Marcelo did a great job with removing all the winter buildup in various parts of our car. Very friendly and recommended the appropriate package to get what we wanted done. I've paid more for detailing at other locations and not gotten as good of a job. Definitely recommended to try out especially if you're in south Kitchener but since he is busy, plan for a few weeks in advance!

Holy cow, if he can make a 2007 Honda Fit with duct tape look schmancy and put together, he can do anything with your car. :D Shampoo package and removing the yellowing from the headlights 100% worth the wait and the very reasonable cost.

I've used many detail shops over the years. It's difficult to find a one that focuses on top quality work, amazing customer service, while charging a fair price. I'm glad to have finally found the one. I was refereed to Marcelo's by a close friend and I've taken my car in 3 times already. Last week during my last visit, the shop was busy and I showed up without an appointment (my fault) I was told that it could take a while and I should come back if I was not willing to wait. This is usually not a good sign as I was expecting them to rush my job. To my surprise, they were able to squeeze me in while still delivering beyond my expectations. These guys really work hard all year round to ensure customers are truly happy. (don't be afraid to throw in a little something for the boys $$$ ), I'm glad found a shop I can depend on.
