Thought I’d try the membership and took the premium package. The concept is great, wash does a good job “where the water Jets make contact”. Front of my truck always gets missed, and the back never gets done. They don’t have water Jets that hit front or back. Another thing to note is the membership is auto renew, which I’m sure was mentioned somewhere in the fine print, but they should make mention more clearly when you sign up. Vacuums are great, never a line up. Hours need to be 7 days/week, and open sundays.... I’ve been a few times at 7am and no one was even there yet so couldn’t make the most of my membership.

Since buying memberships to Northern Lights Car Wash our vehicles have never been cleaner! Some people seem to have issues with the back getting clean, but not us, and one of our vehicles is an odd shape (chevy avalance) and the other is a minivan. Both vehcles get beautifully clean on all sides! What I love is the speed of this place! Even when there are a number of vehicles in front of us we are still through in 5 minutes! Vacuums are powerful, there is a mat washing station as well! Best part for us is the membership. We wash whenever we are in the area, doesn't matter if it is going to rain or snow and get dirty again because you can wash again the next day or week, however often you want!

I think the value is great at half price promotion. Overall, it's good if you wash your car a lot, otherwise not worth it at full price if you don't.

Tried it - Didn't like it. Got the "Works" ($30 / $6 with coupon). Pros - VERY fast! - staff are nice. - lots of free self-serve vacuum stations outdoors with lots of room per car. Good pressure. Vacuum hoses available on both sides of car which is very convenient. - two self-serve floor mat washing stations. Clips on wall for four mats which is very convenient. Cons - NOT touch-less. Had I known this in advance I wouldn't have tried it. - Very high pressure jets and the whipping fabric concern me re: potential for scratches. My side view mirror was pushed closed, possibly "slammed closed" but due to the very high noise level I didn't notice till after. It takes a fair bit of push to do this. I don't recall any signs warning me to close them in advance. - wash didn't really seem any better than I do myself at self-serve car wash. - dry was not perfect. Ad said "buff and dry" - I was expecting hand buffing/drying but that was not the case. - self-serve floor mat washing room is not signed. I had to go in to ask where it was. Pressure is variable. It seems to depend on whether the second station is in use at the same time.

Quick and convenient for a decent price when on sale. I really like that you can wash your mats too. The vacuums, with hoses for both sides of the car are great though the nozzles are a little too big to get into tight spaces. I am disappointed that the wash doesn't do a great job on the back of my 2 cars. There's lots of dirt left running down in streaks and pooling on the bumper and around the window. Basically the back looks unwashed if my car went in with more than a light amount of dirt on it. The buffers at the end have yanked the mirrors on my cars forward every time. I have power folding mirrors and will have to remember to turn them in at the end of the wash from now on. I'll continue evaluating the service over the promo 2 month period. If I use it a lot, more than once per week, it might be a great deal. A wand wash will be cheaper otherwise and do a better job. The auto wash has a dryer at the end which is a bonus though.

The water pressure is aggressively loud at first but it's by far the best wash in the city. Our car has a lip that never comes clean in other washes bit after one wash here it was sparkling like new. We were shocked. The price is higher than most but so far seems worth it

Waited in line for them to sign up a new customer which took 20 minutes and then it cost close to $20 for a quick wash. Maybe new customers should have separate line rather then making other customers wait so long.

Attended there during their grand opening for a complimentary "Super Wash". I came out and you could not even tell I washed my vehicle. It was still filthy. There was a car wash attendant nearby so I brought it to their attention. They responded by telling me "it was free". I asked if this is what I can expect from a super wash from them? They walked away. Obviously, I am not purchasing a membership from this place. I did bring this to management's attention. They responded with a "thanks for letting them know". So many options. Go elsewhere. Not worth the money or time.

Amazing Car Wash!! Love the subscription and the license plate reader. Wish the subscription was per person not per vehicle though a little costly for one vehicle. Unless the 50% discount keeps going I’m not sure I’ll keep the subscriptions unfortunately????

Have a membership for the works, really appreciate the 5 minutes from pulling up to pulling away on my way home from work. Washes well, vacuums are surprisingly effective. I don't have mats in the membership car so can't comment on the mat wash.

When I first saw this, I was excited but it quickly evaporated, Heres Why: -I have to vacuum it myself?????? -price is high as i will not vacuum myself -maintain a fleet of over 30 vehicles, detailing services would be nice and vacuum and shampoo attendants a must!!!!!! I applaud this business entrepreneur but this type of business just won’t fly in Winnipeg But by all means, Good Luck, wish nothing but success fir you. I’ll continue to Use Midtown car wash on Donald St. If you are reading my review, Action Car Detailing does great service for me. Cheers ????

Pros: Great price for unlimted auto washes. Conveyor belt system, so very fast car intake. Is not touchless, and cleans very well. Drys near spotless. Free vacuums outside are great. Two hoses per vehicle and wide parking. Free self serve mat cleaning station inside bldg works well. Cons: Black vehicles may see micro marks in clear coat as with most non touchless. Heavy dirt on trunk, hatch, on wheels and wheel wells, dried bugs, may need extra run through, or self serve detailing attention. Overall: Highly recommended!

The fact that you cab wash your car and then go vacuum your vehicle out for free. 10/10! The vacuums do a great job and you can tell the car wash is well taken care of. Staff was friendly and they emptied emptied garbage cans twice while we were there ! Our vehicle looked amazing after !

Wand wash anywhere is better than this place. The whole front of my truck is dirty and filled with bugs still. When I asked the employees working if I could go through again they said no. I will not be going back.

I just wish that you guys made it touchless. I won’t bring my car there especially in the winter with all the debris in the brushes scratching the car…. The idea is awesome and I would have signed up in a heart beat if it was touchless.

Got the great carwash, didn't really clean the best. Still found dead bugs on the front even after an attendant power washed the front, the back wasn't really touched but I have a prius so the back is a bit hard to clean. Has free vacuuming which is nice.

Good wash. I've gotta say, as an adult, it's been a long time since I've had fun in a carwash. My only recommendation is that you have some 90's techno blasting for the ride. The kids loved it.

Super smooth, faster and better than your local gas station wash. The vacuum and floor mat at the end is nice. The prices are arguably better too especially with unlimited washes using membership. The owner talked to me before and after the wash, it shows they deeply care for their business as they reopened after acknowledging their shortcomings.

When it comes to car washes, this is that new kid on the block. Here they've got everything the standard car was would offer and some more, just to keep you coming back. The ambiance as you roll though the wash mimics that of the northern lights. From the water pressure to the pace, they seem to have to down to a science. But what I really appreciated today, was the free vacuum area. I've yet to see a car wash that has a healthy amount of space dedicated to free vacuum service. Pro tip if you wish to use this amenity, be sure to take your first right as you exist the wash. ???? I missed that turn on my first visit. I had a video I was looking to upload but it appears Google reviews doesn't accommodate that ????. Anyhow I will be back again soon. When I see a solid week of no rain in forecast. Cheers ????

I have made numerous calls to the store and they never answer. I left two messages and they never respond. I have purchased a month of the works and will cancel once it is done. I have traveled on the Highway and picked up a lot of bugs. They do spray the front to add their removal but having gone through 3 times they still have not been removed. The staff are nice enough, but I'm not sure they can or will help to rectify this. No one seems to want to answer the phone or any questions that I have. Pity but that's how they operate.

Great carwash. $60 a month is not a bad deal considering Shell monthly pass is $140 ( multi car tho). The car wash is like going thru a Disney ride! It does a great job washing and drying.. on my SUV. It misses some spots on my wife's truck but no carwash can be expected to get all different types of vehicles, sizes, makes, bumpers and grills. Ps . I've read other reviews. Be reasonable.. I'm new to Winnipeg and some Bug splatter Can't come off with spray or a power wash.. you must scrape it off. For the guy that complained about having to fold his own mirrors? Think, if staff touches it ppl can say they scratched it, broke it etc . Liability. They improved the hours to 8pm from 7pm. The vacum is a nice touch though I find them not to be that strong in way of suction, again nice to have there on location. Over all the wash jets coupled with the soft cloth wash works pretty darn good. The drying is the best I've seen..spot free

Standard wash. Price on high end of what you’re getting; for single washes this excludes membership. Membership offering is great as it may be cost beneficial to individuals who wash their car often. wash does moderate job at cleaning a 2 day rain recovered car (simple dirt, puddle splashes and water drops) left behind quite a bit of film; standard sedan with no intricate body parts. Vacuums are great with two nozzles on either side of car which helps avoid scratching/dragging hose on car. Horrible horrible smell coming from car wash which i would describe as Sewer mixed with rotten fruit and eggs, had to move to furthest vac from entrance of wash.

Absolutely loved the experience but there is always room for improvement! The only problem I have is that my car was not as clean as I expect it would be. I used the 'Works' package and definitely think it was not worth the price. The trunk door of my sedan was still very very dirty as well as the front of my car surrounding the license plate. But the back was really not done well. I hope that this issue can be resolved because this is a really nice place and I would love to come back but for now I will stick to washing the vehicle myself. On the plus side, the vacuums do a really good job!

I just got back from my second visit. I talked myself into getting the month of "the works", a regular $30 wash but it ended up being like 25 for the month. Pros: staff seem friendly enough, free vacuum that actually does a good job. Cons: the car wash doesn't wash car very well. I thought it was a fluke but after the second visit I'm sure that it's the machines. I'll let the pictures speak for themselves. After this month I won't be coming back.

I took a membership today and was very pleased with both the service, friendliness and the add ons(free vacuums and Matt washing station) that were free. The wash was also very good!!! I will try to wash my vehicle minimum twice a wk. and i believe i will make it well worth the cost.

Thought I would try the new Northern Lights Car Wash at 61 Nature Park Way. Building is nice, staff were super friendly and helpful (this is the reason for a 2nd star) explaining the car wash and the membership options. I decided to purchase a "Great Wash" which is a middle of the road wash that comes to $26.30 after taxes. Unfortunately the car wash did not clean my entire car! For a price point like this you would expect it to be able to wash your entire vehicle. I drive a small Nissan SUV (Rogue). Very disappointed with the outcome of the wash vs the money I spent on it. I won't be going back.

Have a membership for convenience sake, highest level. Does a good job overall. Would obviously prefer it touchless, but whatever. One thing that does bother me is the water pressure, I have frameless windows and water is blowing so hard it’ll push past the seal and get inside my car, buddy has same issue, I’ve never had that anywhere else in my life. Also, please open on Sunday’s, really weird that it’s not, this is when people get things done, even at reduced hours

Got the mid grade membership. Decent car wash, doesn’t really clean the back but I see others are also having that issue. Not really sure if I would renew my membership as the hours of operation make no sense. Closed on sundays which I feel would likely be the day most people would wash their cars given cruise night etc. Also even being open till 9 pm would be a good idea. The price here is cheaper than similar subscription options at gas stations except they all have better hours of operation which I am seeing would justify the slight cost increase for me. Also just as a side note the single wash prices are a little absurd, I tried this place beforehand with coupons and if it weren’t for them there is no way I would spend that money on a car wash that is essentially a gas station car wash with a light show. Overall opinion: decent service and wash, definitely some room for improvement but hey they’re new and May work out those kinks. But definitely need a review on hours of operation. If not staying open later at the very least open on sundays.

I brought my truck here to test it out and it’s honestly the cleanest it’s ever gotten. I took my Tesla here shortly after, and I’m pretty picky with where I take it, but I was so impressed with the job it did that I bought the month pass! So excited to be coming every week to wash it!

I had a coupon for a $5 wash. We pulled up to the cashier and they explained the system. Loading was easy. And the wash was quick. The issue is it doesn't wash the back of the vehicle at all I wouldn't pay the regular price for this.

Really disappointed in my experience. Asked for the rear to be pressure washed as they have done in the past but was told they didn't have it but would do a prewash that didn't happen. Rear of my SUV is not clean and to top it off, I've discovered it busted my rear window wiper. Won't be returning.

Thought I would try this place out as I drive by it all the time and had great reviews. Well I was very disappointed. I go to the door and a girl comes to up to me to let me know to close my side mirrors. So I have to get out of my truck and close the passenger side and the driver side, which is fine, but would think they could do that part or ask at least. I then go ahead and drive on the track for it pull me through. They tell me to put the vehicle in neutral, which I did. Then the track starts to pull me through. As my vehicle is moving on the track I notice nothing is working in the wash and my truck is moving through it quite fast. Some starts yelling for me to stop and press my break. Which I do , but the track is still pulling my vehicle. They then tell me that I didn't have my vehicle in neutral and I show the guy in my car that I am. He tells me that this is quite weird that our system would pull that fast. They said they would let me go through again and try. Which I thought, well I just paid $17 for a wash and my truck is still dirty so sure. I go through and it seems like everything worked the second time. So I go home and my truck is still dirty. Went to buggy bath and paid the 10.00 for the exterior wash which includes there staff wiping it down. Don't think I would go again and just stick with where I usually go.

This is a very good car wash but their hours of operation suck. Who has a car wash closed on a Sunday?? I work a job during the week which makes attending this wash very limited to either before or after work.

I found it expensive for what u get. It's basically a gas station car wash. There u can get a touchless wash where Northern Lights feels like your car is getting beaten. It took of my license plate along with holder right off. ( It wasn't loose) If You want a thorough wash inside and out go to Chamois or midtown carwashes. Cheaper and it looks amazing when u leave

It was neat. Flashing, colourful lights while you go through the carwash, good for kids, friendly staff to help direct you where to go. I had a coupon, but their regular prices are higher than The Chamois and you have to do the interior work yourself, including bringing your own rags and towels. I won't be back.

Expensive. Stick with Chamois for inside and out clean. If you want to wash your car frequently in the winter it might be good if it is convenient. I would buy it if it covered two cars for the $65 level.

Took the membership. Very quick car wash and seperate entrace for members. Unlimited washes, Free vaccum and mats cleaning station absolutely worth it. The only issue was my car has black alloy wheels which are left with dirt on it many times. Otherwise i would have given 5 stars. ????????

Fast, convenient & effective. Lots of high-powered vacuums and ample drying time after your wash. If you live in the south end (and particularly if you own a black car) your crazy not to have a membership.

AMAZING WASH! I have a membership on their top wash - and honestly my car has never been so shiny. I have never received this kind of quality and speed around the city, It's just super fast. And there are free self vacuums.

Wasn't overly impressed with the cleaning job of my truck. Got basic wash which was most expensive wash I ever paid for ($17) and it didn't properly clean front of truck and bottom of windshield. I had to go to a wand wash after to properly clean the front. Also power went out and we waited in line for at least 10 minutes maybe more before they were able to process sales again. Felt bad for girl running tills as she was obviously frazzled by this and the huge lineup of cars waiting.

Quick and efficient, cleaned the car well. There are free vaccums you can use after to clean your car. The suction of the vacums could be better, but they are easy to use and positioned well.

Car was clean, but the system does a real poor job on cleaning the back window. I even tried it twice just to make sure the first time wasn't just a mistake. But the second time going through it actually left my back window of my SUV even dirtier then when I went in. If they fixed this by putting in a better system for the rear of vehicles I will try them again.

Way overpriced 36 bucks for a really bad wash. Free vacuum ok and looks cool when you go through but in the end it did close to the worst job on my truck I've received to day. Super disappointed will never go back. Could get better wash and my truck dried at chamois for cheeper.

Incredibly average car wash.. had a coupon for a “great wash” and unless I have another I’m never going again. I don’t know how they can justify $22 for a great wash or even more for what ever the next level is when it’s essentially the exact same quality as any gas station car wash you go to. Only cool thing was the free vacuum but definitely does not justify the price. All in all very disappointing
