I was able to clean my car quickly and under $8 for a more particular clean you would probably pay more because I didn't clean my interior or vacuum, just exterior. I'm definitely going back again. Just swiped my credit card and I'm good to go no change required. You can you use change but I diden't.

I was here today. I put 20 dollars in the change machine and didn't get my change to wash my van .. another customer tries to put 20 in and I told him i just did and didn't work sat and waited for owner to get back when he did i explained to what happened he snapped at me sayng ive done this before i said excuse me you have a camera right there look at it .. he then pulls out a 20 from his pocket and yells at me if I put this money in machine and it works .. your full of it he says .. he tried money wouldn't go in because MY 20 was stuck in it .. Not 1 apology ..was giving the change after waiting half N hr for him to get back .. i told him i suggest you treat your customers the way they treat you and fix your damn machine .. will never go back there even though I live close by .unhappy customer

I've been coming here for years to wash my car and do laundry. Lately the so called manager has been so rude to me. Today he told me to hurry and get out right before I was ready to vaccuum the inside of my car. I said I'm paying to clean my car here, I spent $10 already. He said, well who's going to work for $10 an hour? He said I'm losing money here. The sign is vague where it says "No wiping car inside when car wash is busy" the inside of the the building? Or I have to go outside the building to clean inside of my vehicle? How will I vaccuum? I'm paying to clean my car and would like to finish to my satisfaction. He told me to find a different car wash and new place to do my laundry. Very rude old man, with an alcoholic face... or he's just prejudice..I want to speak to the owners. All the years I've been going there I've never been so disrespected. And yes i will find a different place to go to.

Always clean and tidy and all equipment is functional. Have never had to wait for an open stall. Change machine for coins or you can add time to machine with debit. Vending machine provides basic car cleaning products in single serve packs. On site is also a coin op laundromat and a dog washing station. There is an employee on site to help with issues.

If youve been here before to do laundry. Go back. They have a ton more dryers and washers in the back room. Always clean customers stay away from eachother. Calming place to relax and wait for laundry to be done. Old school car season so i love watching them come out clean with the sun bright on them. One day wish to accomplish something this amazing. Pretty good carwash, decent time and pressure. Also a pet wash. Only thing I didn't really like was the fact that the stalls are not fully walled to separate each stall. Other than that, it's a good wash. Wait times are usually not bad, except on Sundays... as all car washes.

There was nobody here. None of the vending machines were working. Lost money in change dispenser. No one around the whole time from office to help. Very bad business. No answering service to leave a message. Whole place was open and no one attending. Lost out on money .

Had a quick rinse to get the winnipeg salt off my Honda. Cost me 3 dollers for min and 30 seconds per doller. The water was ok. Not hot. Which is understandable because all 10 bays where busy and full when i got there at 9am. There is a change machine, however the wash attendent walk towards me with change and directed me to an open stall. He even help me back out. Great customer service. Love this place. 5 out of 5

Excellent car wash close to home. My go to wand wash. Very good wand pressure, and the prices for time are good. Credit card swipe is so nice. Only thing is some people are very rude about going over there car with a chamois inside when the sign clearly says no drying car while others waiting. Other than those idiots, it's fine.

One of the most rude manager/owner ever encountered. He was so rude when i was using my own soap but did spend 7 dollars there and wasn't aware that we cannot use our own soap as it was my first time there. But the way he came abusing was so unprofessional and he didn't realize that the whole car was was literally empty and me using my own soap just because i have ceramic on my car but he was talking so rude and unprofessional. He literally said me to leave if you don't like how i talk.

it all started when I forgot my chamois at home one day while visiting The Dolphin Car Wash so I asked the guy working if he had one I could borrow he told me that they don't but they do have a vending machine with various styles to choose from. I put a $3 worth of change into the said machine, selected my chamois of choice but the machine did not dispense anything. I went over to the guy working once again who was only about 50 feet away (the entire time) and told him what happened he responded that I did not put in any money and I was trying to rip him off, it went on like this for a while until he finally put in another $3's so that I could receive my paid for chamois. A week or so goes by and I make a return visit to The Dolphin Car Wash, I'm washing my car and see the same guy working waiting for me to finish my car wash (which was 18 minutes I might add) he goes onto say that he watched the cameras after I left and he see's me put the money into the machine and pocket the chamois, I ask him to see the video which he could not produce....... this will be my last visit to The Dolphin Car Wash.

I have mixed feelings about this car wash. It is a great location, lots of room in the stalls, and a nice big parking lot to dry your vehicle after. I have a black truck and I do notice it has a slight foggy haze after washing compared to other spray and washes - even with the spot free rinse. I prefer to go to blondies a little further down Main as my vehicle seems to come out cleaner with the same amount spent.

This car wash takes change, debit and credit cards ???? the stalls are wide enough to move around and not get splashed by rebounding water, dirt, and soap. You cannot dry down your vehicle after you've finished washing (unless it's super slow and dead then you may be able to get away with it) so prepare to wipe down outside.

Great stalls lots of room. Great pressure in their sprayers. It's a great place to take your animals for a wash also. They have a really nice set up for pet wash, with their own room. Coin operated, and it provides soap and conditioner.

I inserted one dollar to use the foam brush to wash my entire Honda Fit. After that i had to insert SIX DOLLARS to rinse off my car to completion. It seemed that a little bit of soap just kept coming out of the water gun. At other similar car washes I have cleaned my car to completion with $4. I mentioned it to the owner/attendant afterwards because it was just so strange that the suds were not being washed away. So he told me "I don't know how to rinse a car." The guy is a jerk. I'd rather clean my car in my driveway rather than go to the Dolphin again.

My wife and returned home from vacation to find that our washing machine had died. We had a ton of laundry to process so off to the laundromat we went . The place was clean and well marked to find change . There ar two large capacity machines we were in and out within half hour the cloths were clean and well extracted. Great experience will use this place again.

I have been going to wash my cars and trucks for a number of years now at this location. Never have I encountered such a rude manager working at this location. Sunday, April 24, 2021 I went for a truck wash. I was almost done rinsing off the soap, the water started to turn to soap again. I stopped and went back to check the setting and it was on rinse. I turned off the water and re-started the rinse to only find more soap coming out. I asked the manager for help. He went into the back and did something. Came out and turn the water back on with his card, made sure all the soap was gone and gave it back to me. I then started to rinse my truck off again. After my rinse I always use the spot free option and the manager came back to turn my water off and said “ if you don’t know how to turn off the water, I’ll show you”. When I questioned the manager why he turned the water off, as this was not my fault the soap starting coming back out. He said “if you don’t like it, go somewhere else”. So that’s what I’ll do from now on. Can’t wait to tell my friends and family to do the same. If you’re looking for good service... don’t go to the Dolphin car wash. Rob ????

Machines dont all work properly. I had 3 in use all set to hot, (two 4$ ones and one 7$) the 7$ machine was not filling up so I informed the staff working 2 times, first time he walked away after seeing water in the machine- i continued to watch and after each rinse very little water was actually cycling through, it was clearly visible that there was a significantly larger amount of water in the other machines- once again i informed the staff who got annoyed and said he "didnt feel like hearing complaints" he came over, and saw that there was infact less water and told me to change the cycle to warm then proceeded to change the cycle. pretty annoyed at this point i told him i shouldnt have to, all the machines should work the same; and that there has been more the one occasion where my clothes have come out with a smell (which is why i made sure the machine was not overfilled, since i wash alot of work gear) . he said nothing and walked away- sure enough, more then half the clothing in that washer came out of the dryer smelling unclean and needed to be rewashed the next day . No refund or apology was offered, wont go back.

This used to be a great place to wash your car. Don't get me wrong, the place itself is adequate. But recently the price for a wash has increased greatly. Up until recently (March 2016) I was able to wash my full size Honda Accord for $3, and that included a full rinse, then foamy brush, and then a final rinse. Granted, that's a good deal. But I have sold the Accord and am now driving a Toyota Matrix hatchback and am having a hard time doing the same wash cycle for less than $4. I grew up on the farm washing cars, tractors, everything. I know how to do a good wash while being efficient. This price change is unreasonable. I used to push others to The Dolphin. Unfortunately not anymore.

Switch over from soap to wax takes a good 15-20 seconds of your time. But overall pressure is great and bays are mostly kept clean by the employees. Equipment is kept in great condition.

much better prices than blondies(7$ 9 minute wash here is atleast $10 at blondies), you can basically coat your car in soap unlike blondies or shell where the soap just runs off with the water. the timer also rounds down to the nearest dollar instead of up like said competitor, pretty chill and not crazy busy in the evenings, big bays so you dont feel cramped. able to dry your car inside the bay if its not busy. this place is slept on heavily.
