My. Favourite car wash around! Great Led lighting... *Rating reduced to 4 stars * As much as I've been coming here for several years. Lately I have found they don't have hot water. This makes it much more difficult and expensive to wash. Should be a car wash's main focus to provide ample hot water. Also frequent issues with credit card machine. Still good hours and not usually to much of a line up.

Not all equipment in every stall is operational when I go. Otherwise, price is reasonable and there is ample room outside to continue cleaning and wiping down your car.

I'm blown away with the great customer service I had received here. I had a concern about a charge I received (ended up being completely fine) so I reached out via facebook to them, they got back to me right away, genuinely concerned ready to drop whatever they were doing to help me out. They even followed up with me after a few days to make sure everything was still good. I did not expect that kind of service from a car wash. Great place, definitely recommend to come here out of all the places in the city, they actually care about their business and people that support it.

This is the best car wash in the city. There's a credit card reader for each wash bay, no need for coins, bills, or tokens. Lots of pressure. The only thing I could ask for is longer hours. It's open 8am to 10pm I believe.

Been going here for years to clean our cars, most of the time every week. Auto wash are great, clean and dries the car well. Wand wash have great water pressure and good amount of soap, although some vacuums have a bit weak suction. But all in all great car wash!

Very convienent location. The new pulsating sprayers are weak on water pressure and sometimes leave dirt residue behind. The old wands they had were much better. Friendly service though and always tidy.

Accidentally went through brush car wash. My bad did not read signage properly. Did not think it would damage vehicle. Scratched my front windshield with swirling motions. Not sure what it did to rest of vehicle. They should ban brush washes. Do not recommend anyone use brush car wash. Damages every vehicle it goes through.

The place is slipping into disrepair. Automatic car wash often out of soap, or misses cycles. Manual wash bays dingy, very short cycles, vacs often not working. It could be going up or down. Who's to say.

It used to be the best vehicle wash in the city. Sadly the auto wash is constantly broken, the staff will not brake large bills, the bays are dirty and neglected. Auto wash misses the back of your vehicle, refund or another drive through the wash refused. If you use laundry, prices went up and they no longer provide wi-fi. This wash needs tender loving care to bring it back to acceptable standards. ***** 2017 Car wash detailing and laundromat in one place. Best equipment for auto washes, they have bays for personal cleaning, free air service for tires, and a pet wash. Always clean, great owner, hit and miss on the staff. Best car wash in the city.

Self-serve carwash with several indoor bays, that include a hand-crank towel roller and vacuum for the car. Be careful, the water pressure is unusually high. Good value.

Laundromat is dirty. Looks like black mold in the washers soap tray areas. They never empty the lint traps and the guy who works in the evening is rude. Would rather drive 15 minutes out of my way to go to another place then come back here.

I drive a Mustang and require extra care. I got my car detailed and was like brand new. No smell in the car, perfect. I washed my dog in the pet wash and washed my king comforter in the Laundromat. One stop shop saved me time from driving around. The staff are great and friendly service. I'll be back for more great washing experience!!!!

I'll admit I used the BRUSHED car was with my pickup. But the paying for the "Fire and Ice" package(the highest) you would think their system would do a better job. The brushes didn't get into the panel seams at all, even the emblem on the back tailgate needed to be washed again. Next time I'll have to spend the time and money on the self wash part, hopefully it's a better deal.

Its a decent car wash. The vacuums are always plugged with hair and dirt and don't work well. The other issue I tend to have is that the engine cleaner option seems to be empty most times.

Good place, staff friendly and helpful, just two issues i noticed and that is when you do turtle wax, a very weak spray comes out as if it has almost run out so you wasted your loonie there and second issue is no suction power in the inside vacuum and super vacuum outside is better than inside but not enough suction which means you have to waste more money on vacuum. Owner should look into this as an improvement needed for his business. Like there is a business rule' to make money you need to spend money'..

INCREDIBLE SERVICE. I have 2 dogs that shed lots.. Brought my vehicle to Blondies on mcphillips for detailing and within 24 hours it was ready and looking like a brand new car. Not one dog hair anywhere. Blondies made me fall in love with my car again!

Went to this location assuming it was comparable to other car washes near-by...i was wrong. I spent $20 on a car was and it still wasn't clean. The biggest issue is the lack of pressure in the water and faulty equipment (as others have stated). It doesn't matter if management checks equipment daily (as I'm sure will be the response) as that means nothing to me... Only good thing is the laundromat which I have to say is exceptional and clean.

I didn’t have a positive experience here for the self wash. Im used to buggy bath and timed minutes. It was difficult to get our truck in and out as it’s very tight turning radius and small driveway. Then i needed to use loonies or roomies but did not have so they directed me to an ATM with $2.75 service fee. Then I needed to use coin machine to change a $20 into loonies. So frustrated to find out I could’ve used my credit card! But he didn’t mention this option so that’s money down the drain. I plunked in loonies and it evaporated quickly. THE WORST PART WAS NO PRESSURE. I swear my garden hose JET setting had more pressure. I needed to have nozzle next to truck to clean a one inche swath of dirt. Had already paid $6 and I only finished washing about half the truck (poorly and bugs didn’t wash off). Got frustrated, did not want to invest any more $ to finish so drove away and went to buggy bath.

Very disappointed with the Watson location. Had an issue with car wash soap felt it got rectified after talking with Deny as attendant turned on as there was next to nothing coming out. Returned over a month later to see the are doing this again. I wont be returning to this location if they feel this is their way to rip customers off.

They used to be my go to all the time before but since after they changed their Minute per loonie it’s been really bad. Your one dollar cant even last rinsing half of your car without adding at least 3 bucks just to finish rinsing a compact size sedan car.. plus soap or brush you'd end up spending lots just to clean all the soap. might as well treat yourself with a deluxe auto car wash.

If I could rate negative stars I would. DO NOT GIVE THESE TOOLS BUSINESS. I went through their car wash and paid $17 for a premium wash and my car was still dirty after. Visibility dirty. It wasn’t crazy to start with but the fact it was visibly dirty is unacceptable for that price and moreover I was told management would contact me to remedy the situation..haven’t heard a peep. Manager is crooked. Isn’t the first occasion this has happened. Last time he told me to pre rinse my car...what is a car wash for but to wash my car?!?

One employee has been there for years and things are always working. He is awesome. When he's not there, I find out of order signs on 6 or more machine . One drier door wasn't opening all the way yesterday, but I had to use it as others were out of order.

Expensive for what is available in the area. I ended up spending $6 on a wash and my vehicle was still dirty. Yes, i know how to wash a car. Yes, I know I could have asked for "help" but it's really not necessary. The issues lie in the equipment and pressure of the water (lack of). $6 might not sound like a lot for some people but when you're someone who washes your car every week, $6 adds up! I feel like you can get a better and cheaper wash from near-by places. Like the convenience of the location and that they have a laundromat.

Great place for a wash. Auto wash and coin/card bays. If you need atvs washed, there is an outdoor wash bay. If you need receipts for work just ask as there is a system in place. Super easy if you use credit card.

I loved this place but people are too stupid to understand that using the foaming brush on your wheels is wrong. I never used the brushes. If they replaced the foaming brushes and put up signs explaining why you shouldn't use them on your wheels, I'd give it 5 stars. Research what brake dust does to your paint job.

Brutal. I mean how can a car wash be bad? Well when you don't maintain your equipment and it breaks and falls on cars, it's pretty disappointing .The equipment isn't taken care of the. The foam brush broke off the wall and scratched up our car. Management didn't care. Owner doesn't care. Not going back .it's pretty sad.

Used to go here all the time. WILL NOT be going back. Had an issue with the self car wash have tried multiple times to get a hold of the manager but no one calls back even after multiple messages are left. Very poor customer service. Don't chance washing your car here.

Head fell off the brush while in use, hitting my car. The several of the selections on the wand wash control did not work. The timmer started 5 to 10 seconds before the water started to flow. All in all, the location appears to be showing significant disrepair and deffered maintenace. I would recomend looking for alternatives and use this location only if you have no other options. Be prepared to spend time to check out the equipment in each bay to assess if it is functional and move between bays as the equipment fails when in use.

They water down the soap in the spray option. Complained that car was still dirty and he said he couldn't/wouldn't t do anything. Take your vehicle to an honest car wash. May also speed up the timer too.

The washing machines don't seem to be as clean as they used to. I have found some stains after a wash, on a few visits. I usually get a washer right away, but end up having to wait for a dryer.

I will always go out of my way to get a wash at Blondie's. There simply is not another automatic car wash touch-less or other wise that can compare. I prefer the new touch wash. This wash is 5 times better than better than the chamios on the outside.
