Decent service, generally do a good job of cleaning my vehicle. I find sometimes they do a crappy job cleaning the windshield on the inside. Wait times can be horrendous. I once had to wait almost 45 minutes in a line up to get my vehicles detailed. Free coffee, and snacks available for purchase. They also sell Winnipeg Jets gear and other knick knacks.

Wrost wash ever i had the interior is not cleaned properly there are lots of dust on the seats even though i selected the gold package Tire rim are still dirty even they dont dry the car properly. I wouldn't recommend anyone to go there as it better to wash by hand.

I used to love The Chamois. Less than $20 my car was spotless inside and out. Now it's over $20 and they miss all sorts of dirt inside the car. It's not only me who feels this way...friends have told me the same. Even with a Gold wash...you have to call them over to reclean almost every trip. That's not customer service. I like the Chamois...please don't make me have to clean my car myself.

First time there and thot a 25$ car wash would be amazing. Well For 25$ gold wash when I got home I had to redo exterior mirrors , exterior back hatch and the inside had all sorts of dirt left around the console. hmmm would I go back?

They didn’t clean the interior of my car properly there was dust inside the cup holder. they left some scratches on my car’s interior. They didn’t even clean the carpet properly and there was large amount of dust underneath the carpets even they cleaned the whole floor .so that wasn’t a good experience i really don’t wanna go there again and i don’t recommend this as well waste of money .

I drive a vehicle with hand controls (a detachable spinner knob for the steering wheel, and a push/pull control for the brake/accelerator). Hand controls vary in price, but ours cost $1500 to purchase and install. The first time I went to the Chamois I booked a Platinum package over the phone, only to arrive and find out that they had no time for me even though my vehicle was already halfway through the bay. I was asked to come back the next day to complete the detailing, and the kind teenager behind the counter suggested I pay the full price and just return with my receipt. I explained that I was not accustomed to paying for services I hadn't yet received, offered to pay for the base wash and pay the difference the next day. My offer was accepted. I have been a young person working in a busy place, so I tried to chalk this one up to some inexperience and an innocent mistake. The second time I went to the Chamois I removed the spinner knob from my steering wheel, placed it in my cup holder, and locked the remaining hand controls (perfectly safe for anyone to drive). The next day my husband (who NEEDS the hand controls) asked me where the spinner knob went. Guess what? It disappeared somewhere between the Chamois and my driveway! We searched the car, but it was nowhere to be found. Considering that the Chamois left old parking meter slips in my car the first time, it seemed crazy to me that an object the size of a computer mouse (albeit somewhat cool looking - it had a magic 8 decal on it) sitting in a cup holder would "fall" out of the car. What followed was a full day of me phoning to speak to a manager who felt no urgency to act despite the fact that my husband could not drive himself to work (or anywhere), and who explained that they were too busy to look for the spinner. After a morning of telephone tag I drove there myself and politely requested that they stop the bay for five minutes and START looking. The manager (who was polite, but clueless as to why this was such a big deal) searched my vehicle, offered to check the security video (then argued with me about the time I was there because he couldn't find my car), and then decided to scold me for taking a vehicle with hand controls through the bay in the first place. Didn't I know that that was not allowed?? Actually, no. No one told me, nothing was posted in writing, and I'D BEEN THERE BEFORE WITH THE SAME VEHICLE. Long story short: the Chamois took zero responsibility for the lost spinner knob, offered me $20 in gift certificates (which I didn't take), and I had to buy a new spinner knob out of pocket. They literally could not pay me to return.

Things are getting to a new normal. You still talk to an attendant who is wearing a mask & takes your order and then you drive inside. All of the wash jockeys are wearing masks as well. Paid $26 for a gold wash, they did a nice job in the exterior, the interior was lacking, streaks of dust still on the dash where the cloth must have not reached. Everything that was under the seats nicely organized was haphazardly tossed onto the back seat in a big heap of stuff. Definitely not impressed by my visit this time. I have taken my vehicle here when it was slower and they did a much better job, however I was disappointed in this last visit.

ATTENTION owners of high value and luxury vehicles. Do not trust the integrity of vehicle with this company. I recently took a Mercedes-Benz for a car wash, and they scratched the leather steering wheel while getting on the vehicle. When bringing up the scratch to the management they reacted aggressively, and without looking into the issue, they said that they never had or would never had this issue before. They drive and handle the vehicles without care, speed up and break abruptly, and this is the perfect way in which accidents, like the scratch in my steering wheel, will happen. I had another incident with them about the handling of my vehicle, and it had to come to this so that I learn my lesson. I hope you save yourself the grief, and visit another local car wash. Finally, I am not the first customer that has dealt with the same issue with this company. Please see reviews, or screenshot about a customer who had a similar experience.

I booked for an engine detail at 930am and was told that it included an Gold Standard carwash. I gave them my number to call me when my car is ready but they never did. So around noon I asked for an update and they said it was ready. I checked and it was clean but not thorough (see pic below) and the interior of my car was not clean which should have been done prior to engine detailing. Suffice to say i had to stay till 1pm just get it rewashed and as for my engine, they said I had to book it again and pay another fee for that.

Disappointed ones again for the 4th time, paid gold with extras las 3 and silver for the 4th visit with same result. Not completely wiped from the inside and front bumper still dirty, mats untouched. Seem the staff are not properly trained or the employer just care on how many cars goes in for the service.

I pulled up and, even though I WAS going to get the gold wash, the guy said "So will it be the gold wash today?" So if I wasn't getting it I'd feel like a schmuck! I thought, gold wash should be good for vacuuming the interior..... I asked the guy about that and showed him that there was dog hair. He brought the manager.... they said there would be an extra charge for vacuuming the hair. But then the manager started pressure selling me on a full car detail. I told him ' no thanks. The car is a work car. I just had to transport the dog to the vet so no major dog dirt. No shampoo for that. The vacuuming I would go for though. The extra charge turns out to be an additional $20! So, AN HOUR LATER I get my car back and the outside had not been washed ????. I called the guy who handed my keys to me back and he said he wasn't sure what the had done but looks like they forgot to wash it!! So back it went. So 20 more minutes. I finally get the car back and there is still hair and spots of tree sap. Oh well. I was done. I had to go.

Advertised wash says all interior vacuumed. Person on the phone said come back to any location and they will do it again. Not convenient as I live out of town. Will not return.

Got the gold package with a gift certificate. Results weren't very impressive, but the car was clean and nothing was damaged or stolen. Employees in the lane I happened to be in were 3x slower than other lanes. Saw the employee almost stall my car on the way out (standard transmission). I'd probably go back if I had a gift certificate and 45 minutes to kill, but I'd never use my own money.

This place is hit or miss when it comes to car washes, sometimes I'm surprised by how Clea. The car is and other times I'm.dissapointed by places that were looked over. Seems like they do the best jobs when it's not that busy, which makes sense. I brought my Ford escape here the other day for detailing, and I thought they did a really good job.

I paid for a gold wash which can be used to rewash within 24 hours. The first wash was not that clean, so I went back the second day morning and asked for a rewash. The second wash made the car very clean and the attitude was very good. I am satisfied. Sometimes if the car is super dirty, it might be difficult to clean thoroughly at the first time.

The picture is what the car looked like when I got it back. I'm not usually a complainer but when you pay $30 for a clean, you expect clean! They do a great job cleaning. I used to go to the Midtown Car Wash but they always left streaks on my windows. Chamois uses a lot of fresh towels so this is not an issue here. Make sure you have a lot of time. It is always busy whenever I go. It is about a 45-60 minute event.

I just got my 1st car wash today and have never been disappointed that much. Even after buying the gold package, I received the worst car wash ever. My seats left uncleaned, dashboard is still a mess and even the exterior was not washed properly. Had to get exterior a little bit redone but one department blames the other so it’s more frustrating. Got here at 5.40 and by 5.55 my car was done. I consider that fairly quick but not worth the money that you pay for the wash. I am sharing some photos and wish would have never been here. P.S : My car is brand new, no pets no kids so it was fairly clean when I got it in for wash and still the job done was never ever expected.

This review is a little late as my last service by Chamois was completed in September. I would also like to note, I have come to the Chamois MULTIPLE times and each and every time I am disappointed. Reason why I would come back is the hope that maybe it was just a 'one time thing', but that is not the case. I'm sure this is not the same case for everyone. Every time I have come, I pay for the Gold wash. There has many times where my dashboard was not sprayed, or sprayed and left un-wiped, or compartments not fully vacuumed. Lord knows what was not completed in the back seats. My most recent trip in September 2020, I left very disappointed. I had just purchased a car from a third party and wanted a general clean with vacuuming just for the time being (until I could get a proper detailing job). I had opened all the compartments that I need vacuumed and followed all instructions. After receiving my vehicle, I can confirm that only 1 out of the 5 compartments were vacuumed. One of the compartments had a dead bug in it and it was COMPLETELY disregarded. My dashboard was quickly and carelessly wiped down and the exterior wash was the bare minimum. I understand this was not an extensive detailing appointment but I do expect what I paid for to be done. The moment I drove off I noticed it all right away but did not bother to go back because the line up and wait was already very long. All in all, I will not be returning and I believe this is done because the detailers are more worried about the quantity of cars they can finish rather than the quality. Hopefully this is something that can be addressed and changed for future customers. I hope no one has to continue to pay for services only to receive half completed services in return. I do not wish to gain anything from this review, I needed to bring this issue to light so hopefully something can be done in the future. Thank you.

Paid for the gold wash, $24. They did the outside and the floor mats. Left the side mirror pretty dirty, didn't touch the dash or the insides of the windows. Took me about 30 seconds to wipe the dust off the dash. Obviously no attempt was made. I have to go back within 24 hours to get them to rewash it, another 40 minutes out of my day. Update: Went back again. This time no tire shine.

I just experienced rude customer service at the reception where payment needs to be done by one of the employee with orange hair and specs! Employee did not treat us like any customer maybe something happened with their senior prior coming. We asked for a lottery she did not say anything and just throw the ticket at our faces and did not say anything. We did not even get the air freshener for gold wash. When we asked for it she threw it and we literally felt racism over here. Right after there was canadian lady and she got served well compared to us. I recommend nobody should be getting this type of service and shouldn’t go there.

Car came out still wet, had to park around the corner and dry the car myself. It’s a little $$$ for a quick wash and vacuum. Not sure if I can honestly recommend this for Gold/Silver/Bronze. I have had the Gold wash several times, and after today, don’t think I will be back. Today I opted for the “ultra shine” I personally believe they should rename it to “Ultra Scam”. Cannot comment on the detailing services, never used. But if the gold wash is an indication of the level of detail, wouldn’t bother.

A day before yesterday I had the experience to wash my car on 850 Waverley Street. I chose the option of Gold Wash (Interior and Exterior for $25.99) with Lemon Air freshener + Lustra Shield for $2.00 + additional $20 upholstery clean on the left passenger seat. In total I paid $53.75 after tax. After quick inspection of my car I found next: - The trunk wasn't cleaned and vacuumed - sand and dry grass still in it; - Small garbage was left in door pockets; - The windshield wasn't cleaned, edges around have stains of dry dirt. The windshield was wiped only in the center; - carpet under floor mats wasn't vacuumed - small grass and sand were left; - inner arches of doors were not cleaned out, they were dry and dirty; - dashboard left covered by dust and wasn't cleaned. - I didn't receive the Lemon Air freshener. It's very sad to buy even not very basic option but receive very bad service. I can’t recommend to anyone car wash at your location.

Lack of respect for peoples vehicles. First time I went there back in the spring time all was good. Then took my truck in for seat shampoo. They used bad water and product and messed my seat up. Didn't even tell me something was wrong. Just had a sour look when they handed my keys over. But they did fix it the next day. Then this time they did a terrible job wiping down my truck. Do not waste your time by going to the Chamois on Waverley. This is the second time in a row (and last time) I have gone there and the quality of the car wash was absolute garbage. I paid $25.00 and waited 45 minutes to get my vehicle back only to realize that they barely touched the interior. The only reason they get one star is because when I spoke with the manager about the poor quality of the job, he did offer to send me back through - albeit with a wait of another 15 minutes. No thank you. Never again.

Last summer in 2016, this review would probably be 4 stars but just recently depending on what crew is working, they either don't seem to care while on the job or they are rushing through the job too fast. As always we usually get the gold wash but this time my trunk was not vacuumed, nor was the back seats of my vehicle vacuumed, the interior in the middle was not wiped down, for some odd reason only the drivers side and rear mats were sprayed but the front passenger side was not touched at all. The exterior was dried well and the wheels looked really clean, but the interior was not at all taken care of. Next time I will just request a bronze wash and have the exterior wiped down then go to a local co-op and vacuum the interior myself. It is too bad, wish the customer service was consistent every time you attend their car wash.

Worst car wash I have ever had. They guarantee satisfaction. When I complained, they sent me to park off to the side. I waited and waited, until someone sauntered over to "fix" the problem. I had to point out what was wrong even though you could clearly see the dust on the dash and interior doors, and the windows were terrible. He actually said to me that "it depends on how your car was when you came in." In the end, I borrowed his cloth and did it myself. So if you ever decide to use the chamois, make sure you go to the car wash first.... THIS I paid $25. for. Not impressed at all.

I keep a clean car, so it should have been a really easy job, but I've had better results from driving around in the rain. I would have given it 5 stars except they can never get the interior windows clean. My husband bought me the platinum detail package. Everything was great! The carpet even in the hatch were very clean. However, i could have died driving the car on the perimeter at night. I'm not sure what is put on thd cloth to clean the glass but with the headlights and the glare I was unable to see out the window. I cleaned them myself with vinegar and water but it was difficult getting the waxy film off the window. Also they did not clean inside the console.

Hi today I had a gold car wash paid $89 to my Nissan2016. The stuff were very friendly and they did good cleaning with exterior, missing little spots still with dust no big deal. The worst cleaning ever were the interior, the dash the cups holder space was meesy dusty. I spoke with customer service about it then she sent someone to redo the cleaning but still unfortunately same dusty condition. Never go back again to west money! My pictures will expleain more.

Out of the 4 gold washes I've had in the last 2 months it's consistently been a let down. The interior side of the widows will have smudges, in two cases the exterior of the windows has still been left with dirt or residue. The floor mats have also always been put back in with puddles of water still on them and on all four occasions I've had to ask someone to wipe the interior as there are wet spots all over the dash and console. Not to mention the rims are all but untouched, each time I find myself wiping them down after. Take the extra time and wash your car yourself as The Chamois is not worth the money for the job they do.

Great gold managers special wash for $33 but there were scratches on the front hood of my RAV4 after wash. I am sure as I had taken pics before, as I was planning to sell it. Associate upfront denied there could be scratches and took down my info when called. . When called back again, was referred to a manager twice, but nobody called back! Disappointed as they don't own the error. May be one single bristle is damaged in a brush but if not corrected soon, there might be more damages...

Great service! They noticed my windshield had a stone chip in it, so one of the detailers finds me and tells me about the chip, and offers to fix it while I wait. He explained it would be free under MPI coverage, and explained that after they finish washing my car he would take it in to the detail center to fix it, which would take 5-10 minutes. Great initiative, since I've been meaning to get this fixed, and since it's free, why not?

Very convenient for those who wish to have their car cleaned at a premium price. The service is excellent fair as sometimes when we have gone there, instances have occurred where speed was of such importance some places were not cleaned. However, the majority of the time, they have excellent, timely service. On a personal note, I think that it would be great if even 1% of the cost went to placing a Chamois specific air freshener. Lastly, the Chamois has a place where you are able to view your car as it passes through the cleaning machine.

I drove all the way from Morris MB. with my 2 week old car, because I thought I was purchasing an amazing car wash and interior clean. To my surprise, my car came back to me with soapy/greasy hand prints in numerous places across the outside, a small dent in my back door, one of seven interior windows cleaned. The first thing they did was vacuum, and then get back into my car with wet rubber boots that are covered in gravel and dirt. The dust that had accumulated in two weeks across the dash, vents, the leather around the shifter was untouched. The touch screen has finger prints all over it. I purchased the gold package with the extra $2 luster shine, and I felt more like I got the buy one get one dirt and gravel dusting. All in all, EXTREME DISAPPOINTMENT!! Don't waist your $$$$ here. ????☹????????

Even if you get the gold package, they miss a lot of spots both inside and outside. Last time I went there they didn’t remove all the mosquitos from the bumper, which I find impossible to comprehend since the car goes through the machine and supposedly they also do it by hand. Another time, their washing machine twister the mirror of my car (I was able to pull it back without damage, but still, not a pleasant experience). Their goal is to get as many cars as possible though but don’t really do a thorough job. Sad to say but for that kind of money, you’re better off going to a DIY car wash.

The windshield and mirrors were well cleaned from inside and carpet had been vacuumed nicely. Rims and brakes caliper looked decent. The thing that stood out was the customer service because the bottom area of front bumper didn't look so clean so the attendant offered me a full wash once more for free and everything looked perfect after the 2nd wash. Gold Wash wash purchased, poor quality. I had to asked them to re wipe off the dash and console again as there was product sprayed but not wiped off. After he wiped off the spray (and added more) it was worse. I asked again to wipe off the product and I took the time to point, and say "there, and there , and there" It was uncomfortable for me to complain, and this took two different employees. I implore the owner of the Chamois to hire an employee moral coach or something to create a better environment for the staff. The sadness shows in the work. I believe this is a "failure to manage". This was my third time at Chamois as I received gift certificates for my birthday and this was on par with the other visits.

Yesterday my husband had my car given the Interior 3 pack for $159.85.plus the Gold Wash. Well as I drove away this morning I could not see out of my side mirror it was covered in ? not wiped down and the whole drivers side was not wiped down. I went to the Chamois on Waverley last Friday and saw a car fall off the wash ramps and roll into the car behind it squishing an employee in between. We were intending to have detailing done and this is only on the outside of the car.. So I don't know why the tech took our set of keys with orange lanyard for our other car while we were there, after we'd given him that car's keys on a black lanyard already. We realized the keys were missing after I drove my husband to work where his car was, out of town. I asked the chamois if our keys were there they said no... We have a tile that said they were there, so I pressed for them. Finally I was told the tech still had our keys, but had tried to give them to us as we were leaving... Not true we were dealing with work calls for approx. 10 mins after the wash in the lot where he parked our car. And why not run the keys to the counter then instead of keeping them and not telling anyone for an hour after we left? 2 days later when we were gassing up at shell my husband noticed the tire was low on air so as he was filling it he looked at the other tires and saw our rim is scratched! We are highly unimpressed and I can't seem to get the manager or owner to call me back. Do not go here!!!

Went to the Reenders location today with my wife with both of our cars 2 different lanes same amount of 5 cars each in front of us her car went fully through the was and dried while I still had 2 cars in front of me finally gave up thankfully I was in the lane that I could move the pylons and drive out as I already wasted a half hr sitting there idle went in gave the stupid cards to the cashier the manager didn’t even care lol so needless to say never going back to this horrible customer service rather was my car myself could had it and my wife’s car done in the half hr sitting there what a joke clearly don’t care about customers and my wife’s care interior came out partly dirty too boot going to have to finish off the already paid for service WoW! I asked the girl when I got my Gold wash if they vacuum the trunk? She said yes, just tell them when you get into the garage. I walk out my car and tell them to vacuum my trunk, the guy nodded and then I went inside to pay. My car looked very nice and clean, but then when I went to give the plate to the guy, I checked my trunk and it was Not touched at all, still dirty! Then the guy said you just have to drive around again so the guys at the front will vacuum your trunk, i said, i already asked them too and they nodded yes, but clearly nothing was vacuumed. I walked around and saw a line up of other cars waiting. It is not good communication at this location. If you have a trunk and you tell them to vacuum, you better check it before you drive off.

I like to keep my car clean inside and out. I’ve been going to this location for at least a year about once a month. Keep in mind you’re only paying 30 dollars for a gold wash. A drive through basic car wash that is exterior only is 10 dollars at the least. So add 20 dollars and you get people cleaning the interior and wiping your car dry and an air freshener. Honestly you get what you pay for. This obviously isn’t a detailing of a vehicle but at this price to maintain and regularly clean your vehicle it’s definitely worth it. Your car will not be spotless. But you can’t expect that at the low price you’re getting. Recommend everyone regularly clean your vehicle here.

I work in the customer service Industry and they don’t have this. I went to the st James location excited to get my car all cleaned as I’m moving on the weekend and I wanted a clean vehicle move in. when it was done the outside was clean the windows were clean but they did not vacuum they didn’t wipe down the dash, the doors, all they did was clean the floor mats, my backseat was not touched actually my whole backseat was not touched. I went inside to complain about the issue. A young man came out and all he did was wipe down my dash and a door for me and that was it! so I paid $30 for I’m not sure what clean windows I guess. Never going back again.

If I could give this a zero star, I would not think twice! Horrible cleaning job! Got the 'gold' package and inside looked uncleaned. seats had some coffee stains, dashboard and the vents were not dusted, you can clearly see the the dust. The cup holders were not cleaned. When I asked why they weren't, I was told that I needed to have the car detailed to have them cleaned which would cost me around $100. I drive on the highway for work so I get a lot bugs stuck to the front of the vehicle. When I got out of my vehicle to check, it was not done properly. I don't understand why you would name that package 'Gold' and charge $30, if it was not actually gold standards. I am definitely not going back there. Overall, I was not impressed with the job. It was not worth paying $30 and definitely not gold standards. Would not recommend anyone for sure.

Got a silver package, ridiculous employee Aneek, was rude, unprofessional and loud. The car was not cleaned to satisfaction. The interior was not clean as there was still dust. On top of that, the front number plate was damaged. The Team lead didn’t fix the plate when it was pointed out. When asked for a manager, the response was that there is no manager. This is absolutely unacceptable, instead of owning up to their mistakes and fixing, they made terrible excuses. And for their rude employee, there are no justifications at all.

The chamois does an excellent job of washing my vehicles. However, I don't understand why they hold back my truck in lane 4 when I want a wash and wipe service. The truck is held back at the beginning and at the end of the process. I spoke to the manager about this and he was not helpful. Made an appointment for 10:00am today for gold package with carpet shampooing/detailing. Estimate on the card was 1 hour and to be fair they said on the phone it could be 1.5 hours. Brand new truck. Took the vehicle to the Waverley car wash and noticed scratches on the tailgate which were not there prior to using this service. Well I thought I would give the organization another chance and took my vehicle to the St James location. Once again, damage to my vehicle which was not there prior to using their service. (Scratches on passenger doors.) Other than they have damaged my truck twice now in as many visits this month (and we are only 8 days into the month of May) the staff are friendly and courteous, to bad there equipment is substandard. I won’t be back and in my opinion suggest others should check their vehicles after using this service or not use it at all. I think I may check out the new car wash on Kenaston by IKEA.

Mostly done well. Side mirrors not cleaned, went back, asked them to clean them, and they did!! A car ahead of mine, SUV, the lower panels were still dirty as the owner left, she didn't notice it!! ( Hope that is not normal)

Not recommended. The car came out wet and the carpets were wet as well. When I got my car, they did not even clean de trunk. Plus the car from the inside still had some dirty spots. They might work fast, but don’t do a good job, at least not the ones who cleaned my car.

The quality of the job performed by the Chamois staff has deteriorated significantly in the last few years. I doesn't appear that the back seat of my car was vacuumed at all, the dash and console were barely wiped of dust and even the exterior wasn't as clean as I would have liked.

I wish there was a negative rating available. I feel generous giving them one star. There are kids working there who are simply going through the motions. My car came out so dirty that I had to call them to clean it again when the car was outside. I then came home and cleaned it myself. It truly is a waste of time and money. How they can stay in business is beyond me.

Okay, the actual results of going here were positive. My car is clean. They took an amount of money for the three detail package I thought was fair, they returned my car to me in a condition that seems suitable for the money. The customer service was horrible. I would recommend looking for another company to do business with.

I think they are not washing the car but in fact watering the car. The outside definitely looks clean, but the inside is terrible, dust, water residue everywhere. If it is not because I have purchased gift certificates, I will never visit here. Can’t imagine how could this be possibly called a “gold” wash.

I got the gold wash that includes the exterior and interior. There are still some dirty spots in my interior. The front bottom of my car is still dirty. I paid $33.59. They charge way too much for the unsatisfactory work they perform. It’s unfortunate how there isn’t enough competition in Winnipeg when it comes to car washes.

They do terrible work and steal. After they were done, I had dust on my dash, water on my leather seats, and streaks on the seats that were dry. They re-detailed it and got more, but not all. They didn't vacuuum my trunk, but they did steal a mickey of Fireball whiskey from a cooler in it. I will never go back here, not worth the money.

Cleans your car fast and efficiently. Like the products they hav to purchase. Always find something I need the heating bags. Gloves little things u need for your car. Snacks while you wait. V clean washrooms. Not happy with the job, no worries they will do it again. I trust the cleaning staff, nothing disappears except the dirt.

Went to get the inside of my car cleaned. Took them an hour and when I got my car back there was a sticky goop on one of my seats. Also they didn’t dust my vehicle. Looks like it wasn’t wiped at all. When I went back to ask what they actually did to my car. They didn’t offer me anything aside to clean the one goopy seat that they obviously didn’t even look at previously. Waste of money. Never coming back.

Worst place that I've been. The dashboard was still dusty, they didn't clean my inside doors (witch I really needed!), I had some rag trace everywhere...the exterior was "ok" but still have some water trace in my mirrors I had to rewash it! Not a place that I recommend.

If you love your vehicle never go here. I used to go here all the time when it first started getting popular but recently they have been slacking. I had to stop getting my interior of my vehicle cleaned by them because it came out dirtier and more dusty then before. For the outside of my vehicle they use one cloth so they basically just spread dirt all over my vehicle the whole time. I definitely do not recommend this place, you will be saving money, time and your vehicle if you go somewhere else.

So I brought my car in for a gold wash and had ZERO dents or paint chips on my vehicle and after the wash there was multiple fresh chips on both sides on the vehicle and a deep dent in one of my quarter panels so I brought it to the supervisors attention and all he did was say “our brushes don’t do that I can’t help you” and he also seemed to be High or coming down off meth or some other type of drug as his teeth are riddled with mold from meth and he seemed droggy, if this is how the chamois is going to be managed i do not reccomend the Waverley chamois. He is a terrible manager

Got a "Gold" wash at Waverly location and was very disappointed as the basic things weren't done properly. Interior of the car had wer died crumbles left, dashboard was still dusty, cup holders dirty and wet inside, seats and floors were poorly vacuumed, doubt that car mats were even removed. Exterior of the car was a OK, windows were dusty in the corners. On the positive side, wash was quick, I guess because they didnt do much. Wondering if employees are told to do q poor job on "Gold/Silver" washes so people pay more and order detailed wash. had an opportunity to go back within 24 hours but decided that there is no need to waste time for another poor job done. Would not recommend as even basics were not done right.

Can hardly understand some of the employees that work there. Upon booking an appointment they made it sound like I can just drop off my car but I had to wait in line with my car for nearly an hour before I could drop it off resulting in me missing another appointment.

When I got to the chamois they told me there was no record of my appointment. I was thoroughly mad and disappointed because I spent 45 minutes speaking with a representative on reenders Drive. I wanted a carpet and seat cleaned and a full interior and exterior including the engine detailed! Which I do believe there is a package for all of that which would be a better deal, and the representative I was speaking wrist told me I could only do the carpets seats and interior and I would have to book another appointment for the engine and exterior of the car which would cost me more and I would lose another day without my vehicle. If you are able to rectify this issue that would be greatly appreciated. have a nice day

I had Platinum Service for my Honda Odyssey on October/19 /2021, Receipts and pictures are also attached for your reference. This place is usually busy for exterior car wash. So, I thought I will do a detailing service on my car. The door jamb and hutch cleaning was included in the full Auto detailing service. The door jamb for front driving seat was only good which the guy showed it to me that door and the rest was just like before. The back hutch or trunk was shampooed but the third row hasn't been vacuumed. I still see dust, I still see dust on dash board and the stickiness on the dash board. Which I think was just sprayed by air.. The hood was still having that sticker marks from before. And the front seat has a car cup holder which should be removed and vacuumed properly. Door jamb cleaning means I thought all doors will be cleaned properly and the water and rubbish is still there in the sliding doors. This place is not value for money I spent and not recommend any one for full detail. Also if you are dropping your car please take pictures of interior and exterior. I called they asked me to hold and after 5 minutes they hung up. I emailed and no one responded. Thanks for leaving a review Sameer. Your concern was forwarded to the detail shop manager this morning. We will work to resolve these issues for you. This is the only reply I get in the response .. no body call's you or email's to you for discussing..God only knows who will work with me to resolve the issues.
