I was extremely impressed with their work and attention to detail. My car looked brand new and a number of people complimented me on how great it looked. I showed my dad who also had his recently detailed at another location and he was blown away. He said himself that "they take pride in their work and next time he'll be going to my place." I recently got a used car and I wanted it to feel a bit newer so I decided to have it detailed. There were a few places I was debating between but what set them apart was that Dave and Igor were friendly and easy to talk to, and they had great prior reviews which showed they took pride in their work. I've been to Elite Detailing on 3 different occasions & have been absolutely thrilled with the work they've done as well as the value for my money. I've had my car detailed there twice (third visit was for rustproofing/undercoating).. both times I chose a package & when I came back to pick up my car, they'd done the job for significantly less than the cost of the package I had selected. They've also been really accommodating in driving me back to work once I've dropped off my car. I really appreciate being able to schedule an appt during the week & have it done while at work for the day. Did a a very thorough job on our SUV. It's the cleanest it's been since we first bought it. We had a decent amount of dog hair, especially on the floors and a good amount of dirt, salt, and whatever we had dragged in from walks and hikes for 1-2 years (we've only been wiping seats and dash for that time). Davor was easy to communicate with, gave the cost upfront, and finished within the estimated time.

Meticulous Men! OMG - Igor and Davor are just exceptional! I LOVED the level of clean and true attention to detail. I "thought" I was a detail person when it came to cleaning. I tried to find a missed speck, but even the tires (!!) shone. And they paid attention to keeping the oil undercoating intact on the bottom edge of the car. With seats shampooed and carpets washed, it felt like winning the lottery AND a NEW car - that fresh-new-excited-unbelievable-awesome feeling. It felt better than a pedi-mani. YES, it did! I was walking on cloud 9 most of the day and couldn't stop talking about how GREAT my little car (Toyota Tercel) looked for its age. It felt THAT GOOD having such an immaculate car. Just thrilled with the quality of the work. The car was being detailed as a first-car gift for a niece, but I am hanging on to it for just a while longer because it just feels sooooo NEW now and I want to enjoy it a little while longer. I can't get over how thrilled I am with the quality of the work. PLUS, with the shop being a little out of the way in South Kitchener, I got a great 2 hour trail walk over to Chicopee and discovered a little European market that has heart & flower shaped salami (extra treat). Highly recommend getting your car detailed here. It really made my day, week, month , etc., (as long as I can keep it as it is!). It was just a great GREAT experience that I will remember every day I am driving my car . SUPER pleased with the detailing work done.

I had the interior of my Jeep completely cleaned today after having a husky ride around in it for two days. Needless to say my black seats turned white and I really needed them cleaned. This would also be the first time I have ever had it professionally cleaned in 4 1/2 years (since I bought it brand new). And wow!!! It looks brand new again!! I couldn't be happier with the results! I am so happy I decided to do this and will definitely be going back in the spring once winter I'm sure wreaks havoc on both the interior and exterior!! We had our SUV detailed earlier this year and I meant to review but forgot to - anyway I am here now because my coworker was asking about a place and I am recommending this business because they were FANTASTIC! Our SUV had dog fur in it - they got it ALL out and our vehicle was left smelling AMAZING. Everything was SPOTLESS, including our rims which were very yellow from rust, oil, etc. HIGHLY recommend - very friendly as well and communicative on the phone :)

It doesn't look like much, but this is place is serious about cleaning cars. The owners are friendly and went out of their way to help me. The interior of my 2013 Prius had never been cleaned before and was stained with salt and covered in husky hair. The seats were dirty and needed to be shampooed. When I got it back, it was like it was BRAND NEW again. Don't go anywhere else!

Recently had my VW Golf here. Excellent price for a vehicle of that size. It looks brand new! I would highly recommend these guys. I recently took in my Honda Accord to have the windows tinted. The tinting was done very well and I'm very satisfied with the results. I've had various cars tinted in the past at other places and this was the best. No bubbles or visible flaws that I'm able to see. They also quoted me the best price. Came in after someone had vomited on the front seats and carpet of my truck. After a short correspondence they fit my truck right in, and after cleaning owner even offered to clean it again if the smell persisted. The customer service, price, and quality of work were exceptional.
