quick but well done wash, this is the place to go. They offer many wash packages, the cheapest being a simple exterior wash and dry to the highest amount being a presidential wash where they detail your whole vehicle. Their most common wash is their quick exterior and interior wash and dry. It is an affordable option for an exterior wash, a light cleaning/vacuum of the interior and drying. Their service is quick, efficient and you leave with a clean car every time.

It is not a great as it used to be. But it is a pretty good. The in/ out, was very affordable and lots of care was taken. Hadn't been in several years as I'm not in that area much anymore. The service is between a has station and a detailers. I feel much more care was given to the exterior. My truck had been very dusty from a busy few months. Windows mats and seats were good dash and console were just ok. Areas where you could see where they missed were not subtle 3 main parts of the dash showed dust or redistributed grime I think overall this is a great car wash that for maintenance washes. Better than automatic ones but bit at good as a full details ( I've not used that drive at this place yet. I'd highly recommend this small local business. You get more bang than you'd receive at valet

$30 (tax in) for a complete clean for a minivan - "Light In & Out + Tires" is a great deal! Staff do a great job, work hard, are friendly and are very organized; it's like clock work - took only about 10 minutes from the time I left my vehicle, to the time I got it back. The weeds by the exterior sign, need to be cleaned up so for first comers, like me, can see all the options. Their website is mobile friendly. Remember to enter the carwash off of Betzner Ave; signs are clearly posted. I will definitely return and buy the "Package of 5" deal.

i called these guys because my dads friend mentioned them and that they were cheap. now i know why...i paid 61 dollars for vacuuming, shampoo and car wash. the vacuuming was excellent, not sure if they actually shampooed, and i noticed a whole bunch of scratches along the passenger side of the car that werent there before. also, none of the seats, floor mats or carpets were wet and right below the passenger door speaker was a huge smudge of dirt they somehow missed. i guess you get what you pay for. :(

Staff was friendly and great but after driving off I noticed they did not do a good job vacuuming, crumbs from the kids were still on the back seat and on the floor. Mud stains were on the door still the mats were still dirty , dust in the cup holder and the list goes on . The outside job was great but the internal clean was a waste of money.

Wanted my car detailed before putting it up for private sale. Had major stains along dashboard and seats. My called ahead to ask which service would help and they said it would take 3hrs. So I had my husband go in with the car and when he drove there he found customer service was terrible. Had had asked for the three hour service but the workers said “no not necessary we can do express for cheaper in 5 minutes.” So of course my husband had the express done and when he got home I noticed the stains I had wanted removed were still there. So I called them back and explained the situation. They said they have a three hour service that can remove stubborn stains but made it sound like the three hour service was not necessary. I emphasized I wanted the car completely cleaned and wanted to only pay the difference since we had already paid for he express surface which did nothing. So my husband returned and when he returned home again noticed the coffee stain on the dash was still there. Rather than going back and wasting my time and energy I mother made her own baking soda and vinegar mixture to remove the coffee stain which took 5 minutes. Perhaps the shop should have a better customer service and look into vehicles to make sure all stains are presented to workers before they begin cleaning. These coffee stains we had were so visible and evident so not sure how it was missed twice. Will never return and I don’t recommend this place. Even if they give me free air fresheners. Also no answering system tried calling at least 10 times before I finally got through to terrible customer service on the phone.

Morris Car Wash is a great place that's tucked away. You have to enter off of Betzner Ave and drive into the building. You decide which service you want, drive up to the car wash line, and wait for your car to come around the front of the building. They do a good job and are very friendly and courteous. Buying a 5 pack card of the service you like is a great option and it saves you some money as well. My only negative is the interior wipe down of the car could be a little bit better. A little more attention to detail would be nice. There are a number of people working on your vehicle so I think this is something that could be improved upon and it shouldn't take more time. They have the staff. They have a broad range of services so there is something for everyone. From fast wipe downs to ultra detailing. I definitely recommend Morris Car Wash.

They already try to warn you with all their signs about how they wont be responsible when they damage your car. Because they will. They yelled at the guy in front of me for taking too long to remove his items out of his car. Sped his car onto the car wash track hitting his rims on the way. They simply dont care. Stick to your local In N Out or A1 Car Cleaning if you care about your car. You have been warned.

This was the first try here, not bad, they are more effective than your regular drive through car wash. Having said that the wipe down of the interior was not that great. Hence the 3 stars. I will give them another try and we will see what the results are.

Sunday sunny morning, Fast service, in and out in less than 5 min. Chose the $25 clean package. Saw at least 6 guys working on it and the overall result in my SUV was great. Their waiting area only has 2 old metal chairs with a cork board on the wall holding a gazillion business cards from other businesses plus their only bathroom emanating toilet smell everytime the door opens (used by both men and women). Found it unappealing with other people standing and decided to wait outside. They happen to have a city bench from a bus station. Quiet and smell free though :)

First time customer. Needed car cleaned after cross Canada adventure with the dog! Very thorough cleaning of both people and dog dirt/crumbs/hair. I was pleased they were able to accommodate me on short notice but having said that they may have rushed a bit and skipped a few corners on the glass and fabric spots. Checked website before I went over there and was thrilled that they were open until 6pm on Monday (Thanksgiving weekend). However when I arrived they were CLOSED!!! Double checked website again and low and behold suddenly there was a new line added, in orange to boot! Something about how Thanksgiving could affect these hours! Are you kidding me!!! That's absolutely disgraceful!!! DON'T say your open when clearly you are NOT! I really DO NOT appreciate it when some businesses take advantage of their customers!!!!! Waste of time and money. I asked for a carpet shampoo and the answer was "I have no time for that" so I took one of the regular wash. $30 later and 10 minutes the car was as the wash never happened. But the worse came after... Someone took the car key that I left inside as per their instructions. I looked around inside the car, the owner looked inside the car and it was nowhere to be found. After I made a big fuss, magically the car key was on a side of the seat after three guys looked on the same place. Never going back to that place.

I got the interior shampoo package which I was able to book it same day! I waited around for the whole job to be completed as it wasn't worth going home and coming back again. The whole detail took around 2.5 hours which was very fast. When I went to get into my car, I noticed that there were spots that didn't get cleaned properly; below the passenger doors, spots on the trunk lid, and left over residue all around the car from the finishing cloth. They touched up the spots but it still looked smeary from the cloth. I noticed the drivers seat had some left over stains that weren't properly cleaned. The cleaner brought out a spray bottle and a cloth to touch it up. The was also interior detail spray residue around the radio, vents, and dash, that needed to get a final wipe. I have had my car detailed there 3 times before but this time was not that great. I don't expect a perfect result as that is never going to happen due to the condition of the vehicle. They do need to pay attention to detail especially when things are easily correctable. The shop is capable of doing a good job but they need to slow down, complete a vehicle, and move on to the next. They are usually cleaning several cars and bouncing from one station to the next. If they did that, then I would have given them 5 stars for a great job.

I payed $200 to have my truck fully detailed including shampoo of carpets. The scratched my vehicle in multiple spots, one was huge along passenger side from front fender along door. They tried to tell me I brought it in that way. Detailing of interior sucked and seats did not ever get done. Garbage work.

For $169 they could do better. No attention to details in interior detailing. Dust in the A/C vents. There are still pet hairs in easy to see places. Overall no value for the high price they charge. Maybe they are good in exterior washes, but no that great in detailing. If you want better detailing I suggest you shop around. I don’t even know what they did for $169 because they won’t allow you to be present. Seems to me like they have done something worth $60 and I paid $169. I’m a sucker.

Been going to them for years, generally well worth the price and would leave the car sparkling. My dad even recommended them to me, and they were great. Until this past weekend I went there for a usual wash and the car came out with a multitude of scratches along the driver side door. Also they leave smudges and do not completely dry the car off leaving streaks from running water, also whatever wax and polish they use it comes off after one ride. Sucks, cause they used to be great.

They do an awesome job with car washes, my favourite place in the KW area. The reason for only 3 stars is that their hours are unreliable. Recently went there at 8:00am on a sunny Saturday morning (when they say their open) but the pylons were still up. Waited 15 minutes and finally left and saw their exit was open which made no sense. Like I said, great car wash but unreliable hours.

Went in today for the first time on a referral due to low prices. Quite a few spots missed in the interior. No customer service at all, the overall wash took about 10 minutes. For $21.50 plus tip, you get what you pay for.

Got my car detailed here yesterday and I'm very happy with the results. I got the basic package and in my opinion, it was very affordable (65 including taxes). It did take a bit longer than they originally estimated, but I could see why - they were packed with customers. Their attention to detail was great and I did not mind waiting longer for a high quality detailing. I had a car seat in the car and they even wiped down the cupholders and base of the seat. They do not offer an electronic tip option so make sure to bring cash with you if you want to tip.
