NEVER AGAIN I mirror Irvin San Juan’s review: Got a “paint correction” a few weeks ago. It damaged my vehicle paint even more. Burned some small spots on my car (they even covered it up). The white stuff from the polisher (i’m thinking) was still on the edges of the body lines. Damaged/burnt under the passenger side mirror. Swirls and scratches never came off as if they only washed the car once and did a 1-step polish without using steps on how to paint correct a vehicle properly. Had to get it re-done a few days later, came back to pick it up, still the same. Now my vehicle’s paint is damaged more than ever. It’s just embarassing to even look at it.

Just I got my back cqr seats detailed and shampooed today.customer puked in my car last night and smelled bad. Simon shampooed and used ozone to take out the bad smell. Service was amazing and price was fair!! I recommended this place to everyone looking to get their car looking brand new!!

Both Michael and Matt were very understanding and caring. They picked me up and dropped me off to home which is way in the south when doing the ceramic coating service. The job itself was very good. If only I would have done it as soon as I got the car it would have always stayed new. Definitely give these guys a go, especially when you have just purchased a car.

I was most impressed with the leather conditioning and the engine bay wash. Michael went to great lengths in making sure my vehicle was pampered in all the right creases and jambs. Even found my bike lock key under the seat I thought was gone forever. Everyone was adhering to covid safety protocols (masking, social distancing, wiping down vehicles/equipment). Took my 2016 Hyundai Elantra for a Gold Detail Package initially. After speak with the Owner, Mike, decided to go with the Ceramic Coating, which included a full detail. Gotta say it turned out great! Better than brand new. You can seen a photo of it under the "Gallery" tab on M.Pire's website. The detail work got into every nook and cranny and also looks great. Had a small stain in the centre of the front passenger seat which Mike was able to get out with the shampoo. Would recommend (and already have), M.Pire Auto detail to anyone considering either the detailing, ceramic coating, or as I did, both! Thank for the great service Mike!

These guys did a great job detailing my vehicle. I had the platinum package done by Simon. He showed me the separate areas of the vehicle where he cleaned before I took back my truck. They’re pretty busy but are flexible on scheduling. I’ll definitely be coming back in the near future.

Simon fit me in right away for interior cleaning/spot removal- and my car looks brand new. Cream interior was showing wear since 2018, but now looks like a 2022 model! After major repairs at my dealership, there was a greasy black mark on the cream leather seat, which M.PIRE has restored, far better results than I expected. All dust is gone, everything shines. They even removed the ‘halos’ from the drivers seat where the dealership repair shop tried to remove 3 very small dark marks and wound up leaving 3 slightly lighter dark marks with 3 large, very light circles around to spotlight them. M.PIRE got out the dark ones AND blended in the over-lightened marks, and I am thrilled. Can’t even see where they were. They charge extra for getting out pet hair - it is worth every penny. Said it would be done by 4pm, Simon let me know at 12:30 it was ready. So fast AND so thorough. Additional services not listed in boxes above - spot removal, leather cleaning and pet hair removal.

My car was not cleaned for almost 1 year. Also, when I parked it under tree, tree sap fell all over my car. Car doors and windows were not opening properly because of tree sap(sticky tree gel) . I took my car to them and they made my car look like new. Super satisfied.
